At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. About: I’ve had dogs in my family since I was a little girl, for as long as I can remember I have never been scared of them no matter how big or active they are. My first dog outside of my parents how was a husky (crazy decision I know), but training her and seeing her grow has been amazing! I have experience with puppies, senior dogs, shy dogs as well as very active dogs. I’m currently doing Rover as a side job, therefore whenever I’m taking a client I will be home with your dog the entire day except to take the dogs to the park or on walks! I live in an apartment so I don’t have a fence yard, however I live on the first floor and there’s a big yard where I can take the dogs out and play with them. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues.
