However with an ice storm in the forecast and the fact that we were traveling north, I contacted Dan to see if we could possibly modify our booking and bring Kody a day earlier so that we might miss the bad weather. He couldn't have been more accommodating and immediately got back to me and we were able to miss the icy drive. He also is great with photos and communicating so that you don't have to worry how your pet is doing. And that is such a relief for pet owners! We have already booked with Dan for our February trip.”

About: Hello all! My name is Carly. I am from Connecticut originally and have been living in the Capital district for about two years now. When I was back in home state, I had been sitting for about 8 years on and off and grew up taking care of all types. I used to have my own business called CA Pet Services doing pet sitting during my free time. I have taken care of all types of animals, large and small. I love meeting new furry friends and enjoy spending time getting to know them and giving them all the affection they deserve. Each animal that is under my care will get endless amounts of love and enjoyment. I want each dog or cat to feel safe, relaxed, and to feel that homey sensation when I take care of them. Some fun facts about me: • I am currently enrolled in an online vet tech program to become a licensed veterinary technician. • During my free time I like to ride horses, hike, and spend time with dog. I currently am working my full time job 4 days a week, my availability on my days off which are Mondays and Tuesdays is very flexible for dog walking and drop ins. I do not care for pets in my own home because I do have my own dog that is selective with others as he is in his senior age. If or when I do go to a clients, I respect all of the clients wishes and requests for their pet. The animal will be taken care of with thee upmost best care, as it is very hard to find reliable caretakers for our fur children.

“We were originally booked with Dan for 12/30 - 1/1/2020. However with an ice storm in the forecast and the fact that we were traveling north, I contacted Dan to see if we could possibly modify our booking and bring Kody a day earlier so that we might miss the bad weather. He couldn't have been more accommodating and immediately got back to me and we were able to miss the icy drive. He also is great with photos and communicating so that you don't have to worry how your pet is doing. And that is such a relief for pet owners! We have already booked with Dan for our February trip.”

I have owned many animals including but not limited too dogs and cats Animals are our best friends and give us love we don’t always get from people. I have experience with giving supplements and medications as well as basic wound care. I want our pets to feel safe secure and comfortable at all times. I currently am ending employment - 9/25/26 to pursue being a stay at home mom and looking to do some something PT and flexible to work around my families needs. I will be very flexible for all your pet care needs for short and extended absences. My animals are fed twice a day with multiple time a day potty breaks. I use wood pellets for cat litter as it’s better on the environment and my cat’s lungs. The yard is picked up multiple times a week for feces. I have a fenced in yard and open area that I have ecollar trained my dog to use for more exercise. Depending on your schedule I would be happy to work around my pets schedule so they get fed bathroom breaks and exercise that you request.
