“Danielle was so kind and took great care of Marcy over the weekend!! She was exhausted once we got home after lots of play time with Allie. I think she had lots of fun while in Danielle’s care! :)”

“My little one had such a great experience with Polina. She was very kind and her family was welcoming. Throughout the stay, I was updated and sent photos. I will definitely work with her in future.”

“Our puppy had a wonderful time and was well cared for the entire we were gone. Lindsay gave us daily updates and answers messages quickly. You can tell Lindsay has a passion for dogs and animals.”

“The Huijun family provided excellent care for Snow. They kept me updated daily with photos and videos, maintained prompt and clear communication, and were very accommodating with drop-off and pickup times. Their flexibility made our travel experience much smoother. Definitely will choose them again. Highly recommend!”

“My dogs stayed with Bonnie for 2 nights. She was extremely responsive and took good care of my pups! She was also flexible with my changing itinerary. So grateful to have found her!”

“I left my almost 16 year old pug with Carrie and her husband while I traveled for 10 days to visit family. I know she was in great hands, she’s usually a little nervous at first but ran right up her steps when I got there as she’s been there before short term. Carrie sent me messages and pictures often enough. She got lots of outdoor time, was tended to her older age needs, and even got to sleep next to them as she’s used to it at home. I feel very lucky to have found her through Rover and I’d highly recommend her and her husband!”

“Racheal demonstrated exceptional accommodating behavior towards Arlo’s requirements. Her service was highly satisfactory, and Arlo appeared content and well-cared for.”

“Donna took wonderful care of my senior dog with medical issues. She was understanding, and very communicative, sending updates 2-3 per day, with multiple pics daily. I could relax on a family trip knowing my pup was well cared for.”

“Harper had another wonderful time with Tiffany & her dog Luigi! She was well-cared for & I was updated on how she was doing. Communication was, as always, easy & quick. We will definitely be back!”

“Roro loved her “vacation” at Teresa’s home! Teresa is very responsive and flexible. Both me and Roro had a great experience with the service. I will definitely rebook in the future if needed.”

“Jocelyn ha been amazing! She is very responsive and keeps me informed all the way thru each pet- sitting experience with photos and texts throughout the day. She is so loving with my girl and always takes such good care of her! Highly recommend!!”

“Ginny had a great time with Leanna. They spent three days together and Ginny was all waggy tailed when we returned. Leanna was communicative during Ginnys stay and we knew what was going on at all times. We were very pleased with her calm demeanor and patient attitude. Highly recommend!”
“Ashley was great with our dog, Oreo! She was super flexible when we weren't able to come back to town as early as we wanted and sent us updates with pictures. She was also very active with our pup -taking him for walks and to the park. I will definitely go to Ashley the next time we need a sitter!”

“We are so thankful Stephanie could watch Marcy for us especially on last minute notice! It’s always good when Marcy comes home tired from playing, and I can tell she had a great time playing with Stephanie’s dogs. Thank you!!”
“Sarah was wonderful! We received update photos every day and our pup came home clearly well cared for and happy after over a week of being away. We were worried about our small dog being around her larger ones, but she arranged a meet and greet prior to taking King Tut. Her dogs were sweet and gentle with him. During the week we got photos of all three happily cuddled together. Would recommend Sarah S. and would definitely return should we need a dog-sitter!”

“Roscoe is a rescue dog that we adopted in May this year. We were very concerned to be leaving for a vacation just 2 months later. He is such a great dog & we didn't want for him to think we were abandoning him. As soon as we met Sherri we were sure we had an answer to our prayers. We could not have found a better place for Roscoe to be. He had a wonderful week at Sherri's. We received many updates & pictures on how he was doing & never for a minute worried about him because it was obvious how much fun he was having. We enjoyed our vacation guilt free because we knew Roscoe was getting as much love & attention as we give him. Our only concern was that he might not want to come home because he had so much fun with Sherri's fur babies. ? We will be back Sherri!”

“John has taken care of my cat twice now, and she feels very comfortable and relaxed with him. He is communicative, attentive, and always adapts to her little quirks and personality. I really appreciate how well he cares for her and would definitely recommend him!”

“Heather did a great job with her first assignment with 6 of my cats, who apparently adapted easily to my absence and her presence! She sent careful notes and an assortment of pictures for each visit, showing her happy customers playing and accepting affection, and everyone was pretty relaxed when we arrived home after 4 days away. I hope to book her again when we next need a pet sitter!”
“Katrina is great! My 2 pitties can be a bit much at times but she handles them wonderfully and doesn't let them get away with being naughty. She is also flexible and accommodating with changing times when theres been a change to our normal routine/schedule. Highly recommend Katrina's services.”

“Alyssa is very sweet, responsive, and responsible. She was wonderful with our cat, Margot, and I felt so reassured knowing Alyssa was at the house during the week we were away. About: I love all animals big and small! I have a variety of experience. I grew up taking care of a Rottweiler and currently have a pit and two cats. I have worked in the past and consistently cared for a deaf and diabetic dog to include administering insulin. I have volunteered at shelters, fostered numerous dogs to include a deaf dog with seizures, interned at a wildlife rehab center for a year, and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo taking care of the goats yard. I worked for 3 years at VIP pet care holding the animals, administering shots , microchips, blood draws and supervising the clinics. I love hiking and anything outdoors so walking your pup would be great for both your pup and myself! 🙂 I’m currently working full time and another part time job so am currently only offering walking services to work around my busy schedule. My schedule varies each week. I have a fenced in yard with one dog and two cats. At this time I am only offering walking services and may consider in home care in the future.

“He did a fantastic job of taking care of our girls while we were gone. They were fed, watered, played with, and poops cleaned up. We came home to some very happy cats.”

“Amy's the best. So sweet and did a great job caring for our little Willy. She sent me several photos and was available last minute to take care of our little guy. He looks like he had a great time with Amy and I trust her to watch him any time. Thank you for all your help!”

“Our dog Luna spent the time playing with Leanna's Boston terrier, and had a blast! We were grateful for trustworthy care while we photographed a local event. I would book with her again!”

“Our dogs were well cared for and tired out when we picked them up! Extra attention was given to special dietary instructions for one of them and pick up and drop off was efficient. We were glad to use them again and know they were in good hands!”

“She was awesome! We were in town for the weekend, needed a sitter for Max for Saturday, and she was able to accommodate us. Will definitely go back when we come back to Syracruse! Max had fun and slept like a baby that night lol She was easy to reach by text, responded in an appropriate amount of time, and her property was away from the road, giving us piece of mind. Highly recommend.”

“Krissy was absolutely terrific with our pup! Calm and caring, with regular updates throughout the day - and went above and beyond during a storm and power outage to make sure she was safe and cared for. We really appreciate her, and would highly recommend!”

About: I have always had a way with animals. They seem able to feel the peace and caring in me so that aren’t afraid.I am personable and genuinely care for people and animals . I am 58 years old and have extra time to take care of your pet. I don’t work a full time job anymore so I am available mostly anytime I am needed If you need me to stay in your home to care for your pet, I am respectful of your house and everything within it. I own my house and know the anxiety of leaving someone you don’t know in your home wondering what your home will look like when you get back. Your home will look exactly the same as it did when you left. Possibly even clear than when you left.

About: I have been a devoted animal lover and pet owner for many years, and caring for both cats and dogs has always been a true passion of mine. I understand that pets are beloved family members, each with their own unique personalities, routines, and needs, and I treat every animal with the same love, patience, and respect that I give my own. I am dependable, compassionate, and attentive to detail. Whether your pet is an energetic dog, a playful cat, a shy rescue, or a senior or special-needs companion, I take the time to make them feel safe, comfortable, and loved. My experience with rescue animals and special-needs pets has taught me to be especially patient and observant, allowing me to quickly notice changes in behavior or health. Nothing makes me happier than earning an animal’s trust and ensuring they receive exceptional care while their family is away. My goal is to provide not only outstanding care for your pets, but also complete peace of mind for you. As a full-time high school teacher, I maintain a structured and dependable schedule, working from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM during the school year. This allows me to provide pet visits during the midday, if needed, and dedicated walks and care immediately after the school day. Caring for animals is an important part of my daily life. I share my home with two dogs, who enjoy their walks as soon as I return home, as well as my cats, who are part of my evening routine. This firsthand experience as a pet owner helps me understand the importance of consistency, exercise, affection, and attentive care. In addition to my availability during the school year, I have school vacations, holidays, and summers off, which provides greater flexibility to accommodate your schedule and your pets' needs. I am committed to providing reliable, compassionate, and professional care so you can feel confident that your pets are in excellent hands. I provide attentive, personalized care in your home so that your pets can remain comfortable in their familiar environment and maintain their regular routines. I understand that consistency is important for reducing stress and helping pets feel secure while their families are away. During each visit, I ensure that your pets have fresh food and water, clean litter boxes or potty areas, exercise, playtime, and plenty of affection. For dogs, this includes walks, outdoor breaks, and interactive play tailored to their energy level and needs. For cats, I provide feeding, litter box maintenance, enrichment, and quiet companionship on their terms. I am experienced in caring for rescue, senior, and special-needs pets, including administering oral medications when needed. I take the time to observe each pet’s behavior and overall well-being, and I will promptly communicate any concerns. I also respect your home and will keep feeding areas, litter boxes, and pet spaces clean and tidy. You can expect regular updates, photos, and clear communication so you have peace of mind knowing your pets are safe, comfortable, and receiving loving, professional care.
About: I have worked at a veterinary hospital for 7years and I have run my own petsitting on the side for 4 years. I am experienced with all kinds of animals (exotics, farm animals, seniors, pets with behavioral quirks etc) I am able to administer medication and can handle pets with more care requirements than usual. I am a student at SUNY Oswego so during the week I do have classes but I am more than able to balance both and I am open to figuring out what works best for you and your pet(s). I take care of your pet like it’s my own. I’ve had plenty of experience both in a veterinary hospital and as a pet sitter, so your pets are in good hands :)

About: The last few years I've provided an array of services for dog sitting, walking, weekly stays and occasionally drop in visits. From Danes to Chihuahua's I'm certain I can give your pup the love, patience, care and energy (high or low depending on the pup) that they need to live happy, comfortable and confident lives. I've taken care of an array of animals since I was a kid from hamsters to dogs to little frogs! I currently have a 2.5 year old Australian Cattle Dog mix who I've worked with through several training classes. I'm happy to help and follow through with current trainings you are working with your pup on while I interact with them. I'm able to remove ticks and have a first aid kit always on had and a base medicinal understanding and can administer medication if needed. I'm also doggy and human first aid certified (American Red Cross). If your pup is spayed/neutered, vaccinated and well socialized (or needs a little nudge and isnt aggressive or reactive) I'd be happy to take them to a dog park with or without my pup Luna. Does your dog have a special diet? Bon appetit, I'll be sure to get them their right food at the right time! Senior dogs need love too, I'll be patient and we can take a nice and easy stroll or take a little car ride! Speaking of, I have room in my subaru for any transportation your pup may ever need (including a doggy seatbelt). Overall, I'm flexible and want to help you and your pup have a happy life! I am currently employed but my schedule is very inconsistent at this time so reach out for availability checks and I can work with you! I'm very flexible in my scheduling. Right now I do not have the capacity for boarding or keeping any dogs besides my own at my current residence. Here we have a large yard with room for our pups to run and their recall work has been going well. Dogs can be on the furniture minus the kitchen table! We also have a large basement with room to run there too. In your home, I follow your rules and will respect your privacy. Please inform me of any specific requirements in your home or anything I should be aware of. I will act professionally and respectfully, just like I would ask someone if they were entering my home. I am flexible so just let me know of anything and I can adapt!
About: Having been through a fairly traumatic dog attack myself, I made it my mission to learn all about dog's behavior and why they do what they do. I have studied different ways of training and learning how to react to certain situations with them. I promise to love and give all the fun play time, cuddle time, and attention to your favorite furry friend! Your doggy can sleep in my bed and hang out on the couch. If you are anything like me, your dog is your best friend and child! I had an amazing female Boston Terrier who lived to 13 1/2. I am versed in care of elderly dogs. My new venture is a deaf puppy. We are learning hand signals for training. He is very friendly and loves to make new friends. If you have any questions about what I'm willing to do, or can and can't do, please don't hesitate to ask me! I work for a family business, and can bring my dog to work. Therefore, your pup will be able to come to work with me! I will love your baby as if it was my own. Dogs will always be leashed outside. They are allowed on furniture here and are welcome to snuggle anytime! But if you have different rules , please tell me so I can abide by them.

I took some classes and this one I took at my vet which I was amazed because they taught me how to drain the adrenaline glands and some dogs have a severe issue with that quite often. My dog does! There are classes that you can go in and they will take the time and show you for some things. I like to to participate in these classes so I have knowledge when it comes time to if anything happens. About: Hi there! I’ve been dedicated to working with animals since I was 16, earning my Veterinary Technician license while in high school in Texas. Over the years, my deep interest in canine behavior led me to manage dog daycares and boarding facilities, as well as shadow experienced dog trainers. When I’m not caring for pets, you can usually find me immersed in my favorite hobby-handling and competing with dogs in conformation shows! With my veterinary background, I bring both clinical confidence and behavioral understanding to every visit. I am completely comfortable administering oral or injectable medications, following precise routines, and managing special needs. Having personally cared for an epileptic dog, I am well-versed in seizure protocols and know how to keep pups calm, safe, and supported. I work full-time during the week but am available to care for your dog from Saturday through Monday. Weekends typically involve nature hikes on various trails, allowing all the dogs to explore new scents and enjoy the outdoors. My dogs are my weekend companions, and your pup will become part of our pack on these adventures. I'm passionate about providing dogs with enriching experiences, and I'm confident your dog will have a fun and fulfilling time with us. I don't have a fenced-in yard, but we do monitor the dogs carefully when they are outside. Depending on the dog, we would either walk them on a leash or allow them to explore under close supervision. We have a crate available if needed, but you are more than welcome to bring your dog's own crate if they feel more comfortable in it. Dogs are welcome on furniture, beds, and throughout the house. Our home is completely dog-friendly.
About: I have cared for my own dog for the past 13 years and sadly he died in February 2025. I walked him around my neighborhood consistently for all those years and now having that routine gone is difficult. Before having him as my own, I also helped take care of my families dog for several years. I am experienced in caring for dogs of all ages and demeanors and all sizes too :) I am attending SUNY Cortland right now and that is the only large barrier in my weekly schedule. I can care and/or walk dogs after 7pm on Monday and Wednesdays. I am available after 4pm on Tuesday and Thursday. Friday and Saturday I can provide care all day with a days notice. Without notice I will most likely be working on Friday and therefore not available until after 4pm that day. I can house-sit on Fridays and Saturdays and into Sunday afternoon as well! I will maintain a safe and calm environment for your pet while caring for them and allow them to initiate any desired games or actions. I am willing to accommodate however you prefer for your dog when caring for them, just let me know of anything necessary :) Any questions or concerns for your dog's care are welcomed and appreciated as I prefer a heads up in advance of anything unusual or to keep an eye out/for. Thanks :)
“My dog had such a wonderful time!! Ashley is amazing she sent cute pictures all night when she had him and kept me updated on how he was doing. He played and played with the other pups she was boarding at the time and we definitely be rebooking with her next time we need to go somewhere ??❤️❤️”

“Amazing amazing amazing service from Margaret she took care of my babies(kittens named noodles and ghost) for a week and a half and they had a great time updates(cute pictures) were sent often and she even picked them up and dropped them off back to me within the area. Margaret helped me out so much and I couldn’t be happier with her services if you ever need to book with someone to take care of your babies choose her”

“I couldn’t have asked for a better sitter for my two dogs—especially during a stressful time while Beth was recovering from a broken leg. They went above and beyond to make sure she was comfortable, safe, and sticking to her medication and recovery routine. I really appreciated the consistent updates, photos, and communication—it gave me so much peace of mind knowing both of my dogs were in such caring and capable hands. It’s clear they genuinely love animals and treat them like their own. I would absolutely trust them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive sitter!”

“Tiffany was such a good sitter! Buster really enjoyed his stay, and we enjoyed having her care for him. She provided regular updates, was super responsive, and attentive to my fur baby. You can tell she loves dogs and treated Buster like her own. I will rebook in the future. Thank you Tiffany!”
