Dogs are treated like one of my own! I take your dog out for leashed potty breaks several times a day, according to their needs. While I am working, your dog can settle on the couch or one of the many dog beds, or relax and play with my dogs (a Golden Retriever and a Foxhound). If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

To give you an example how thorough and thoughtful he is, I will share this story. The first few days at his house, the dogs weren't not eating much. When there was an interference with the pickup time, she was completely understanding and didn’t charge extra. I even told her about Poptart’s disliking of other cats, and she kept her in a room separate from her own and even offered to introduce my cat to hers to get her more accustomed to being around other cats in the future. Overall, she was a wonderful sitter and I’ll definitely consider her again in the future!”

About: I have raised and cared for my families dogs as well as my own personal pets since I was a child. From puppy days to senior life, I have experienced it all and have enjoyed every moment of it. For me, having dogs around is a must! I currently work 4 days a week at a brewery in Rochester. I am available for walks and check-ins Tuesday/Wed all day, Thursday-Friday 8am-11am. Sunday's are open and negotiable as well! I enjoy spending time outside (park, trails, yard) with the active dogs, and talked to/petting the lazy/sleepy ones while they lounge inside. About: Growing up I always had a family dog. More recently, I have taken care of many friends and family member's dogs over the years. Now I wanted to take that further and help out more people when they need their fur babies taken care of. I am a teacher so availability changes based on the season, but if I am able to help, I will! I am a teacher, so during the summer, I am off of work besides a few days I pick up shifts for school. During the school year, my schedule will obviously change but currently have a good amount of availability. I do have a fenced in back yard which is very helpful for pets. For going to a clients house I do want to make sure that the area is safe. The dog is on a leash before going outside and knowing the kind of dog and the dog's needs.

About: I have always had a love for animals since I can remember. I rescued and rehabbed two feral kittens that were living under a dumpster to my own rescued pup. I have had guest dogs in my home from tiny to extra large. They always received the same care as my own dog from sleeping in bed with us to plenty of walks and outdoor time. They will be in great, responsible hands with me! I currently have my own business so I make my schedule. I can be flexible with days of the week and times even with last minute notice. I always ensure the pets are secure via leash before leaving the home to go for walks or when they are "in" for the day (crates, baby gate - no matter their set up). I also gather all the information about the animal - any reactions to certain situations, recall cues etc prior to visits.

About: I have been caring for dogs since I was 13. I walk mine and my sisters dogs frequently. I have done overnights with dogs. I let dogs out during the day and feed them for meal times. I am a nursing student at Hartwick college and can easily work about my schedule to take care of pets. I am unavailable on Thursdays, but every other day works depending on my schedule. About: I’m a 33 year old retired dog groomer and ran large grooming salons in the Pittsburgh area as well as here in New York for a total of 10 years. Was also a kennel boarding assistant as well as a vet assistant for a mobile vaccine clinic serving Niagara Falls, Watertown, Rochester and other areas. I have had everything from chihuahuas to Rottweilers and pit bulls. I treat pets like my children and love all shapes and sizes and able to provide medication as well as any other special need requests. I know basic first aid but I do not have pet CPR certification. I also have plenty of references and client feedback if needed to ensure you get the care your pet needs and deserves. I have an open schedule so if you need times outside of my availability please message me and I may be able to work with your schedule! About: Hello! I recently moved here from Maryland. After losing our pup in 2023, we decided to wait a bit and last year, added two new fur babies to our house. I really missed that energy in the house. I have had pets my entire life & love my fur babies. I have 3 biological children & 3 step and all of them are animal lovers too :) Having just relocated, I have a pretty flexible schedule and am very open to helping with your needs for your fur baby. I do work a full day on Tuesdays and partial day on Wednesday’s. I will be happy to follow your instructions and schedule for your pet in your home or during walks.
