She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. About: I have been house sitting since I was 14 years old. From homes with 2 large puppies to homes with 4 dogs and 7 cats ranging in ages. I love animals and spend a lot of time working with animals with my sister who is Veterinarian. I am a full time nursing student with a full time job. I am completely available for your pet sitting needs from Friday through Monday. Your pets will have my complete attention when in my care. About: I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes, I have volunteered countless hours in a shelter and have lived with dogs for the last 10 years. I have experience with both pure breed and rescues. I am an active person so your dog will always have someone to play with! I currently work nights so late night or early morning visits are never an issue! I love to stay active and four legged friends the attention they deserve, so if you want your animal to not only be acted for but loved then please reach out to me. Depending on the services provided and your dogs actively level I would love to take them for a long walk or chase each other in the backyard. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. “Sara was wonderful. Our first time using a dog sitter and I was anxious about the experience. Would the boys behave, or would the sitter really give them attention? Well yes and definitely yes. The experience was great for us and the doggos. Our dogs are a large breed and a giant breed. Sara didn't have any qualms about their sizes and we were able to relax and enjoy a weekend away. About: I’ve taken care of dogs since i was 18. Neighbors, friends and family have trusted, relied on me to walk, play and feed their pets. I’m available for boarding on weekends and weekdays. “We’ve used Alexis multiple times now, for day cares and boarding. She’s fantastic! The dogs always have a great time and are exhausted afterwards from running around and playing all day. One of our dogs just turned 15 and I’ve witnessed Alexis and her helper be very conscious and protective of her around the other more rambunctious dogs. She’s also super communicative and sweet, always responds to messages quickly, and sends photo updates. I am so happy that we found her!”
About: I’ve grown up with pets and have experience with special needs animals, seniors and kittens/puppies. I can administer medicine and am very cognizant of a pet’s personality. For example I have a timid cat, a menace cat and a love bug cat. My Siberian husky is more cat than dog too. I can do drop ins or board dogs in my home. I can also stop by for walks. For the board ins I prefer to take in only dogs because I don’t want to stress the kitty crew out, but I’d be available to come do drop ins for the cats. My yard isn’t completely fenced so I’d probably take the doggos to the park at apple grove and for walks around town. I have three friendly cats and my husky also loves dogs.
