I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. About: I am a regular volunteer at the Mohawk Humane Society where I walk dogs of all sizes and ages. I am certified in fear free training and have a lot of experience with dogs who have separation anxiety due to my own dog. I work remotely as a project manager and have a flexible schedule for drop-in visits or if you need to board your dog, I will always be home and attentive. I work remotely and build my own schedule so I can easily pop in for an hour or so to make sure your dog gets the care that they need! She passed in Feb 2019 and will always be in my heart! Ava was born in 2020 and I got her when she was 8 weeks old. About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). About: I've been a lifelong cat companion and caregiver, having raised and nurtured them since I was young. Over time, I've also bonded with my cousins' and friends' dogs, learning their unique needs and quirks while helping with everything from daily care to playtime. Whether it's a playful pup or a curious cat, I genuinely enjoy keeping tails wagging and whiskers happy. Since I currently work remotely, my schedule is wide open for pet sitting and dog walking— whether it’s a midday stroll or an overnight cuddle session. With a little heads-up, I’m happy to help with house sitting, too. Caring for animals isn’t just a part of my day — it’s something I truly look forward to. In my home, I’m the go-to comfort zone for my two cats — they always come to me for cuddles, calm, and of course, their meals. “Where do I even begin? Heidi and her family were life savers. I had a different host that I had booked well over a month before my trip, and on the day of drop off I could not get a hold of her. I was in pure panic mode, and I found Heidi. She lives even closer to my home so that was another bonus. I got all the pictures and updates constantly. She treated my fur baby as if she were her own. She gave my girl a homemade pup cup, sweet potato and rice on her food, and all the snuggles. I know that she was truly in the best hands, and the first host falling through was a blessing in disguise. I would definitely book with her again!”
