About: I’ve handled dogs for the AKC since I was 12 years old starting in junior handling and worked my way up to professional handling very quickly. I am open all days of the week and I live right next-door. (Same building) The dogs will be cared for as I would my own and taking out consistently also making sure they have plenty freshwater in this heat. Along with lots of belly rubs!! The facility can be locked. I am there constantly and there’s plenty of room. I’m always available and I make sure that every pup is happy. If you have a puppy or dog with severe separation anxiety I can sleep downstairs with your dog also.

About: I’ve cared for many types of dogs, cats, horses, cows and more for most of my life! Past and current employers, neighbors, friends and family have entrusted me with all of their animals! I currently have a full time job, however I am usually done by 3 pm and have 2-3 hours in between going back for night check. And I have time before 8 am depending on how close you are for early morning pet care! About: I grew up with dogs and recently owned 2 rescued dogs. I have land around my home and access to a wooded area with trails for longer walks. I am comfortable with caring for dogs in any facet. I am a teacher and I am looking for summer work. I am free every day until late August. I am willing to walk your dog in your neighborhood or board a dog over night. About: I’ve always been an animal lover and have experience caring for dogs and cats of all sizes, ages, and personalities. I’ve helped with daily walks, feeding routines, administering basic medications, and providing lots of attention and companionship. About: (Saying up front that I am not comfortable using a prong collar, so if that’s something you use on your dog, I don’t believe I’m a right fit for the service you want. Please don’t invite me to your home and surprise me with a prong collar—I will not use it on your dog.) Now here’s my bio: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.

About: I love all dogs regardless of size or breed. I’m quite active so if you have an energetic dog that needs to burn some energy, I am the gal for you. I love to take my dogs on adventures with me. Hiking, exploring, finding new trails. As long as they're up to date on their tick medication, we are good to go! :) I also love to groom dogs and more than happy to give them a bath (sometimes I do anyway after a muddy adventure) so that is an added bonus! The length of each visit depends on the client's needs. The average visit lasts 30-45 minutes, but longer visits may be requested and the price would be adjusted accordingly. 3. Will you provide services other than animal care? I have a special place in my heart for dogs. If I pass by someone walking their dog, I've been known to turn around, go back, and ask the owner if I can pet them. Yes, this typically results in the weirdest expressions, but hey, their dogs totally love me! LOL A little about me... I'm 50 years young and live in Middleton, TN with my wonderful husband and our 3 small sweet fur babies (2 shih tzus and a bichon/poodle mix). I have 2 grown children and an 8 year old Pit Bull named Jax who lives with them in Murfreesboro, TN. I'm originally from upstate NY (born & raised 4 hours north of NYC, in cow country!) but moved to the south to be with the love of my life. :) I worked in a kennel years ago, so I've handled virtually every type of dog there is, and there was never a time when my family didn't have a dog or two in the house growing up. I've been jokingly called "The Dog Whisperer", as I'm known for befriending dogs that are normally unapproachable. The bottom line? I LOVE DOGS! Honestly? I think I must've been a dog in a past life... LOL ;) I will happily watch your pet in my home, however I much prefer to travel to your home to take care of them, where they are happiest and the least stressed. There's plenty of room for multiple dogs. My experience administering medication: I've done this countless times. This has never been an issue for me. I don't work a regular job because I have my own businesses. This allows me the luxury of making my own schedule and working from home, so I am able to stop whatever I'm working on an any given time to take care of any animals that are in my care. It's truly the perfect side job for me. At my home, I have 2 fenced areas that I can use for when your dog(s) need to go out, otherwise they'll be inside with me getting lots of love. They would never be let out unsupervised as I'd never want to take a chance of them escaping. (My goats are known for this so they've made me paranoid. Lol) Oh, and by the way, I have Valais Blacknose sheep (a.k.a. the "world's cutest sheep!") and Nigerian Dwarf goats who all stay in their own fenced pasture together. I also have two very sweet LGDs who are wonderful with other dogs, but stay in the pasture and lean-to (attached to my house) with them at all times to protect the animals and property from coyotes. And they do their job extremely well! At your home, I will follow whatever instructions you provide for the care of your fur babies, and I'll send you text updates everyday, including pictures and video.

About: I’ve handled dogs for the AKC since I was 12 years old starting in junior handling and worked my way up to professional handling very quickly. I am open all days of the week and I live right next-door. (Same building) The dogs will be cared for as I would my own and taking out consistently also making sure they have plenty freshwater in this heat. Along with lots of belly rubs!! The facility can be locked. I am there constantly and there’s plenty of room. I’m always available and I make sure that every pup is happy. If you have a puppy or dog with severe separation anxiety I can sleep downstairs with your dog also.
