About: I’ve met more cats than I care to count and there’s no companion quite like them. I was a part of caring for the cat in my profile picture, he was older than all of my siblings and was very much family to me for most of my life. Communication during visits(texts and photos) are just the right frequency, and always include appropriate pictures. I’d recommend Jamie with no hesitation to my family and friends, so if you’re one of them, I told you so. If you’re not one of them, she did doggie daycare for me on multiple occasions and has been a treat to deal with. On the last visit, my golden puppy was trying to drag me from the driveway to the front door. That should tell you something.”

About: I've had and cared for my own pets since I was a little girl, including dogs, cats, rabbits, fish and reptiles. I also worked for Petco for a short while in my college years, so I have experience caring for small animals (mice, guinea pigs, ferrets, etc). We have two long leads in our backyard to ensure no furry friend comes or goes without us knowing. Our dogs are very friendly with other dogs, and love to play and run with new friends! We try to stick to a predictable schedule with them daily, which includes 2 meals a day, 2 play times, at least 1 walk, and a training session with high-incentive treats. We are more than willing to come to your furry friend for play dates and walks as well!

About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. This led to me getting into agility training and just general dog training, which I have started to pick back up again. I am known as the family dog sitter, as my family has a combination of Pit Bulls, Bernedoodles, and hunting breeds, so I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes and stubbornness! Aside from dogs, I grew up volunteering at shelters where I adopted my own cat when I was 15, and eventually even landed a job as a zookeeper! I am comfortable giving meds, preparing special diets, and caring for puppies as well as seniors. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. About: Since I was thirteen, I have stayed home alone while my parents went to work, up to twelve hours on certain days. I have consistently been an owner of five or more dogs at a time, and I would always manage their meals, potty breaks, and everything in between. I am currently unemployed, so I have my entire days to spend taking care of your dog(s). I only keep my weekends to myself, but all day on weekdays are perfect. Whenever I have cared for my dogs, I always took a low-key, chill approach. As long as I know the dogs' tells for wanting to go to the bathroom, as well as general mealtimes, I usually sit with the dogs, give them pets and playtime, and they are generally happy with that.

I can walk / petsit in your home up to 4 dogs/cats/misc small pets at a time. I am semi-retired and work from home so I am very flexible with times. Drop in visits, dog walks, overnight pet care, medications as needed can be scheduled. I have dogs and cats of my own and familiar with typical pet schedules. I can accommodate special feeding / bedtime routines for all your furbabies.

About: I’ve dog sat before for friends and family and even have a dog of my own named Fiona who would love a friend for her walks. I also recently adopted a little kitty who loves causing trouble and soaking up all my attention! “Kevin was the primary care giver. He was helping me care for my husky with a wound. Kevin was patient and gentle with my dog. I was unsure how to get her foot soaked for 15 minutes twice a day. I am disabled and the vets office wasn't giving me any good advice. He showed me how to get her into the tub and keep her there for 15 minutes without over stressing her. He was very impressive. He obviously loves animals,and has a talent to calm them.”

About: I’ve had pets since I was born. I love to take my dog on walks at the beach and play in the yard with him. I am attentive to any reactions they might have to their surroundings as well. I’ve been looking for a job during the week days and I figured why not try this out to maybe help some families live their life if they’re on vacation or super busy. I have a friendly dog who will keep any pets company. I have a big yard with sun or shade if any dogs love to be outside. I also have crates if dogs need to be crated during the night or day.

“We are so grateful to Allison for taking such good care of our two dogs while we were out of the country traveling for two weeks last month. One of our dogs had an accident (unrelated to his being with Allison; he's 12 years old so I'm sure it would have happened in our apartment had we not been traveling!) while we were away, and Allison took care of him just as thoughtfully as we would have. She went above and beyond what we expected of her because she truly does care about the dogs she's caring for. She schlepped him to appointments at two different vets, including all the way to Michigan State, and Skyped us into the appointment with the specialist so we could ask our questions. In addition, she was great about updating us on how our pups were doing, and sent plenty of pictures. We appreciated this, as well as all the other efforts she made to make our dogs feel at home in her house. We feel lucky to have found a sitter who cared for our little ones just as thoughtfully as we do, and we already have plans to send our pups back to her when we travel next month and in January. We recommend Allison completely for your dogs, too.”
