“Heather is a fabulous Cat Sitter. The 4 cats were fed well while I was gone. They are all leary of strangers, however three of them couldn't resist meeting Heather. Dew boy was the only holdout, his loss. Heather also brought in mail and spread some salt on the steps from the snow that fell. She sent great photos too !”

“Sophie treated Rupert to excellent Rover quality service. Rupert was even so excited everyday to ensure he showed his prized possession to her everyday. The service was super understanding of military timing and requirements … hands down use Sophie time and time again.”

About: I love all animals big and small! I have a variety of experience. I grew up taking care of a Rottweiler and currently have a pit and two cats. I have worked in the past and consistently cared for a deaf and diabetic dog to include administering insulin. I have volunteered at shelters, fostered numerous dogs to include a deaf dog with seizures, interned at a wildlife rehab center for a year, and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo taking care of the goats yard. I worked for 3 years at VIP pet care holding the animals, administering shots , microchips, blood draws and supervising the clinics. I love hiking and anything outdoors so walking your pup would be great for both your pup and myself! 🙂 I’m currently working full time and another part time job so am currently only offering walking services to work around my busy schedule. My schedule varies each week. I have a fenced in yard with one dog and two cats. At this time I am only offering walking services and may consider in home care in the future.
“Julia did a wonderful job! I was afraid that my cat would lose weight while we were gone. Instead, he gained weight. He seemed very calm and content when we returned. She did everything that was asked of her and left everything neat and clean. I, highly, recommend her.”
“Nicole was great! First time Rover user with an adolescent cat who isn’t away from his people much. She was available short notice, walked me through aspects of the service, and clearly loves animals and what she does. Will absolutely rebook again!”

About: Hi, I’m Michaela! Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. From dogs and cats to horses, goats, and other livestock, I’ve spent my whole life learning how to handle animals of all sizes with confidence and care. Professionally, I’ve built my career around animal care: • I currently work as a Client Care Specialist at Countryside Veterinary Clinic, where I interact daily with pets and their families, gaining valuable insight into health, behavior, and comfort needs. • I previously worked at the Lewis County Humane Society, where I cared for shelter animals, helped match pets with families, and supported the team with everything from feeding and cleaning to hands-on enrichment and socialization. • I also run my own small business, Kales Kritters, offering grooming, boarding, and in-home care for dogs and cats of all temperaments and needs. • Additionally, I founded A New Leash on Life, a local nonprofit that provides pet supplies, food, and resources to families in need. Between my farm upbringing, shelter work, and veterinary clinic role, I’ve had the privilege of caring for animals in every stage of life — from bottle babies to seniors — and I’m comfortable with special needs, medications, and unique temperaments. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, overnights, or just giving your pet a little extra love while you’re away, I treat every animal like they’re my own.

About: I've had experience with taking care of cats my entire life. My family currently has seven cats, including one with diabetes that we have to give insulin. I will also clean up any messes your pets might make and make sure that they're healthy.

About: “As a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for cats, I know how important it is to give them the care, attention, and patience they deserve. Whether your kitty is a playful explorer, a shy cuddle bug, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. From keeping up with feeding schedules to playtime, brushing, and plenty of snuggles, I treat every cat as if they were my own. You can relax knowing your feline friend is in reliable, caring hands

“Matt is so great! We felt very comfortable and confident in him during our recent trip out of town. He was very responsive and respectful. He did great with the cats, made sure they had food/water, clean litter, and played with them every day. He was willing to stop by before we left town so we could give him the spare key and show him where the cat supplies were. We will definitely be planning to book him again for future needs.”

“Nicole provided excellent care for our little Zander. We had traveled far from home for a family event and needed someone to look after him for a few hours. Nicole was a very caring and calming person who was able to bond with our nervous dog right away. I was thrilled to see the pictures of him out shopping and walking with another dog.”

“Oreo loved his stay, I dropped him off on both Saturday and Sunday for a few hours ! Each day , she responded immediately and let me bring him very short notice! She was amazing with him, she sent pictures during his stay ,i can tell he enjoyed the walks ( he’s used to walks in the city not country walks) she kept him on schedule and I loved to see him interact with the other dogs , the new environment , and the love and care Andrea effortlessly gave to Oreo. I will continue to book with her when I’m in the area. Thanks again 🫶🏾”

“Stephanie takes care of the dogs like they are her own! We get pictures of play time, running with her dog Sophie, tonight there was a wonderful picture of our dogs sleeping on the floor because they were so tired of all the fun when they visit Stephanie. We give her the highest rating, and would bring our dogs back anytime! What a gem!”

About: *Please read through and understand my policies before booking - your pets well-being is what is most important to me! I have taken care of various pets since I was a kid. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, and bearded dragons! I have always been the family/friend go-to for help with animals whether it is walking dogs, house-sitting, ect. I am a huge animal advocate and a Humane Policy Leader Volunteer with the ASPCA. Throughout high school and college, I looked for opportunities to help animals at an individual level (doing some rescue work, rehab work, fundraising, ect.), and it has greatly improved my knowledge about providing care for animals of various needs. I take the health and safety of animals very seriously, and will treat yours as my own. If you book a 24 hour+ period with me as your pet’s only caregiver, I require a minimum of 3 visits daily and will not allow your dog to be alone for more than 12 hours. With cats and other small animals there is flexibility with the amount of drop-ins. I also typically only do last minute bookings for clients I’ve worked with previously because they know my standards and I know their pet’s needs - this helps ensure that the client is comfortable with my care, the pet is comfortable with my care, and I am comfortable providing my services. I am available everyday for pet care and at various times. All scheduling details can be discussed further at a meet and greet to ensure you feel comfortable with the care your pet will be receiving :) I have special experience with diabetic animals, deaf animals, and animals with health/behavior needs. So that I am able to best take care of your pet, please let me know if there is anything I should know about your pet so that I can be prepared to give them the proper care. I would also ask that a meet and greet is set up prior to future visits so that we can ensure your pets comfortability with me while you are away! I will ensure during visits to send pictures of your pet to you and provide a summary of the visit to put your mind at ease, and of course text me on Rover at any point with any concerns or needs. As a fellow animal parent, I understand we experience some separation anxiety from our pets!
“Julia went above and beyond taking care of Skipper. We are completely satisifed with the drop in visits and walks through the week. Julia provided excellent updates and prompt communication. We would absolutely contract her services again and we recommend using Julia!”

“I have a rescue pittie named Peter thats only been with me for about 4 months, and he currently needs a lot of extra care, attention, patience, and love. He looks so happy in all the update pictures she sends— I’m grateful to have found somebody that both me and my dog feel comfy with.”

About: Hi, nice to meet you! Please call me Eliza. Firstly, thank you for considering me to take care of your fur-babies while you're away. Here's a little bit about me and my history with pet care. When I was little, I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some capacity. My journey with pet care began when I was 12 years old. One of my neighbors had a black lab puppy that they never let inside & never had company. One day, I walked up to their door, knocked & asked them to hire me to walk their dog everyday. I never looked back. Since then, friends, family, neighbors & strangers alike have entrusted me with all of their pet's needs. When considering booking with me, please keep in mind that I also work 35 hours a week, giving me plenty of time to pay attention to your pets. I do not have breed restrictions & am happy to work with any special needs or requirements your pet may have. FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS, I do require a meet & greet before booking to ensure that everyone (including your pet) is comfortable and to be able to ask/answer any questions we may have for each other. I've found this helps to ensure trust between all of us. Please be upfront with any triggers or quirks so I know exactly how to take care of your pet. *The meet & greet is a FREE service to ensure we're all a good fit for each other before the stay. For the time being, I do not offer boarding in my home. During my stay with your pets, I provide the utmost care & attention to your pet & their needs. My main priorities are making sure your pet is as safe & as comfortable as possible in an already anxious situation with their parents being away. Thank you so much for considering me to take care of your fur-babies while you're away.

I would make sure your animal is safe. The world class care your fur baby would get would be unmatched. My doggies are literally spoiled but well behaved. They are sweet so there will be plenty of attention and exercise for your loved one. ❤️❤️❤️

About: I have worked in the animal care industry since I was 14 years old. I grew up with my mother whom bred and showed various different breeds of dogs as well as we kept a small mixed livestock farm. I have worked as an equine manager, I have worked at TSC, and currently am employed at a veterinary clinic where I was originally working with boarders. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling. I work full time, but only mid day so I am more than capable of doing morning and afternoon visits as well as mid day on the weekends. I take care of animals the same way I would want to be cared for: with patience, kindness and love but above all safely. Working at a veterinary clinic I have learned a great amount about safe animal care (including with reactive animals).
