About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I rescued my first dog from the local humane society when I was 11, and that experience started a lifelong passion for caring for animals. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a veterinary assistant for two local animal hospitals where I gained valuable hands-on experience with animal care and handling. I offer drop-in visits, dog walking, and extended daytime care depending on your pet’s needs. I understand how important it is to know your pets are safe, happy, and well cared for while you’re away. About: Hi there! My name is Alicia and was born and raised in the Hudson Valley- after some time In the city I am back in the Valley and ready to hike, spend time in nature and hang with animals. I know how important it is to make sure your pet is in a safe environment while still getting the structure and schedule they are used to. I will do my best to take the dogs out as often as you like and around the same time they normally do. I have taken care of animals my whole life. Looking forward to hearing from you and discussing your pet sitting needs! I am currently working part time from home so I have lots of time to keep your pet company! We have a nice yard and some great local parks/ trails If the need more exercise. I have an unfenced yard but will keep pups on leash and safe. I do have a two year old cat named Oyni- ideally the dog and cat get along but my in laws love hanging with him so we could have him go there if they don’t. (He is great with dogs)
About: I have had a variety of animals throughout my life. Dogs, cats, reptiles(even an alligator at one point). I currently have 4 snakes as well. I currently work 12 hour shifts on Thursday and Friday. Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday day are pretty open now. We can certainly discuss time frames that work for both of us I request that if there are any special instructions for your pet, that you have them written out for me. I will travel to you to take care of your fur child of any age. I always respect my clients homes and pets.

I’m very attentive and tend to get pretty attached to the animals I care for. I’ll send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pets are happy, safe, and getting lots of attention while you’re gone. My wife and I both work remotely about 90% of the week, which gives us plenty of time and flexibility to care for our own six dogs — and any visiting pets, too. Our days naturally revolve around feeding, walks, playtime, and snuggles, so incorporating other pets into that rhythm fits right in. In our home, pets are treated like family. We have a spacious, safe property with fenced areas for play and exercise, and we keep routines consistent with what each pet is used to, including feeding schedules, walks, and downtime. Since my wife and I both work from home most of the week, someone is almost always here to give attention and care. For client homes, I follow your pet’s normal routine as closely as possible - from meals and walks to playtime and cuddles - to keep them comfortable and stress-free in their own environment.

He was cautious when introducing Buddy to the other dogs in his care and we had a meet and greet prior to the stay which I appreciate, he goes above and beyond to make sure the dogs in his care are compatible to keep all dogs safe.
