About: I’ve taken care of many different dogs in the last 10 years, from family and friends to my neighbors dogs and doing overnight stays. I love walking dogs and playing with them. I have had a dog in my household for my whole life, and I have taken care of dogs ranging from a puppy to senior care. Depending on the location, I always make sure the dog is in a safe place like a fenced in area, and if not fenced in then on a leash. I also take precautions when walking dogs to be dressed appropriately, use a short leash and try to eliminate distractions. Safety is my number 1 priority when taking care of any animals.

About: I've done many sits for people who have owned cats and always make sure their little ones are taken care of, played with, and loved while I'm there with them. From feeding treats to cleaning litter boxes, whatever is asked of me I do to the best of my ability.

About: I have had dogs of every shape, size and disposition for 50 years. I have been fostering rescue dogs for 20 years. I don’t think I will ever not have a dog in my life. About: Growing up I always had a family dog. More recently, I have taken care of many friends and family member's dogs over the years. Now I wanted to take that further and help out more people when they need their fur babies taken care of. I am a teacher so availability changes based on the season, but if I am able to help, I will! I am a teacher, so my availability does change based on the season. I have pretty flexible available hours during weekends, summers and school breaks. During the school year, I will be available on weekdays starting at 3:00pm. I do have a fenced in back yard which is very helpful for pets. For going to a clients house I do want to make sure that the area is safe. The dog is on a leash before going outside and knowing the kind of dog and the dog's needs.

I do this as my actual job, so I’ll be home all day with your pets. I will treat them as if they’re my own animals. About: 2 years ago I got my first dog, Taro, as a puppy of not even 2 months. Since then, I've immersed myself in dog training and constantly get compliments on how well-behaved my dog is. In the middle of the COVID pandemic I took some time while my classes were remote to learn and travel. One of such experiences was a 3 month stay in North Carolina with a family who had raised a number of award-winning, hunting dogs and had just adopted 2 new puppies for training. In that time I learned alot about dog obedience and good manners training. I believe my unique experiences with dogs the last nearly 2 years set me apart from a standard pet carer. I'm willing to walk dogs who have difficulties with pulling on the leash or jumping on strangers during walks. If given a regular schedule with your dog and your permission to use training treats I would be happy to help your dog improve on these problem behaviors. *Note* *I would not be bringing mine or any other client dogs on any scheduled client walks unless you give permission to. When Taro was a puppy I would sometimes take him on walks with well-behaved, older dogs to get him socialized to other dogs. If this is something you'd like me to work on with your dog that can be discussed* I have generally open availability. I walk my own dog twice day with some longer walks reserved for training sessions. I am available after 4pm most weekdays and as needed on weekends. To the specifications of the owner. I take great care to not disrupt the life of my client pup too much just because their parents are out of town.
