About: I’m a true lover of dogs! I have a very friendly 11 year old Shih Tzu Bichon mix, a 9 year old son and 6 year old daughter. I have a completely fenced backyard on an acre of property. I take an evening walk after dinner every night and would love to bring your pup along with me! I have a flexible schedule, which allows me to dedicate time and attention to the pet I care for. I can focus on their needs, including, feeding, exercise and and special instructions I am given. I have a very large fenced in backyard. My neighborhood is very safe. My home is on one level with plenty of couches and beds to sleep on. I have 1 dog and watch no more than 1 dog (siblings are an exception) at a time to give them the attention and comfort they need.

About: I believe exceptional pet care starts with understanding the dog in front of you—not treating every dog the same. My goal is to create a calm, structured home where your dog feels safe, understood, and genuinely enjoys their stay. Every dog is unique, so I take the time to learn their personality, routines, communication style, and comfort needs. Whether they’re playful and outgoing, shy and observant, or simply adjusting to a new environment, I adapt my care to meet them where they are. Caring for dogs has been part of my life for over 28 years, but what truly shaped my approach was fostering and working with dogs who each needed something different. I’ve learned that good care isn’t about following the same routine for every dog—it’s about observing, listening, and responding to the individual in front of you. During their stay, your dog becomes part of our daily rhythm. We balance supervised play, enrichment, rest, outdoor time, and plenty of affection. My own dog, Winter, loves welcoming compatible playmates, and I carefully supervise introductions and interactions to ensure everyone feels comfortable and safe. Every dog adjusts differently to a new environment. Most settle in quickly, while others need additional one-on-one support, enrichment, or supervision to feel comfortable. If I determine that a dog requires a significantly higher level of individualized care than expected, I’ll discuss it with you before making any adjustments to the booking. My goal is always to be transparent so we can provide the best possible experience for both you and your dog. I pet sit and offer dog behavioral support on a full time basis. This allows me to customize my schedule around the specific needs of your pups feeding times, walks, and routines. It also means that your dog will be given the attention, enrichment, and reassurance throughout the day that they deserve while adjusting to a new environment. My goal is for every pet to feel at comfortable and at ease while under my care. I pride myself on being able to offer peace of mind for each and every individual I work with. In order to accomplish this, I prioritize safety, trust, and communication. I send daily updates with photos/videos so you can see your baby is being well taken care of. When caring for more than one pet at a time in my space I do very slow, supervised introductions with my own dog, Winny, who is a very playful, well socialized, happy girl. If your dog prefers space, I can easily accommodate comfortably separating the pups as needed both indoor and outdoors.

I'd love to play with your dog and take him or her on walks too. Your pet will even have his or her own room to sleep while you are away too, if you'd like. About: Hi! My name is Kristen and I absolutely love dogs of all kinds! I’ve lived with and cared for dogs my entire life. I’ve been a walker and sitter on Rover for 8 years now and truly enjoy supplementing my primary career in healthcare with this ultra-fun and rewarding side hustle. Recently, I’ve teamed up with my husband Patrick (who is also an avid dog-lover) to add dog boarding services to my roster. Patrick’s primary job affords him the ability to work from home so when we board dogs, at least one of us is able to be home with the pups at most times. I live in a 2-story house with a medium sized, fully-fenced backyard. I have a 22lb terrier mix named Jacquemo who is friendly, but not very playful, so he mostly ignores other dogs. I allow dogs on the furniture and in bed if they so desire. My client’s pets are truly catered to during visits as I get to learn all about their preferences and specific needs so that our time together is enjoyable for them and not stressful for their owners. I also send a lot of pictures of your furry friends during visits.

About: Neighbors and family have relied on me to care for their pets, including elderly and special needs animals, as well as exotic reptiles and birds, many times. I’m a part-time student in eco-toxicology at this time studying online so I’m around full time for pet care, feel free to reach out for care any day of the week!
