We were nervous as he can have some destructive habits when his separation anxiety kicks in, but Jane and Michaela put me at ease during the meet and greet. I insisted on bringing his large crate so that he didn't eat their house if they weren't home, and they were so comfortable with him after the first day that they didn't even need the crate. Fig had a great time, and I was reassured with daily photos of him playing frisbee and generally being spoiled. Highly recommend. Fig will definitely be visiting again.”
“Our dog Andy had an amazing time at Mike’s. There was a large yard and a long tie out for him to run around and play to his heart’s content. There’s a pen area attached to the house where the dogs can go into through a doggie door from the house. Apparently Andy loved the sunroom/porch where he could look outside while relaxing. Andy LOVED playing with Mike’s two dogs—he had the best time! Mike was attentive and made and feel at home. He figured out ways to make Andy like his food more. We’ll be using Mike again when we go out of town.”

About: I’ve taken care of cats ever since I was 15. I always grew up with dogs and cats at home, and have watched cats for family and friends whenever they leave for vacations. I love playing with cats of all ages, and have experience with caring for young kittens as well as elderly cats. I currently have 2 cats at home and love them dearly! I found my one cat abandoned outside of a school when he was 5 weeks old, and this has given me SO much experience caring for young kittens. About: I have personal experience with two dogs (Sunny and Roland) and a cat (Loki). Additionally, I have taken care of the pets of family and friends for years without complaint. I have worked as a dog sitter/walker for over 5 years now, and 3 of those on Rover. Unless my employment status changes, I am available 24/7 over summer, winter, fall, and spring breaks. My time is also very flexible and I don’t mind if I need to work at odd hours. We were traveling and staying at an Airbnb so we could do a day at Legoland. I was nervous, but everything went great! About: As a lifelong animal lover, I have multiple years experience caring for dogs, cats, pocketpets, rabbits, fish, parakeets, reptiles and chickens. I also have experience providing care in a rabbit/cat/small animal rescue and in stables so I am very well rounded when it comes to all manner of pet care. About: I am a dog lover with 2 dogs of my own, perfect for keeping your dog socialized and playing during their stay. I love to hike with my furry family members and yours will enjoy the same perks! I provide lots of cuddles, lots of excercise, and a perfect scheduled environment to make sure that your dog will feel at home while you’re at work or enjoying a vacation. Feel at peace knowing that your dog is treated just like one of the family here. I also offer dog walking services. During the week, I can provide afternoon/evening walking and drop in services in addition to dog boarding. On the weekends, there is a much wider range of options in my schedule. Since I am a teacher, I have the summers off and can provide many more services over the summer and during my school holidays. I look forward to spoiling your fur-baby! During a work week, I don’t leave home until 7:45, so I have plenty of time to let out both our dogs and yours! I get home quite early in the afternoon since I am a teacher and give tons of love and attention to the pups. We can go for daily evening walks if requested, or just play outside in my yard! During my holiday breaks and the summer, I am home all day and night to give your family member tons of love and attention. My yard is fenced and I have two friendly dogs for your dogs to play with. I’m very familiar with dogs and their behavior, so I know how to approach your dog and make them feel comfortable and happy. Tons of love, attention, and treats offered! Your friend will come home super spoiled and happy, or you’ll arrive back to your home with a happy fur baby to greet you!
About: i have walked dogs and cared for them for as long as i can remember, im pretty good at reading body language and predicting behavior in order to understand the needs and desires of the dog/cat in my care. i basically have open availability, im either looking for a dog/cat to care for or working for doordash. i have my 100% attention on being there for your pets. i care for your pets by staying in toutch with the parent owner and giving little updates and moments, or any questions i have to fully understand and respect the boundaries of not only the pets but the parents and how things should be done and all the tasks required of me.

“So, where do I begin?! My family and I were going on vacation for 2 weeks and were in desperate need of a sitter for our 2yr old Amstaff Roxy. We set up a meet-n-greet with Christina and it was like love at first sight! Roxy absolutely looovvveedddd her and that was extremely comforting for us. We felt good leaving her for 2 weeks because we knew she'd be in excellent hands. “Our dog Andy had an amazing time at Mike’s. There was a large yard and a long tie out for him to run around and play to his heart’s content. There’s a pen area attached to the house where the dogs can go into through a doggie door from the house. Apparently Andy loved the sunroom/porch where he could look outside while relaxing. Andy LOVED playing with Mike’s two dogs—he had the best time! Mike was attentive and made and feel at home. He figured out ways to make Andy like his food more. We’ll be using Mike again when we go out of town.”
