I work from home 4 days of the work week and even on the day that I’m away, pets are never left alone for more than 5-6 hours a day, which is rare at that. I walk our dog daily and there is plenty of time to go out and play in a fenced yard multiples times during the day. As mentioned above, we lets our dogs get plenty of fresh air and exercise and they are rarely alone for long stretches at a time. If I'm taking care of a pet in their own home, those pets can get walks and regular visits based on their needs.

About: Relationship with animals has always been a passion of mine. I started grooming dogs with my grandmother at the age of 10, but was her assistant long before I earned the title. Brings me joy everyday to help people take care of their fur babies ❤️ I work Tuesday through Thursday throughout the day but have a lengthy lunch break that I can leave and assist others with their pets , Friday I have a half day so Im available all afternoon. Saturday- Monday I’m available for overnight boarding and checkins ( walks , feeding , etc ) . Let me care for your fur baby while you’re away ! I have a large yard with one well behaved girl dog and two cats, I can provide a run line if wanted or just frequent leashed walks if that’s preferred . There are plenty of toys and outdoor shade , as well as a baby pool for cooling off in summer . I have a XXL crate so I can crate your animals if wanted/necessary , and a “Pet room” where they can sleep on the bed or chair as they desire.

About: My name is Melissa and I have taken care of animals since my first dog in second grade. I previously had a Labrador and Shih-Tzu who both lived until old age. I also fostered older dogs who could not find homes due to their age. I currently have a one year old yellow lab mix. He’s dog and cat friendly. In order to board your dog, your dog must be dog friendly. I also require a meet and greet to ensure it’s a good fit. Buddy is not neutered so unspayed females are not a good fit. I only board one animal at a time as it's a one bedroom apartment. It allows me to spend quality time with your pet! For boarding I do provide dishes and toys, but many animals prefer to have some of their own. I have a camera in my home and will be able to remotely check on your pet if I need to be away for work. I will always inform you prior to the booking if I have appointments out of the home.
