About: I've had dogs my entire life from puppies to rescues! I've also been a grooming salon manager in Ithaca for 9 years. I've cared for many different breeds, ages, temperaments, and quirks all dogs have and I love them all the same. I have two dogs of my own Luke and Yoda. Luke is a 6 year old lab mix around 35 lbs. He is very loving and playful. Yoda is a 5 year old miniature fox terrier mix who has unlimited energy and is the sweetest snuggler. I am home all day with my baby and two dogs of my own so I can give the same care to some extra dogs! I treat every dog as if they are my own. I have lots of extra blankets to make sure they have there own space (i do recommend to bring some of there stuff like blankets, beds, and toys to make them more comfortable) and have extra room to separate them if they need to be alone. I will always make sure they are comfortable, happy, loved, and safe!

About: I have always had pets in my life. I was born into a house with cats and dogs and have had two dogs for as long as I can remember. I have taken care of the animals when my parents have been gone. We have had dogs old and young of all sizes and I love all animals big and small. I will love on animals and play with them, take care of them or just snuggle if they dont like to play. I will be with the animals as much as possible in between other jobs. I also have worked at petsmart in the pet hotel so I have a lot of knowledge and experience working with pets. I am currently working full time but I can let the dogs out before I go to work and then can go right after work as well. I go in at 8 am and get off at 330 pm I will take special care with each pet and be sure to follow the rules that are set by the pet parent. Because of working at petsmart I pay close attention to details and take special care of pets.

She was diabetic so I had to give insulin and make sure she was feeling okay without her mom and dad around. I've taken care of a variety of different animals since I was very young, from dogs, cats, lizards, bunnies, chinchillas, guinea pigs etc. I've grown up living with dogs since I was a child so I'm extremely comfortable around many dog breeds big and small. About: I have taken care of dogs and cats all my life. In the past 8 years I have lived in CO during that time, I have been through pain and loss. Shortly after moving our dog was diagnosed with bone cancer and then our cat with Heart/Kidney disease. About: I always have waste bags, dog treats, and carriers with me. I have common vet meds memorized. I own plastic syringes. I’m a part of a group that provides emergency wildlife transport & rescue. I don’t scare easily if at all, and I know how to keep your pet, and myself safe— most importantly! I will care for your pet with so much patience, empathy, care, space (if needed), cuddles (if they are asking for it), or whatever is appropriate. Animals can do no wrong out of evil or malice in my eyes, they just need guidance and love and help! My biggest flaw as a sitter is that I tend to over communicate as a baseline — usually out of confirming their health / safety first — but I can discern what is an emergency and send summarized updates (i.e. by night or by weekend if housesitting longterm, for example.) About: Hello! I have been a dog groomer for over 10 years and a part time dog walker for 5. I have recently become more available to take on another client or two. I have done long term dog walking and dog sitting for a few local families in the Cortland area. They love me and I love them and their pups! I'm currently employed as a psrt-time dog groomer and have been at this facility for 10 years. 5 years ago I began dog sitting and walking for a few local families and now that my children are older I'm able to take on another client or two. My weekly schedule is flexible but Friday's I'm unavailble all day due to a full client scheudle that day! I have three dogs, a cat, and some chickens. All my animals are up to date and we have an electric fence to maintain their boundary. They get alot fo walking, running (especially the goldendoodle,) naps, and lovin'. My clients pets get walked twice a day, sometimes three if needed. I have one family who just likes me to go and let them out, play some fetch, and lots of belly rubs. I have been asked to take pets for walks, emergency pick ups from boarding facilities, and asked to do feeding schedules.

About: I've had years of experience caring animals as a pet sitter, veterinary technician,shelter volunteer as well as pet mom to many fuzzy, scaly, and feathered friends. I'm a mother of school aged children and I have a very flexible schedule including day,evening,and weekend hours. Short notice requests can usually be accomodated. I'm very comfortable reading animal body language. I have a very people/dog friendly dog who loves to join in on a walk if your dog would like the company.
About: Well hello everybody! I have owned and cared for cats my whole life! I would consider myself an expert even with the most challenging kitties and cats of all ages. Most of the cats I have had as pets have been special needs as well so please don’t think your little fur baby is too “difficult” for me! Also, I have been professionally taking care of pets all of my whole life. at most I’ve had 15 cats, 4 dogs, 1 turtle and 1 lizard. poop doesn’t scare me and neither does piddle! I have also had a plethera of pets that had special needs. therefore, if your pet requires special care, I am 100% willing to do that to ensure that you’re comfortable and that your fur-baby is too ☺️ Elderly pets are no worry. If your pet sprays I don’t wish to board them mainly because I don’t want their potty scent throwing off my animals. I have 3 cats of my own at my house. if your pet doesn’t agree with cats boarding probably won’t be the best solution for you! I have a completely open schedule that allows me to be around for you and your pet needs almost everyday of the week. I’m awake around the clock and don’t mind working with odd hours either! I would refer to the pet owners wants, wishes & concerns and of course treat them like as if they were my own little fur baby!

About: I have always grown up around different types of dogs and cats with different requirements and I work full time in a veterinary hospital, so if they have and medications or medical needs I can assist Im currently working full time at a vet hospital but I have some time off due to summer and I love working with such cute animals I have a fenced in yard where they can run around and stretch there legs and relax at the end of the day with my two cuddling felines

I cared for parakeets, doves, fish, chinchilla, kids, many dogs both big and small, rescued and pure bred, and have had many canine friends over the years. About: For any and all services I provide I will be seeking guidance from the pet owner for preferred handling as people treat their pets differently (allowed on furniture, leash vs off leash, feeding times, etc.) Most of my pet sitting experience has been at their home and i have cared for up to four dogs and two cats (plus chickens and fish). I have also babysat for a cat and a few different dogs at my place. I enjoy an active lifestyle and live near state lands so lots of hiking is usually on the agenda (for dogs anyway). I recently put down my aging cat and have found life is lonely without him, but I am not ready to replace him just yet. Rover seems like a great way to get my fix and earn some extra money along the way. I work full time Monday through Friday and have hour long lunch breaks if midday breaks are needed for your pets. Weekends are for serious play! I live on a low traffic road near a state forest. Access to trails from my back door and a large (unfenced) yard to roam. When staying in someone’s home I treat it like my own with care.
