I'm very comfortable taking care of any pet, and I have taken care of senior animals who require insulin shots and meticulous diets. One of my favorite electives at university was my 'Psychology of our Pets' class where we learned about how to best care for our furry friends and keep them active and healthy. I have owned dogs, cats, and even birds! Since I'm home from university for the summer, I'm pretty much available at the drop of a dime! While I would prefer a day's notice, I should be able to take care of your pet within two hours of your request. I believe that activities and fun are just as important for pets as they are for humans. Who wants to be stuck in their house all day? I know tons of dog-friendly walking trails, and I'd love to spend a few hours with them & make sure they are well-exercised. I've dealt with a lot of dietary restrictions for pets, so I can follow any directions very closely if needed. For Cats/Kittens, I have a few toys I'd be happy to bring, and even a harness if they want to explore outside for a few minutes!

About: I’ve had dogs since I was four years old, and they’ve always been a huge part of my life. Caring for them has never felt like a chore—it’s something I truly love. I’ve always had a special connection with dogs, and my friends and family joke that I’m a “dog whisperer” because dogs seem to gravitate toward me everywhere I go. I’ll follow all feeding, walking, medication, and potty schedules, provide plenty of playtime and affection, and make sure they always have fresh water. I understand that every pet has a different personality, so I take the time to make them feel comfortable, safe, and loved while you’re away. I’ll also treat your home with the same care and respect I would my own and keep you updated with photos and messages so you can have peace of mind.
About: I currently am a proud cat parent, but have taken care of my own, and other’s dogs since I was a kid. I would love to help out with any walking needs for your furry family member! No dog is too big or too small and I’m familiar with puppies and senior dogs as well. My main priority is healthy, happy pets! I currently work a full-time 9-5 hybrid schedule. I am available 5 pm onward on the weekdays, and flexible on weekends. Please reach out for morning availability as well, depending on location I may be able to accommodate you. I will utilize whatever walking materials (leash, harness, travel water bowls, etc.) that are preferred by you. I will happily provide these items if no unique preferences are requested.

“WOW. This is my first time with Brittany. Brittany is amazing. Brittany devoted so much time to Drew. Although Brittany has a fenced in yard, she took our dog on two walks each day. They went to the park. They had movie night together. Brittany is a rare find. When I picked my dog up, you could see how much HE enjoyed staying with Brittany—his tail was wagging, he was smiling (yes, my dog smiles) and he was licking Brittany affectionately as we were saying goodbye. I’ve had a number of other dog sitters, but Brittany just goes the extra mile. Again, she’s incredible and puts all our other sitters to shame. We are definitely spoiled and will use Brittany again anytime we need a sitter.”
