Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. About: I love all animals big and small! I have a variety of experience. I grew up taking care of a Rottweiler and currently have a pit and two cats. I have worked in the past and consistently cared for a deaf and diabetic dog to include administering insulin. I have volunteered at shelters, fostered numerous dogs to include a deaf dog with seizures, interned at a wildlife rehab center for a year, and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo taking care of the goats yard. I worked for 3 years at VIP pet care holding the animals, administering shots , microchips, blood draws and supervising the clinics. About: *Please read through and understand my policies before booking - your pets well-being is what is most important to me! I have taken care of various pets since I was a kid. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, and bearded dragons! I have always been the family/friend go-to for help with animals whether it is walking dogs, house-sitting, ect. I am a huge animal advocate and a Humane Policy Leader Volunteer with the ASPCA. Throughout high school and college, I looked for opportunities to help animals at an individual level (doing some rescue work, rehab work, fundraising, ect.), and it has greatly improved my knowledge about providing care for animals of various needs. I take the health and safety of animals very seriously, and will treat yours as my own. If you book a 24 hour+ period with me as your pet’s only caregiver, I require a minimum of 3 visits daily and will not allow your dog to be alone for more than 12 hours. With cats and other small animals there is flexibility with the amount of drop-ins. I also typically only do last minute bookings for clients I’ve worked with previously because they know my standards and I know their pet’s needs - this helps ensure that the client is comfortable with my care, the pet is comfortable with my care, and I am comfortable providing my services. I am available everyday for pet care and at various times. All scheduling details can be discussed further at a meet and greet to ensure you feel comfortable with the care your pet will be receiving :) I have special experience with diabetic animals, deaf animals, and animals with health/behavior needs. So that I am able to best take care of your pet, please let me know if there is anything I should know about your pet so that I can be prepared to give them the proper care. I would also ask that a meet and greet is set up prior to future visits so that we can ensure your pets comfortability with me while you are away! I will ensure during visits to send pictures of your pet to you and provide a summary of the visit to put your mind at ease, and of course text me on Rover at any point with any concerns or needs. “After meeting Mariana, initially we knew we wanted to hire her to help us both in the care of our dog and behavior training to help eliminate some bad habits that were formed as a puppy before he got any older. We knew what needed correcting, but we were struggling to employ specific strategies that would actually help us enjoy our dog more normally. His fearful and bossy ways were confusing to us because he was often a very loving dog and his behaviors seemed contradictory. Upon meeting Mariana and going on this training walk, I was able to watch how she interacted with Sparrow and see very quickly that she was reading his very subtle body language and redirecting or correcting his behaviors before they escalated. Actually understanding WHAT Sparrow was expressing was a game-changer. We left the walk feeling that it might take some work, but understanding animal behavior is crucial to correcting it and it gave us the confidence to feel we could indeed improve Sparrow's manners and eliminate his bad habits. Mariana was very loving to Sparrow and was very good at teaching us what she knows. She displays a genuine sense of gentle compassion towards animals and people, but she also has a firm confidence and a wealth of knowledge about animals!”

About: I have been loving and taking care of pets for years. I worked at animal shelter for 2 years and that gave me lots of experience with all kinds of animals young ones, old ones, moody ones, happy ones, and more! I have lots of experience with challenging dogs and ones with health issues too. I am currently home for the summer and looking to fill my time loving on some animals 🐾 I do not have any restrictions on time or days. I have a fenced yard and dogs to keep your fur friend company. I have the space to crate your pup if needed, and wood floor for easy clean ups.

About: I have owned many dogs over the years plus have over 7 years in the dog rescue business. Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I am familiar with medications, oral and injectable and comfortable administering if needed. I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. Our most recent two pets were a black lab that passed away of old age and currently own a 40 lb mutt. I love dogs and miss fostering since we travel on the road. I have also helped care for my Mom's 90 lb Cane Corso who had to have insulin injections twice per day.

About: From young age I've been responsible for many types of animals. I have experience with dogs and puppies, cats and kittens, cows and calfs, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, hamsters, iguana, fish, frogs, turtles, salamanders, etc. I currently have one medium dog who lost his litter mate in December 2023. I'm a stay at home dog Mom. We both have lots of energy for walks and hikes. I live on a 1 mile dirt, seasonal, dead end road with lake frontage and massive yard for playing hide and seek in the trees and hunting squirrels. My dog is dog friendly, loves playmates. (No jealousy). In your home care would be provided to your pets as we would discuss with a meet & greet.
About: Hello! I’m so glad you are here! My name is Sharee. I am 23 and I just moved here to the Watertown area from Sarasota, FL; which is where I’m from. I became a pet sitter because I adore dogs and cannot have one of my own right now-- so I'm here to give lots of love and attention to yours! I've always been an animal lover and dogs have always been apart of our family throughout my childhood. Giving them the care they need and deserve is my priority and I will treat your dog like my own. I will take them on long walks (when needed), occasional park trips (if comfortable with) and make sure they receive the food, exercise and all the love they need. I've had many experiences with animals, including: 2 Great Danes, a Bichon Poo, a British short haired' cat, and I have helped raise and train two well behaved pure bread German Shepherds. Spending time with animals is something I genuinely enjoy doing and I guarantee yours will obtain nothing but the absolute best. I just joined the military and definitely need a reason to get off base and also make new fury friends here! Rover is a way for me to make additional income while doing something that brings me joy. My schedule is Monday- Friday but I’m expecting to have a lot of 4-day weekends. Your pets are your family and I understand what it's like to be away from them, even if you're off doing something fun. My main goal is to build a relationship with you and your pet which will allow us all to feel secure and connected. I will do my best to be attentive and communicative through pictures, phone calls etc. I look forward to meeting/ caring for your pets and making this a memorable experience for all of us! (I am available for Dog Walking, Drop-In Visits and House Sitting only) I am currently working full time Monday- Friday but am available around lunch time every weekday, after work during the week, and my weekends are completely free. I am available to walk your dog every day in the early morning, lunch time, and after work around 5pm. Additionally, I can also accommodate high energy breeds that need more than a potty walk.

About: I have had dogs since I was a child and love them all. I treat them like they are my children. They are loved to the moon and back. I am almost retired so I have all kinds of time to take care of your baby. I love to let them run in the fenced in yard. I have a fenced in back yard. We also have a gate on our front porch for them to just longe around and people watch.
