I'm able to remove ticks and have a first aid kit always on had and a base medicinal understanding and can administer medication if needed. I'm also doggy and human first aid certified (American Red Cross). If your pup is spayed/neutered, vaccinated and well socialized (or needs a little nudge and isnt aggressive or reactive) I'd be happy to take them to a dog park with or without my pup Luna. Does your dog have a special diet? Bon appetit, I'll be sure to get them their right food at the right time! Senior dogs need love too, I'll be patient and we can take a nice and easy stroll or take a little car ride! Speaking of, I have room in my subaru for any transportation your pup may ever need (including a doggy seatbelt). Overall, I'm flexible and want to help you and your pup have a happy life! I am currently employed but my schedule is very inconsistent at this time so reach out for availability checks and I can work with you! I'm very flexible in my scheduling. Right now I do not have the capacity for boarding or keeping any dogs besides my own at my current residence. Here we have a large yard with room for our pups to run and their recall work has been going well. Dogs can be on the furniture minus the kitchen table! We also have a large basement with room to run there too. In your home, I follow your rules and will respect your privacy. About: I have been taking care of dogs since 2008 when my neighbors moved in and allowed me to meet their new puppy. As he grew up I was included in a lot of his daily routine from feeding breakfast and dinner, to taking walks after school/work, and cleaning up the yard as he used the restroom, helping him recoup after getting all his puppy shots, adult shots, and neutered. They also included me in his training of basic obedience and allowed me to work with him and cuddle with anytime they were free and I shot them a text to see if I could come over. They then got a second dog and I was older at that time and so my involvement far more this time as I was older and already had an understanding of what was expected. I helped with potty training both dogs, their general obedience, walking them and cleaning the yard as they used the potty. I also was their caretaker when my neighbors went on vacation or had to work later at the office. Everyday after school like clockwork I’d head over let the boys out, make them an enrichment snack if they’d finished the one the got before the owners left, work on some obedience and walk them if necessary and play with them and cuddle them until mom and dad came home. I took care of these dogs from 2008-2017 when they moved away! Then my new neighbors also decided to add some canine companions when they had settled in. I was asked by them if I’d work on basic obedience with their female dog. Which could’ve not been more perfect timing as I was working towards getting my certification to be a dog trainer! So they allowed me to use her to get my certification and we worked together and learned a lot of basic obedience cues, as well as relaxation protocols for dogs that may be anxious or a little scared in new environments. She helped teach me to read dog body language and use that knowledge communicate effectively with dogs when asking them for any type of cue. So now I am a certified positive method trainer, I have experience in potty training as well. I have experience in giving oral medications and feeding complex diets for dogs who have allergies. The toys are also tailored to each cat but we all know cats do as they please so I’ve learned to buy multiples of the toys that all the cats seem to love! Following the rules of litter pans and filing them with proper litter and cleaning them in a timely manner! I also provide top quality food with correct feeding proportions and I do give them treats in a controlled way as well!

About: Ive grown up my whole life surrounded by cats and dogs. Big, small and in between we all deserve to be taken great care of! I currently am going back to school for Hotel Management. I am only gone a few hours in the mornings Monday through Thursday and weekends off. I do Uber Eats right now making my schedule completely flexible. I live in a one person apartment and have a big open kitchen and living room with hardwood floors and minimal things to get into. I have a open courtyard but am right in town close to lots of places to safely walk, with minimal traffic and parks to run around at. Their's a few friendly dogs that stay in my building as well as I have lots of family with very friendly dogs that love to play and big fenced in yard if your doggy like the interactions.

Play, snacks, walks, songs, and naps will be provided daily. I do have two cats, who will probably stay out of the way, but cat friendly creatures are always preferred.

About: I grew up with a childhood best friend. For kids my age, it would be there neighbor next door. However for me, my best friend was a dog. When he passed in 2020, I was devastated. If your dog likes the crate, I have an extra for them. When I run errands, your dog will be crated or gated in a separate room from my dogs for safety. I live on 4 acres next and next to a cemetery, so I can take your dog for relaxing walks in a peaceful environment.

“Our 2 dogs spent 10 days with Destiny, the longest they’ve ever been away from us, and Destiny was wonderful! She is welcoming & kind, loving & practical. Her home is perfect for dogs with plenty of indoor & outdoor space, hiking trails and a creek to splash in on hot summer days. Our dogs are pretty easy but very attached to us, and one of them needs daily meds. Destiny clearly made them comfortable with her immediately, and they looked incredibly happy in all of the photos she sent daily. The dogs were happy to see us when we arrived but also clearly happy, comfortable & well-loved in Destiny’s home. We’d love to leave them with Destiny again!”
