The property is beautiful and Janice was extremely responsive including sending pictures! Would absolutely recommend Janice for anyone needing someone to care for their dogs. Also being able to jump on the furniture and the beds was a plus too, again just like home. And she did not have any issues getting too anxious which is what I was hoping for. About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I rescued my first dog from the local humane society when I was 11, and that experience started a lifelong passion for caring for animals. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a veterinary assistant for two local animal hospitals where I gained valuable hands-on experience with animal care and handling. I developed skills in basic training, puppy socialization, reading animal body language, medication administration, subcutaneous fluids, nail trimming, grooming, and bathing. I also volunteered for several years with a local dog rescue as a foster, helping provide temporary homes, structure, and love for dogs before their adoptions. Many needed socialization, basic training, and a calm environment to help them thrive. I later served as the rescue’s foster and event coordinator until 2020. Today I share my home with three of my own beloved dogs. Pets are allowed on the furniture, unless you state explicitly state you don't want them to be. I prefer not to kennel overnight, but there are always exceptions to the rule! I am able to help with puppies and older pups alike; age is not an issue. Please ask any questions you may have for me, thank you so much we can’t wait to meet you! I am currently working part time but I am always available for nightly drop ins or for any early morning stops on my way in. I do have a two year old cat named Oyni- ideally the dog and cat get along but my in laws love hanging with him so we could have him go there if they don’t. (He is great with dogs)

As a working-from-home mom, my days are rooted in a reliable routine. This allows me to provide the consistent, low-stress supervision that is so helpful for all animals who need a little extra help and those who require a patient, intuitive touch to feel at home. I have experience caring for a wide range of needs and species—from the high energy of puppies to the quiet companionship of seniors, the unique needs of rescues, and even farm friends like chickens. Whether it's keeping a medication schedule on track, assisting with mobility challenges, or simply providing a quiet space for a nervous soul to decompress, I focus on creating a safe, gentle environment where every animal in my care can truly relax. If for some reason (vacations/getaways) we are unavailable it will be marked on the calendar. I do my best to confirm my calendar and availability daily. Our front and back yard is fenced in and we are set back from the road. There is plenty of room to run and play. As for feeding; All dogs and/or cats will be fed separately. This includes treats.
About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I rescued my first dog from the local humane society when I was 11, and that experience started a lifelong passion for caring for animals. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a veterinary assistant for two local animal hospitals where I gained valuable hands-on experience with animal care and handling. I developed skills in basic training, puppy socialization, reading animal body language, medication administration, subcutaneous fluids, nail trimming, grooming, and bathing. I also volunteered for several years with a local dog rescue as a foster, helping provide temporary homes, structure, and love for dogs before their adoptions. Many needed socialization, basic training, and a calm environment to help them thrive. I later served as the rescue’s foster and event coordinator until 2020. Today I share my home with three of my own beloved dogs. One of our previous dogs had epilepsy and required frequent monitoring and medication, which gave me additional experience caring for pets with medical needs. In my free time I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking with my dogs, training with our Belgian Malinois, and watching my daughter ride her horse. Caring for animals has always been a true passion of mine, and I treat every pet as if they were my own. My goal is for you to have complete peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. I’m a nurse who works three 12-hour shifts each week, which gives me several days off to dedicate to caring for animals. I truly enjoy spending time with pets and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and well cared for while their owners are away. My schedule is fairly flexible on my days off, and I’m happy to work with you to meet your pet’s individual needs and routine. At this time, I’m unable to host dogs in my home, but I’m happy to care for them in the place they feel most comfortable—your home. About: I have had a variety of animals throughout my life. Dogs, cats, reptiles(even an alligator at one point). I currently have 4 snakes as well. I currently work 12 hour shifts on Thursday and Friday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday day are pretty open now. We can certainly discuss time frames that work for both of us I request that if there are any special instructions for your pet, that you have them written out for me. I will travel to you to take care of your fur child of any age. I always respect my clients homes and pets.

My wife and I both work remotely about 90% of the week, which gives us plenty of time and flexibility to care for our own six dogs — and any visiting pets, too. Our days naturally revolve around feeding, walks, playtime, and snuggles, so incorporating other pets into that rhythm fits right in. In our home, pets are treated like family. We have a spacious, safe property with fenced areas for play and exercise, and we keep routines consistent with what each pet is used to, including feeding schedules, walks, and downtime. Since my wife and I both work from home most of the week, someone is almost always here to give attention and care. For client homes, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible - from meals and walks to playtime and cuddles - to keep them comfortable and stress-free in their own environment.

“Samantha & Michael are OUTSTANDING!! They are very compassionate and understanding people!! We had a very unique situation, and they could not have done more for us to make us feel comfortable. Our 8 year old pup doesn’t always get along with other dogs. While visiting our family in New York for Christmas - we needed to find someone just for Christmas Day (about 9 hours - not over night) since there were going to be other dogs at the house we were at. Even though Samantha and Michael have 2 dogs of their own, they assured us that the way their house is set up (inside & outside) the dogs wouldn’t see each other and it wouldn’t be a problem at all, plus they shared that they’ve had experience with one of their own pups in years past not getting along with other animals or people. They even had baby gates if they needed to use them. And they were right!!! Everything was fine - no issues at all!!! They truly went above & beyond for us and our pup and we truly consider them our Christmas Angels!!! They sent pictures and texts throughout the day updating us, which really put us at ease and helped us enjoy our Christmas Day!!
