About: ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember. My first dog — Lucy, a Border Collie I had when I was 11 back in Shanghai, China — was my best friend for 16 years. Alongside her, I cared for a rescued stray cat "Noji" and an adopted poodle "Bebe" when I was 13, which taught me patience, responsibility, policing different pets, and how to understand different pet personalities. After moving to the U.S. for school, I brought home my baby Corgi "Brioche" in 2020. She’s now a 5-year-old certified service dog who’s friendly, well-trained, and walked three times a day for at least 30 minutes each time. I also helped train and kept a baby Devon Rex cat for my family in 2025. What sets me apart is my lifelong, hands-on experience with pets of different breeds, ages, and temperaments — from energetic puppies to senior dogs. I love fur babies more than anything and always prioritize their comfort, safety, and happiness. I will be working part time starting summer 2026 in NYC, so my schedule is flexible, I'm available for daily walks, boarding both weekdays and weekends. I live in a 2 bedroom in FiDi close to battery park city. There are no crates and my corgi was never crate-trained. I don't have indoor pet potty so I almost only take my dog out for potty unless the weather is crazy. I have plenty of dog beds and toys.

To keep your pet safe in NYC, I will be extremely vigilant, mindful of busy streets and roads, and ensuring safe play and frolicking in beautiful parks.
About: I am a sophomore at UPenn on the XC and Track and Field teams, living near campus. I love to be outside and active, especially during the current times of online class and endless zoom meetings! I had a dog growing up from about the age of 5 and he was truly one of the best aspects of my childhood and brought so much joy!! My parents want to get another, however, due to their work schedules, they see it to be unfair to the dog to not have someone around much. Thus, I was inspired to apply to walk dogs with dedicated, hard working owners who spend their days at work like my parents. I want to help people enjoy the wonderful gift of being a dog owner with taking their dog(s) outside for sunshine and a nice walk! I also live a few blocks away from my aunt who has had multiple dogs her whole life and I often walk and play with her two dogs, as well as let them out and feed them! My friend and teammate has been a dog walker through Rover for the past few months and has had a great experience and I hope to have the same!!
About: For more than 10 years, I have been taking care of animals. I grew up with many pets and have missed having animals around so much since I moved to the city. I love spending time with pets! I have specialized experience caring for cats with special needs. I will have plenty of time to spend with your pet. I’m currently in law school, and I take some of my classes online. Additionally, I spend tons of time studying from home each day. As a result, I will be around to give your pet plenty of attention. I have a spacious two bedroom apartment. My roommate has a friendly kitty with special needs. I can accommodate pets who need special care. I am comfortable assessing the needs of each animal and finding solutions to effectively give them what they need.

“Lal, Matt & Hank were great! My doggy boys stayed with them for a week while we were travelling out of state and they looked like they were having a nice little doggy vacation themselves with their new found friends. Lal would keep us updated with how our boys were doing by also posting pictures and videos along with the texts and e-mails. Lal really took the time to get to know the boys well specially during their meet and greet. Plus the fact that their LabraDoodle, Hank got along very well with the boys made me really feel at ease. I would definitely pick them again for our upcoming travels. So happy to know that my doggy boys were in good hands while we were away. Highly recommended.”

About: I'm a extremely nuturing individual and have had the immense pleasure of caring for pets kittens to seniors/puppies to seniors for over 25 years. I'm very hands on and i very meticulously make sure they are both comforted as well as comfortable. You will find no one more skilled in being your pets caregiver. I'm currently not working! So I'll have plenty of time to play with your pups/kittens! I'm available for boarding weekdays all day. And weekends after 3. I can take your pups to a dog park and play as I do not have a fenced yard. Also I have a play room for kitty.

My disabled cat stayed with Janni for close to two weeks and the day I had to drop him off to her, we learned that he needed to take 3 medications and needed additional care such as bathing and frequent litter box changes. Despite the additional responsibilities and last minute changes, Janni had no problem taking him in and caring for him. She sent me daily updates and photos of him! Would highly recommend her as a sitter for your pets.”
