She fed him according to our requests for wet food in the morning and made sure his auto feeder had enough kibble to dispense dry food at night, and offered ideas to adjust his feeding schedule to giving Theo additional dry food in the morning because she noticed he wasn’t eating much of the wet food that we had thought he would like. Debbie not only took it upon herself to take out the trash after cleaning the litter box, but picked up packages for us that had arrived during our time away, and she brushed Theo daily and gave him a lot of love so he didn’t feel so lonely. About: I have a very dog friendly home with a dog door accessible to a large fully fenced in yard. If your dog enjoys swimming during the summer months, my pool is dog friendly. I enjoy sending photos and videos of your pup(s) all day long. I visit the dog park for ball throwing and safe, leashed walks 2-3 times a day. At home play breaks in the fenced in yard are common practice in my house. Snuggles on the couch are a must! My yard is completely safe for dogs. I always provide fresh water and enjoy spending time with dogs: petting them, playing with them, talking to them and walking them. Dogs are the best! About: I’ve been caring for dogs for over 5 years through a mix of personal, volunteer, and professional experience. I grew up pet sitting for neighbors, friends, and family, so I’ve been trusted with dogs of all sizes, ages, and personalities from a young age. About: In addition to dogs and cats, I love and have cared for many animals my entire life. I grew up caring for the family cat, dog sitting for friends and family, and working for the Prospect Park Zoo in NYC. As an adult I've volunteered for multiple animal shelters, and now care for my own baby Tortoise. As someone with a pet myself, I know how important it is that your sitter adores and respects your animals' needs. I prioritize your animal's health, safety, and happiness! I am a graduate student, giving me a pretty flexible schedule! I am typically completely free Thursday through Sunday. Drop off visits are possible Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, especially in the mornings or later at night. Making sure pets get the attention they need is a top priority for me. Being a student, writer, and researcher, I work mostly at home. This allows me to spend additional time hanging out with those pets that enjoy some human company. I also love hiking, walking, and spending time outdoors. So if your pup needs to get some energy out in the woods, I'll be more than happy to be their guide! I can house small pets for a night or two - I live in a ~700 square foot apartment with a balcony and ample access to the outdoors. But someone cannot always be home, so cats and independent small dogs are preferred.

I recently completed a 220 hour veterinary assistant certification. I have a flexible work schedule Monday-Friday which allows me to leave midday for walks, feedings, etc. Weekends are typically wide open. I am available for sunrise and sunset walks at the local golf course or in your neighborhood. I am off for the summers and all school holidays. Pets in my home enjoy lots of exercise and soft play--fetch, tug of war, etc. Dogs that prefer to stay home will have a minimum of 3 visits per day for feeding, exercise and play. For golf course walks, I offer free pickup within two miles of the route from my house to the course.

About: I have a very dog friendly home with a dog door accessible to a large fully fenced in yard. If your dog enjoys swimming during the summer months, my pool is dog friendly. I enjoy sending photos and videos of your pup(s) all day long. I visit the dog park for ball throwing and safe, leashed walks 2-3 times a day. At home play breaks in the fenced in yard are common practice in my house. Snuggles on the couch are a must! My yard is completely safe for dogs. I always provide fresh water and enjoy spending time with dogs: petting them, playing with them, talking to them and walking them. Dogs are the best! They all have their own personality and there is something special and charming about every dog.
