About: Like many others, I am a dog lover and was raised taking care of family dogs. Unlike others, that passion led to training and classes, competing in dog sports, and now, competing in dog shows. I have experience with many breeds of all sizes, senior pet care, reactive dog care and training. I would love to help you with your pet care needs! I work from home, so my schedule is very flexible and I can accommodate most dogs’ needs. I currently have open availability for boarding, daycare, walks, and drop in visits. Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.
“Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”

“Carol was absolutely incredible. My little dog Munchkin is a momma’s boy who really struggles being away from me. But with Carol he settled in and was eating, playing, and relaxing. She sent pictures and updates each day to let me know how he was doing and that really put my mind at ease since I’ve never used Rover or left Munchkin with anyone outside of family before. Munchkin is a cavapoo, so his fur can get tangled pretty easily as well but Carol brushed him every day and he came home tangle-free which really shows the care she puts into the dogs she boards. She made sure he was well cared for and loved, and I 100% recommend her for anyone wanting to board their dog and will definitely book with her in the future. She even had me fill out additional info regarding Munchkin just so she knew more about him and the best way to care for him while I was away. About: I've had cats my whole life, and have always been very fond of them. I got 2 of my own over the past couple years (shoutout to the cat distribution system!) Having the first come to me as a sick kitten gave me hands on experience with administering oral medications (antibiotics and some pain pills) and eye ointment. If you want need more services or hours let me know and the cost will increase*. Housitting means that I am coming to your home to petsit vs you boarding your pet at my home. It means that I go in and out of your home based upon my schedule. If you want a midday walk or specify times of service, there is an extra visit fee which will be added. Likewise, an early arrival before dinner/service after I serve breakfast should be booked as a stop in or midday visit or additional day. Ask, if this is not clear. Your home should be clean including bed sheets and a towel for me. Please make sure your stove and oven are free of anything that can cause a fire or melt with heat. My fee does not include cleaning or snowplowing/shoveling of snow. Please make appropriate arrangements before and during my stay for snow removal. I am available for morning and night meals along with sleeping over. I would go in and out of the house like a normal pet parent. But, if you want service outside the serving of the evening/morning meal/overnight stay, then please add a walk/visit request to the pricing agreed to on Rover. About: I have raised and cared for my families dogs as well as my own personal pets since I was a child. From puppy days to senior life, I have experienced it all and have enjoyed every moment of it. For me, having dogs around is a must! I currently work 4 days a week at a brewery in Rochester. I am available for walks and check-ins Tuesday/Wed all day, Thursday-Friday 8am-11am. Sunday's are open and negotiable as well! I enjoy spending time outside (park, trails, yard) with the active dogs, and talked to/petting the lazy/sleepy ones while they lounge inside. About: Our pets are family, and it can be scary sometimes when you don't know who is caring for them while you're gone. Under my care, I treat every fur baby like they were my fur baby. I grew up living with dogs, a Bichon Frise and a Pit Bull, which taught me how to communicate and care for dogs of all sizes and dogs breeds with separation anxiety. I'm pretty active and am currently training for the NYC 2022 Marathon, so I love to run/walk with my dog Casper. About a year ago, Casper and I moved in with my partner Victor and his 2 cats, Jewel & Scarlett, in Rushville, New York. Initially, we were nervous about introducing them so we started slow by keeping them in separate rooms with a gate. Once they became more comfortable and curious about each other (more on the cats end), we took the gate down after a couple days. It was a seamless living transition if there ever was one. Now all 3 love hanging out on the play mat together with their toys or taking naps nearby each other. We're looking for more furry friends to keep them company and to nap together! Our house is quite spacious with a large open living and family room for lots of play time and nap time. We have plenty of treats and running water fountain for dogs and cats. Our house has a huge front & backyard (not fenced) to run around on leash. When it snows, we love making dog trails around our property because what dog doesn't love to run in the snow! And I'm very experienced in putting on dog boots if needed. Lastly, we are a 15-20 minute walk to Canandaigua Lake, and live 3 minutes from Bare Hill. Currently, Victor and I are started a small business that will be launching this Spring. We work from home Monday-Friday and make our own hours so we are flexible. And I'm available on the weekends and any last minute bookings. Before any booking, I would like to set up a Meet & Greet to learn what I need to best care for your fur baby(ies) and to make sure Casper and your dog(s) get along (Doggy Day Care). The dates I'm currently unavailable are July 8-24, 2022 and Sept 1-5, 2022. My Home: spacious living and family rooms for dogs to run around, a play mat area with toys, and plenty of space to bring your dog's bed so he/she feels comfortable and at home. We have plenty of treats and running water fountain for both dogs and cats. Outside, we have a huge front and backyard, although it is not fenced, still a lot of space to run around on leash. And if your dog loves to run, he/she is welcomed to join our running pack. We're a 15-20 min walk to Canandaigua Lake, and a 3 minute drive to Bare Hill Unique Area. Your Home: I will request a Meet & Greet before booking, and would like to do an initial house visit to learn where the pet food, toys and cleaning supplies are located. Along with learning if your pet has any special needs like medication. I will be a respectful guest in your home and make sure your fur baby(ies) are loved and cared for while you are away.

About: My dogs and I are ready to watch and play with your pets! We love meeting new friends and are more than happy to accommodate you. I'm currently working from home and am generally home all throughout the day to play with and hang out with your pets. If I have an errand to run, I can always let you know ahead of time. We have a fenced in area for the dogs to play and splash if they want! If I do leave the house, I generally crate my dogs and would also crate your pet if you need. If the pet is fine to be out and unsupervised, that is fine too.

About: I have a German Shepherd and walk him every night around Canandaigua. He loves adventures and it is quite clear that dogs love to travel. I love to make sure they are having fun and are being stimulated. Dogs are so smart. It is fun to interact and treat them like friends. I am available all the time and have experience taking my neighbor's dogs out once a day as she was away at work. This was a truly fun experience and has compelled me to seek out more opportunities like that. Our schedules vary but together we can fit most requests for weekdays and weekends. The app may not have our current schedule due to last minute bookings and updates. If in doubt drop us a message! In clients home we like to keep to their schedule that they are used to with you to make them feel comfortable. Anything that will make them feel better or less anxious let us know and we will be happy to implement.
About: I’ve had dogs in the family my entire life. My parents currently have 3 Lab/Australian Shepard mixes that I care for often. I’ve also dog sat for multiple friends on several occasions and loved every minute of it! I’m currently working full time at home. My apartment complex is pet friendly and has it’s own dog park that I can access. My 1200 sq ft apartment provides ample room for running space and my schedule allows for me to provide as much attention as needed to your pet! I’m happy to provide all the cuddles or ball throwing your pet may want! Just let me know what works best for you and your pet.
About: I’ve had a medium sized dog of my own for the past six years. I also have been asked by numerous friends and family members if I could watch their dogs for a few days to weeks at a time. I am currently working part time where I only work Tuesday, Fridays, and one Saturday in a month. I have a significant amount of time left to dedicate to taking care of your animals! Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

About: I have always had a love for animals since I can remember. I rescued and rehabbed two feral kittens that were living under a dumpster to my own rescued pup. I have had guest dogs in my home from tiny to extra large. They always received the same care as my own dog from sleeping in bed with us to plenty of walks and outdoor time. They will be in great, responsible hands with me! I currently have my own business so I make my schedule. I can be flexible with days of the week and times even with last minute notice. I always ensure the pets are secure via leash before leaving the home to go for walks or when they are "in" for the day (crates, baby gate - no matter their set up). I also gather all the information about the animal - any reactions to certain situations, recall cues etc prior to visits.
About: I grew up with dogs and can’t remember a time without one roaming the house. Big or small, I love all dogs and personally had a Great Dane and a jack russell growing up, so I am comfortable with any sized dog! I also grew up with cats and even farm animals like horses, goats and sheep! I work in Honeoye Falls during the week from 7-2:15 so I am free for the rest of the day and all of the weekend. I grew up with a big yard so my dogs had a lot of space to run and exercise and I love taking dogs for walks around town!
About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 13. I walk mine and my sisters dogs frequently. I have done overnights with dogs. I let dogs out during the day and feed them for meal times. I am a nursing student at Hartwick college and can easily work about my schedule to take care of pets. I am unavailable on Thursdays, but every other day works depending on my schedule. In my clients home I use any equipment that they recommend and use. I have taken dogs for rides in my car and roll the windows down for them to see out.
About: Hi! I’m a passionate animal lover with hands-on experience caring for pets of all personalities and needs. I have been on Rover for several years and am starting up my business again. I LOVE being outdoors and am always happy to take dogs on walks, to the park, or even spend time by the lake. I have a 6-year-old chihuahua mix named Ghost, who I fostered before adopting. I completely understand how to support dogs who may be a little “sassy” and just need extra patience and love...because trust me, chihuahua's have BIG personalities! Ghost also has Addison’s Disease, which has given me several years of experience managing daily medications and have been trained by my veterinarian on how to administer his monthly injections. I’m confident and comfortable caring for pets with medical or special needs. I’m also a volunteer with Happy Tails (Ontario County Humane Society), where I continue to deepen my commitment to animal care. In addition to dogs, I have a cat of my own and am happy to care for cats too, whether that’s feeding, litter box maintenance, playtime, or just providing plenty of snuggles. Your pet’s comfort, safety, and happiness are always my top priority! I’m currently working from home with a flexible schedule and can work around your schedule! I’m happy to stop by whenever is convenient for you. I prefer at least a day notice in advance if possible. I will follow whatever instructions you provide. Does your pup need a walk? Does he/she need to play fetch in the backyard? Or does he/she just need cuddles? I’m happy to provide multiple levels of care because I care about your pup!
About: I have worked with animals all of my life. I have two dogs of my own at home and everyday they get walks, treats, and playtime no matter what my schedule looks like. I am going to college and dog sitting is something that I find enjoying. I recently moved here from Michigan. I have an easy schedule so I am normally available. “Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”
