“Andrea is a beautiful, intelligent and compassionate professional. She cares about the animals she looks after while 'pet parents' are away. She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. “Chaqutia looked after my pup, Ralph, for just over a week. I was nervous about leaving him for such a long period of time especially as he was unwell. Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. Her family are truly lovely and her eldest child played with Ralph lots (particularly loved those videos) Would definitely use Chaqutia again and recommend her to others!”

We had to use Sandra and her husband to watch our fluffy friends for almost 2 weeks. They came back to us chunky, happy, and my puppy no longer shakes when meeting new people and is now the first to go outside. They did such a wonderful job. About: I lived in California for 4 years and while I was there I was apart of a dog rescue. Many dogs lived at my house. I also had a couple of cats , so I am comfortable around both! I am working part time at the moment so my schedule is pretty open for the most part. You can just ask me a time and I can see if I can work around it! I watch a family friends dog a lot at my house. He just wanders around the house. He is usually stuck to me like glue so he doesn’t go far lol . When he stays at my house he just lays in bed with me. He is a Maltese and Chihuahua mix! When he goes outside to use the bathroom he doesn’t go far and he listens to me when I tell him to come. I do not have fencing or anything around my house.

“Barbara is downright awesome. Leaving a pet for the first time is always tough, but Barbara made it as easy as could be. It doesn't hurt that our pooches both absolutely adore her! Beyond that, she was very communicative from the time we first messaged all the way up through the visit and beyond. We had a somewhat last minute family emergency that meant we had to cancel one visit and shift another, and Barbara was very understanding and flexible. Our pups can really be handful together (or by themselves sometimes, if we're being honest), but Barbara followed our instructions for how to play with them without it getting out of hand and by all accounts everyone had a blast. We got lots of wonderful pictures and updates from Barbara of our pups with their happiest faces on, playing with each other and by themselves. As I write this, the morning after coming home, our pooches are happy and playful but rested and not overly insane, just like I'd expect after day of good fun. I (and really, my dogs Tina & Russell) would absolutely recommend giving your dogs the opportunity to hang out with Barbara next time you need to get away.”

Whether it’s cuddles, walks, playtime, or extra TLC, I’ll treat your fur babies like they’re my own. I have a completely open and flexible schedule, available any day and time. Since I mostly work from home, I can easily accommodate bookings, cancellations, last-minute changes, and special requests. The only exception is occasional weekend evenings after 5 PM, when I work at The Colony in Woodstock. Other than that, I’m always here for you and your pets! I live in a spacious three-bedroom, 2 story home with a large open yard, perfect for pets to play and explore. Your furry friend will have plenty of room to stretch, run, and enjoy the outdoors while getting all the exercise and fresh air they need to stay happy and healthy.
About: From overnight stays and walks to playtime and cuddles, family and friends have entrusted me with the care of their fur baby. Being able to work with cats and dogs on a daily basis as a veterinary assistant continues to help me accumulate various skills to work with animals of all temperaments and ages! I’m currently working part time so I’d have flexible time to spend with your precious pups whether during the week or during the weekend ! Pups are off if their routine is off so if you have a specific schedule or way of doing things I can assure you I will stick to the game plan.
About: I have been taking care of animals for as long I could remember. Growing up I always had pets that I’ve cared for and learned from then on about feeding my pets to taking them for a walk so doctors visits etc. I’ve had a lot of pets growing up ranging from rabbits to guinea pigs, dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, ferret, turtle. All were very well cared for and very loved. I love being around animals and being able to help out people who are working long hours and need some extra help with caring for their loved fur baby. I’m very familiar with dog and cat sitting for other people and taking dogs on walks. I usually go to other people’s houses to care for the animals because I find it easier for the owner. I’ll always make sure your fur babies are happy and active by going on walks or even playing ball around the yard.
About: I have cared for dogs and cats of all kinds since I was 13 years old. Friends and family have trusted me to take care of their pets. I’m currently working part time, so I’ll have good quality of time to spend playing and walking with your beloved pet. I am available weekends and during the week any time. Whether you prefer to have your fur baby cared for at your house or mine, I am available to watch over them as if they were mine.
About: I’ve taken care of young puppies, energetic dogs and senior pets as well. We are an outdoorsie family and like to go for long walk and hikes with our dog. High energy pet is a no problem! Our current dog is a senior, so we have a nice accommodating environment for her and other senior pups. I’m staying home currently with a baby. I decided to start providing pet care for extra income and for interacting with other animals, as we are not a able to get more animals at this time. I have a large house with a one acre yard and an and an overhead trolley cable. There are multiple rooms where the dogs can rest and a large crate where the doggies can be if they feel safe there.
About: I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, I have volunteered countless hours in a shelter and have lived with dogs for the last 10 years. I have experience with both pure breed and rescues. I am an active person so your dog will always have someone to play with! I currently work nights so late night or early morning visits are never an issue! I love to stay active and four legged friends the attention they deserve, so if you want your animal to not only be acted for but loved then please reach out to me. Depending on the services provided and your dogs actively level I would love to take them for a long walk or chase each other in the backyard. I am currently a nursing student so I enjoy having an outlet of pet therapy to distract from the stress of school work.
About: I have been taking care of dogs my entire life. I have trained many dogs. From crate training, to commands. Nothing makes me happier then when my babies are happy and obedient. “Andrea is a beautiful, intelligent and compassionate professional. She cares about the animals she looks after while 'pet parents' are away. She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. Andrea also understands the complexities of rescue animals, and will work with you so all are informed and kept in safe environments that nourish everyone's positive potential. “Chaqutia looked after my pup, Ralph, for just over a week. I was nervous about leaving him for such a long period of time especially as he was unwell. Chaqutia put my mind at ease instantly and sent updates multiple times throughout the day of both photos and videos as well as a report of how he did with his food and confirming he took his meds. Any questions I had or suggestions I made, she responded to promptly. She’s a very kind and caring person and also very responsible with things like a camera set up in the room dogs sleep in to check on throughout the night. She was flexible with both pick up and drop off times and really listened to our needs Her home is beautiful, large and on a very quiet secluded road which was reassuring as less traffic. Her family are truly lovely and her eldest child played with Ralph lots (particularly loved those videos) Would definitely use Chaqutia again and recommend her to others!”

About: I lived in California for 4 years and while I was there I was apart of a dog rescue. Many dogs lived at my house. I also had a couple of cats , so I am comfortable around both! I am working part time at the moment so my schedule is pretty open for the most part. You can just ask me a time and I can see if I can work around it! I watch a family friends dog a lot at my house. He just wanders around the house. He is usually stuck to me like glue so he doesn’t go far lol . When he stays at my house he just lays in bed with me. He is a Maltese and Chihuahua mix! When he goes outside to use the bathroom he doesn’t go far and he listens to me when I tell him to come. I do not have fencing or anything around my house.

He took very special care to provide enrichment, exercise, and to make sure all of her needs were met. He even sent us home with a couple of treats he’d found out she liked! He’s absolutely wonderful and I cannot recommend him enough.”
