Pets are allowed on the furniture, unless you state explicitly state you don't want them to be. I prefer not to kennel overnight, but there are always exceptions to the rule! I've volunteered at dog shelters, spent hours walking dogs in all kinds of weather, and offered comfort to friends who've had to say goodbye to their best fur friends. I currently work from home and have a flexible schedule that allows me to give your pets plenty of attention - playing, feeding, and scratching behind the ears. I take my dog for swims in the river, off leash romps in the woods, and leashed walks around town. We also play fetch and tug-of-war in the house or on the deck. If your dog needs a playmate, my dog, Jackson, may be a good fit. My cats - depending on their mood - like to lounge in the sun, pounce on the occasional toy, run up stairs, and hunt for treats I've hidden for them.

People rely on me to take care of their dogs like feed them and bathe them and play with them and walk them and make sure they’re well loved It will only be me working with the dogs, I don’t need any other assistance with other people. I do work a full-time job, but I have flexible time before or after work so I’ll be able to take care of your dogs or cats. The best days are Monday through Saturday, Monday - Wednesday would be in the morning and Thursday - Saturday would be in the afternoon/evening. We have a fenced in yard at our house and we like to play fetch with our dogs, especially in the nice weather. They even love the snow. We do crate train our one dog so if your dogs need to be crated, I am able to do so. Our dogs are on the schedule for their food so if your dogs are too, I understand and can follow that schedule. And we give them lots of love so your dog(s) will be loved too.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember. I rescued my first dog from the local humane society when I was 11, and that experience started a lifelong passion for caring for animals. Before becoming a nurse, I worked as a veterinary assistant for two local animal hospitals where I gained valuable hands-on experience with animal care and handling. I developed skills in basic training, puppy socialization, reading animal body language, medication administration, subcutaneous fluids, nail trimming, grooming, and bathing. In my free time I enjoy traveling, camping, hiking with my dogs, training with our Belgian Malinois, and watching my daughter ride her horse.
