I also worked at Paws and Claws which is a doggy daycare and boarding! I can very well sense personality and what they need! I treat them like members of a family and never let them go without care. About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. Primarily I like to do drop-in visit for walks and short training sessions. Once we build a rapport, I’d like to do hikes and overnight adventures.

I own 13 acres of woods and fields that allows for dogs to run and play, though boarders use long lines for safety. Each dog who comes into my home will retain basic manners, including waiting at doors, loose leash walking skills, and come when called commands.
