We have chickens in the backyard, All fenced in. birds in the house, a lizard in the house. We love animals! I’m home all day long so your animal will get lots of attention! If you bring your pet to my house they will be treated like one of my family members! I work full time Monday-Friday 7:30-4, but my husband works from home and I am home all day during the weekends. My husband also loves dogs and has plenty of free time during his work day to take walks and give lots of love! I have a fenced in back yard with lots of room for running. We are on a cul de sac so there is very little traffic in my part of the neighborhood. My home also has several baby gates to make sure that your pet is safe if I have to leave them in the house for a short amount of time.

About: I don’t just love animals, I have been around them since the day I was born. I have had cats, dogs, birds, and small rodents since I was born. I have taken care of these animals from a very young age and believe I have a natural understanding of pets and their behaviors! I currently work full time at a middle school in Albany where my hours are 8 AM to 3 PM. Otherwise, I am usually free and have more availability on weekends, during school breaks and over the summer. I currently have a 70 pound hound mix named Kane who I walk daily in the Ballston lake/Clifton Park area. I’m a technology professional who works from home 3 days a week which allows me the flexibility to care for your pet whether that means walks or drop ins. I will care for your pet at your residence as per your direction. At my home I have a large backyard for dogs to frolic.

He can definitely be a handful at times, but she handled him with confidence and care for all 5 nights he stayed with her. She took him on long daily walks (which he really needs to burn off energy and stay calm), and it made such a difference. Amanda was extremely responsive and sent daily pictures and updates, which gave me so much peace of mind while I was away. It’s clear she truly cares about the dogs she watches.
