About: I have had both cats and dogs for nearly my entire life. I have owned and cared for dogs of all ages and sizes, some with special needs. I believe that for the love and companionship animals offer us, the least we can do for them is make sure they are well loved back and always happy and healthy! I do work part time during the week, however I am available Tuesdays and Thursdays indefinitely and have the ability to work around my work schedule for bookings on other days of the week if need be. I look forward to helping with your pet care needs and making new friends! ☺️ If you have a fenced in yard, I am more than happy to play with your pup in their own yard. If you do not have a fenced in yard, I would just ask that their leash and a secure collar be placed in an area where it is easy to find, as well as instructions of how far/long you would like them to be walked/exercised. About: I have aided in training both of our German shorthaired pointers growing up as well as a go-to pet carer and walker when close friends and family are on vacation or cannot get away from the office. I take time out of my day to do this for my current family & friends so I am used to making the pets a priority because that time of their day I get to spend with them is very crucial to their happiness since their owner cannot be there. I take pride in being chosen to be a part of different pets lives and have a vast experience with different breeds (aussies, bulldogs, labs, and cats are just to name a few!) I have an hour of lunch time to myself and use that to be able to let pets out and if the owner requests to stay with them a big longer, I do & finish up some work there if possible. Getting out at 5 p.m. every day is a benefit to the pets I go let out and spend time with because the rest of the night I am free. My availability is Monday-Sunday! I care for the pets with mostly the instructions the owner gives like if they need fed or not etc but I always always always make sure to play with them, give them pets, and make sure they are used to me before anything else. If they have a fenced in yard I will play with them but in other cases when the dog is staying in my house with me, I always give them walks throughout the day as well as bring them to a cages in dog park near my house so they can roam free a bit without the leash.

I have taken various animal classes such as animal enrichment, welfare, cognition, dog/cat behavior, and positive reinforcement training classes. I worked at a dog & cat boarding facility/doggy daycare. I interned at the SPCA Serving Erie County with their behavior department working with the dogs & cats. I have worked with many fearful, reactive, and under socialized dogs. I am experienced in administering medications. I mostly pet sit dogs & cats but I have also cared for fish, bunnies, guinea pigs, hamsters, hedgehogs, chickens, and would be open to other species! I am currently a cat mom of 5. WEEKLY VISITS & WALKS: I am currently accepting new clients in need of weekly drop-in visits or dog walks. I have availability Monday-Friday. Walks and visits are typically, scheduled within a 2-hour window. —————————————————— HOUSE SITTING: (Non-Constant Daytime Care + Overnights) Rate: starting at $100/night House sitting includes overnight care and non-constant daytime care. I will spend a minimum of 8 hours overnight but typically, closer to 10-12 hours. During the day I am usually gone 3-8 hours. Then, I am back late afternoon/evening and stay overnight until the following morning. Occasionally, I may need to leave for 1-2 hours in the evening. —————————————————— DROP-IN VISITS 30 minute visit - $30 1 hour visit - $45 —————————————————— DOG WALKS 30 minute walk - $30 + $5 each additional dog 1 hour walk - $45 + $10 each additional dog - Walks may be shortened and finished as drop in visits in severe weather conditions determined by myself. —————————————————— CONSTANT CARE Minimum of 3 consecutive hours: $25 per hour Rover does not have an option to request visits longer than 1 hour. To request hourly care please send a “drop in visit” request and message me to discuss details. Prior to booking new clients I require a meet & greet with you and your pets in your home. This will allow us to determine if we will be a good match for each other.
About: I have loved dogs my whole life. Unfortunately (with the exception of when I was very little and one year as a teenager living with my mother) I grew up without dogs living with my father in an apartment. Getting married changed that as my wife at the time of dating had one dog and we now have 3 wonderful dogs, all rescues. We have also fostered in the past. I am passionate about rescuing dogs and dogs (and all animals) rights to a loving home free of abuse. I receive so much joy from being with dogs and have formed a strong bond with all 3 of our kids. My wife and I have no human children so the dogs are pretty much our life. As of now I am in between jobs so I have a lot of availability. I am looking for late mornings through the evening. I unfortunately cannot do overnights or earl mornings. I don't think I could do it at my house as out dogs do not always get along with others especially on their territory. When staying over, all animals eat from different bowls, and are fed separate from fosters or guests. We work on our manners and listening, as well as walk and play. Crated by request. Dogs can be kept separate if needed. If checking in, we would have covered basics and expectations during our meet and greet. Your space and your home, I treat with the utmost respect. Enter quietly, greet the pet, and proceed with walks, feeding, etc. I ask that we lay out all required services, copies of pet vaccines, and emergency contact information ahead of time.
About: I never had the pleasure of owning a dog of my own growing up, so I always had a greater appreciation for the moments I got to enjoy being in the company of a friendly dog. I have always loved animals in general and dogs especially. Your dog will be in great, caring hands with me. “Excellent worry free care. Andreas is very relaxed and attentive. Home like atmosphere with an obvious dog lover. Walter liked him immediately at drop off and couldn’t wait to go inside and didn’t care we were leaving lol Traitor dog!!! Lol Not long after we left, Andreas sent us a video of the dogs playing. It put us at ease while leaving for vacation. He sent us some videos and photo’s throughout the week, it was nice. He asked the right questions at drop off. He texted us about a small growth he found while brushing him, we were aware of the skin tag thing, but nice he texted right away with a concern. And he brushed my severe shedder which is above expectations.We will absolutely use him to watch Walter in the future. Highly recommend”
