About: I grew up with two cats, so I love cats as well as dogs. In 2019, I adopted an incredibly loving, gorgeous lab pit named Lucy, and she keeps me very active every day! She was a rescue dog, and although we were originally fostering her, I bonded with her too much to let her go. I’ve always been a natural introvert and have been drawn to the compassion of animals. I believe we can learn more about our own humanity through caring for animals. I look forward to meeting your amazing furry friends! In addition to Rover, I substitute teach right now, and this allows me to have a very flexible schedule. It's closer to part-time than full-time. My priority is to listen and adapt to each client’s needs/preferences, so that both the client and their pets will be as happy as possible.
About: I’ve always had a love for animals and have had pets of my own ever since I was born! Neighbors, friends, and family members have relied on me for years to stay at their homes with their animals, check up on them, and ensure they are being fed and well cared for while they are away. I treat each animal like they are my own and provide the care that they so deserve! About: My husband and I both work full time out of the house. We're not home during the week 8-9 hours at a time. We live in a single story house on 14.75 acres (no fence). I have had dogs most of my life before moving to Central New York, then finally got our dog in 2017 after moving into our house. My husband and I personally have a dog named Stitch and 2 rabbits, Zander and Rocky. If any of the dogs can't leave their cages alone we relocate the rabbits to another room. No worries they are used to this. Where we can enjoy a good game of fetch in the back yard (long line of course). About: No dog deserves the kennel! Why settle for the pound when they can spend a night in a home with an owner-on-loan; either in your house on in a house that has raised two other pets from puppyhood to old age? Admittedly, there are stairs and hardwood floors in my house, but I have bought several carpets for my old dog to move around on and can lay them down for your dog’s convenience. We also have a big backyard that your dog will love to run around in (and no predators, unless you count woodchucks and geese) and a long leash that can go all the way to the end of the property line. I love dogs and after a day with me, your furry friend will mistake me for his mother. I’m most busy Wednesdays-Thursdays, so I marked them out on the calendar, but if petsitting is required for several days, that is easy to accommodate! I also don’t mind waking up every few hours to take a dog out—I have not quite reached the age where sleep is important. I won’t allow your dog to roam around outside unleashed (sorry, but I don’t want to lose them!), but when they’re outside, I’ll make sure they have the freedom to run around to their heart’s content. Additionally, I’m willing to walk them in any weather they’ll put up with and even let them sleep on the couch/spare bed, if they’re not too dirty.
About: I’ve had multiple dogs all my life and raised plenty of puppies. All kinds of dogs are my favorite people! They bring so much joy and energy to life I have 6 of my own dogs and live on a farm, so walking the fields and woods on our property is a daily occurrence. My dogs truly run my life! “She did amazing, I will be asking for her service again. When I got home about an hour after she had returned my furbabies from their walk they were excited to see me per usual but not jumping off the wall. I did get a movement alert from our camera facing the driveway, and it was her expertly handling both of my giant furbabies while leaving the house. Usually our younger one tries ripping people's shoulders out but he was walking very pleasantly next to her. She did great I would give 10 stars if it were possible.”

We have completely obedience training, so I know how to keep control of your dog while on a leash, and how to give/reinforce basic cues. I believe we will have a lot of fun while hanging out! My schedule is quite flexible, as I currently work freelance. I can usually accommodate last minute bookings, however I do need to be home to tend to my own dog at least every 8hrs. While conducting drop-in visits, your dogs will get plenty of play time, pets, and snuggles. (And hopefully treats!) They will be let out for potty breaks, and/or taken on walks, then brought inside so that they can continue on with their day.

She took the time to get to know our dog’s personality and little quirks, which immediately put us at ease. Throughout the stay, we received consistent updates, photos, and thoughtful check-ins that made it so easy to relax knowing our pup was in such great hands. It honestly felt like our dog was on their own little vacation. What really stood out was the level of detail and effort. Becky and her daughter went above and beyond in every way. Whether it was sticking to her feeding and supplement schedules, making sure our dog got plenty of love and attention, extra attention to her needs (it was a change of seasons aka shedding time and they gave her lots of extra care and brushing to keep her comfortable!), it was all so appreciated. It’s not easy to trust someone with your pet, but I would 100% book Becky again without hesitation and recommend her to absolutely anyone. “Tracy is amazing!! I have never left my dog with anyone and was very nervous about it as he is a 200+ pound English Mastiff. We brought Moose to meet Tracy first and he instantly was comfortable with her. During his 5 days with Tracy, I received pictures and texts about Moose consistently. “Huijun and her husband took excellent care of my boys, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. She kept me updated every single day by sending videos and messages, letting me know when they had dinner and when they were settled in for the night. It gave me so much peace of mind to see how comfortable and well cared for they were. In one of the videos, I saw her giving one of my boys cuddles, and he was clearly loving the attention, which meant a lot to me. I had sent them with a full bag of their belongings, and everything was returned exactly as I left it, which I really appreciated. On top of that, my flight ended up being delayed, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating with the change in timing. Their flexibility and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I was extremely happy with the level of care and attention my boys received. “If I could give 10 stars I would! Irena is wonderful! I love that Artie is in a home with a nice family that treats him like one of their own. Very flexible and genuinely cares about my puppy. He gets a lot of love and personalized attention. She keeps him engaged and plenty of exercise which helps him not be so active when he gets the puppy "zoomies" in the evening. Highly recommend to anyone who does not want to board their dog in a kennel or daycare facility. Thank you Irena and family! So glad we found you!”
“Joan and Duncan quickly agreed to do a meet and greet at their home before Carmella's (my 11 yr old pitbull) first time staying with them, with maybe less than a week before I needed them, so that was very kind. Carmella had a pleasant overnight stay with Joan and Duncan. They were very communicative, sending me updates via text on how she was doing and pictures of her playing with her toys and cuddling. I absolutely appreciate things like that!”

“Prior to booking Kara, I hadn’t used Rover in years and was nervous about leaving my dog in the care of another person—we’re attached at the hip. However, I couldn’t have booked a better person. Kara is extremely communicative and caring, and had plenty of space for my pup to run around and explore. She asked lots of clarifying questions prior to booking, and I could tell she really enjoyed and remained curious about the personality of my dog! I received lots of pictures and quick responses. My energetic Staffordshire Terrier, Toto, enjoyed a long weekend of naps and sunshine, and returned to me vibrant as ever!
