About: I have over forty years of dog experience. I bred German Shepherd’s for fifteen years. I have taken obedience, agility, and Nose work from local professional trainers and have done puppy, beginner, intermediate and advanced obedience with three of my dogs. I also worked for 1.5 years at a doggie daycare in Utica. I want to do my doggie daycare on a small scale so your pet receives individual attention. I have seen places doing 25- 50 dogs with only one or two people watching them and I feel there is a great need for care on a much smaller scale. So here I am! I retired from banking and with my husband live on our small farm in the country. We built what we call the dog arena for exercising our personal dogs and I intend to use it to also exercise my clients dogs. I am available most weekends and week days. Once daycare is complete or dog dependent, the door comes open and the pups join our pack (2) snuggling on the couch and begging in the kitchen 😉

I have taken care of cats and dogs basically my whole life, and as a college student I miss my animals a ton! I would love to take care of any animals as needed! I’m currently a college student at Farmingdale State so my hours vary. I would be free early in the morning before 9:00am, in the afternoon my schedule will vary but I am generally available anytime from 12:00-5:00, in the evening anytime after 8:00. Since I am in college my schedule will always change depending on what you are needing! Since I am in college I am unable to board any dogs at the moment, but i am able to care for your dogs in any way needed. This would include stop in visits, going on daily walks, or even over night stays. Whatever service is needed I will be able to accommodate with whatever needs you have.

About: Growing up, I've had a couple of dogs. Our first was a mix (part husky, terrier, etc.) named O'Doolie who lived to be 16! I was young when we had her, so I don't remember her puppy years. I enjoyed bathing her, brushing her teeth, and giving her so much love and attention. My husband and I work together as landscape designers! During the winter months, our schedule is very slow. This provides us more time to engage ourselves in other fun and creative endeavors! Currently, I have an unfenced backyard. I live with my husband in a small home. In the future, we’d love to put in a fence— we have just found we haven’t needed to just yet!
About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats! Very familiar with both big and small breeds. We have a 6 year old yellow lab, Bodhi, who is extremely friendly and obedient. We could easily give lots of love and attention to some more animals!! I’m currently a stay-at-home mom to two kids. We’re home a lot, always out in our backyard playing. My weekly routine revolves around them and their school schedules, but for the most part I am at home. I have a large fenced in backyard in a safe neighborhood. We have motion sensor lights and camera in both the front and backyard. We also have baby gates up all around the house with garbages and cabinets all baby proofed as well! Super safe environment, nothing unsafe they can get into. We can crate or just separate and give them their own space with baby gates. We also have a nice cool finished basement that’s set up like a spare bedroom with king size bed and tv if that’s more their style :)

I also have a dog tie out that goes from the house down our hill.
About: From the excited, to the reserved, to the elderly, I have a depth of experience to care for your animal kin. I've helped care for senior dogs when they struggled to walk down stairs, when food requirements changed on a whim, when the house has to be changed to reduce trips on tiles, and even when they can start wandering past bed time. It was not easy to care for them as puppies and it's not easy when they are elderly. But if one loves enough when they are babies, then they love enough to do the same as they are seniors. I'm between jobs and actively looking, so I have plenty of time to care for all your animal family members beyond a stop to fill bowls and empty boxes and the like. It all comes down to the first meeting. Not the first job. I want to know what you, your pets, and your house is like so I can do my very best to be attentive and observent in caring for them. This includes setting up a person emergency plan for common emergency care should it arise. Preparedness beats panic after all!
