We could see from the first interaction that she would be kind to our dog, as she immediately got down and gave her hand to the dog to sniff and then pet her. She has a daughter with a sweet and gentle personality, who kindly shared her own blanket with the dog to make the dog feel more comfortable. Yessenia‘s husband was friendly and pleasant as well. Furthermore, since Yesenia had already experienced life with a senior dog, she offered us some suggestions that might help with our pup. “Like most people, I was very nervous about leaving my dogs with someone while I was away. However, from the moment I met Alissa I knew my two babies would be okay. She spent a lot of time with us during our initial meet and greet. She answered all our questions and allowed our dogs to hang out in her backyard and just really reassured us that she will love them the same way we do. She communicated regularly while we were gone and sent pictures and videos. What I also appreciated is that she is flexible with drop off and pick up times. So instead of our dogs staying another night, we were able to pick them up on our way home from our trip. I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family.”

About: As w most people here i have a love for animals and am on track for a career in veterinary medicine. I have a dog of my own personally but also have a wide range of skills with many different animals (rodent, reptiles, various exotics, etc) due to my experience working in and completing a two year BOCES program for veterinary medicine assisting which included dogs and cats ofc. I have experience working w cats of various sizes and temperaments from a shelter I used to volunteer at. We were in charge of getting the cats medicine if needed and socializing them as well as keeping their area clean. About: I grew up in a house full of pets and have volunteered at various pet rescues. Now, 51 years later, through every chapter of my life, milestones, joys, and losses, there has always been a pet by my side. I can’t imagine a home without the sound of paws, the comfort of companionship, or the simple, grounding presence of an animal. I work full time from home and am happy to be flexible to any schedule. About: I have cared for animals ever since I was a little girl, have always had a dog in the house and would walk our neighbors dogs for fun every day. I’ve taken care of dogs, cats, guinea pigs, lizards etc. I am currently at stay at home mom for my 2 young daughters. About: I am a lifelong dog lover and owner. Started at 7 years old with my own boxer; now my eldest is 6 with my own dog and house. I am a highly trained veterinary receptionist of going on 5 years with extreme background knowledge of veterinary medicine. Will be able to tell beginning signs if your pet is unwell in my care. About: I have been walking & boarding dogs for the past 5 years & i love what i do! i have had dogs all my life & my aunt is part of a volunteer rescue group in which i help with in my free time! dog walking/boarding is my full time job so i really make sure to put my all into it. I am very flexible when it comes to my schedule & say yes as much as possible! I treat every dog like they are my own. I have had dogs all my life so i treat each dog with the same love & care as my own.
About: I grew up in a house full of pets and have volunteered at various pet rescues. Now, 51 years later, through every chapter of my life, milestones, joys, and losses, there has always been a pet by my side. I can’t imagine a home without the sound of paws, the comfort of companionship, or the simple, grounding presence of an animal. I work full time from home and am happy to be flexible to any schedule. This works particularly well for pets that are used to a routine. My pets include a Labrador Retriever named "Jax" who is 6 years old. Jax likes to run about in our fenced yard. I also have 3 cats named "Beau", "Shadow" and "Oliver" who remain indoor. All of my babies are rescues.
About: Dogs, cats and helping people all make me happy. I’ve lived with at least one dog since I was 4 years old after adopting our first family dog from the north shore animal league. I’ve had 3 years of fostering experience for the queens ASPCA where my aunt volunteered. I rehabbed overweight dogs and sick dogs into shape and health to be adopted to their forever homes. We had 2 foster failures our bond was so strong we had to keep. I currently have 3 dogs and one cat all rescues. I always form an immediate bond with any pet I meet and promise to take care of your pet like they are my own. I am gladly available weekdays both mornings and afternoons as well as anytime needed on the weekends and/or holidays. I’ve found and saved several lost dogs and wild animals throughout the neighborhood over the past 9 plus years. Easily my favorite part of the job. I love to serve the community by helping others. I care as much about stray or random animals as I do my own pets. Seeing a dog or cat in public is easily the highlight of my day. I like to get down and meet dogs at their level to gain their trust and show I am not s threat. I am a good listener and will follow all orders given to take care of someone’s pet and do whatever is best for any animal in my care.

About: As w most people here i have a love for animals and am on track for a career in veterinary medicine. I have a dog of my own but also have a wide range of skills with many different animals (rodent, reptiles, various exotics, etc) due to my experience working in and completing a two year BOCES program for veterinary medicine assisting which included dogs and cats ofc. I currently volunteer at a shelter walking the dogs there so I'm equipped to handle dogs of many sizes and temperaments. I also have experience working w cats of various sizes and temperaments from a separate shelter. I'm very good w adjusting my technique and handling for different animals in order to safely and properly handle them in the ways they need/ feel comfortable. Im confident in my skills and always willing to learn/ experience new situations. sooo yea im here☺️ I currently have a part-time job, but it has very flexible hours and while I am a student, I usually take these jobs on during breaks or downtime so I have open availability. I do personally have a fenced backyard and a dog back home usually if I’m hosting another dog I do my best to keep their schedules consistent but separate as my dog is very selective. Usually, I will do pet sitting at the other dog’s house where I can completely make sure that they are comfortable in their environment and follow their routine as close as possible.
About: I’ve been around dogs/cats for years and have built experience throughout my years of working at a daycare. They will get all the love and care they need. I work full time but my days usually end by 1 or 2pm. I have a very flexible schedule. I can always tweak my schedule around for your pets needs. I do have a fenced in yard. About: I have watched pups from 6mos-13yrs, from shitzus to cane corsos. I have a Aussie pup of my own, and he LOVES to play. If hades and I aren’t home cuddled up on the couch, we’re at the park or at work. I look forward to making memories with our pups ! I am AD military, and I work from home most days. When I do go into work, I bring my pup, my base is super pet friendly, and we have set play times outside. Aside from the early part of the day, I spend my afternoons at a parks ( usually a new one every week ) I have a home with a yard, and a 4ft tall gate. In every room I have a dog bed, and dog toys scattered. My home will be your dogs home away from home, but with a new friend.
