About: My name is Heidi and I have loved working with animals my entire life! I went to school for veterinary science but, unfortunately, I dont have the stomach for it. I grew up with rotties, a Shepard and I used to have have a Yorkshire terrier so I'm comfortable with pups of all ages and sizes. I also have always had cats so I'm more than comfortable with them as well. Building up trust and relationship with the animals I work with is one of the best feelings in the world. I do work Monday through Friday and due to recent changes have no availability before 5pm. I'm more than willing to come to a meet up before the sit date to make sure all connections are good! I do work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm and have no availability durring that time. I can watchbyour pet overnight on weekends as long as theyre capable of being alone for that time frame. I only book dogs in time blocks of 5 hours, so I am never over crowded when it comes to boarding or day care. I like to be sure each pet is taken care of personally and effectively. Pet-Sitting: Often this service for me changes based on owner preference. It requires more in depth detail about the home life of the pet. One reason for this is to ensure I am not interrupting any routines the pet may have. Boarding & Day Care: I treat all pets as if they were my very best friend. We have tv time together (Dog TV), we go on two 30 minute walks within the 5 hour time block. We even eat meals together. Being that my yard is unfenced I personally walk the dogs on leash for 30-45 minutes. Meals for pets are based on owner specifications. Overnight boarding being different in a sense of they get one night walk before bed time/wind down time. They are uncrated (unless the owner specifies to do so), so they have full use of the living area and pets are allowed to be on the furniture purchased for them (Although I am not new to waking up and them being on the couch!)

About: I have over forty years of dog experience. I bred German Shepherd’s for fifteen years. I have taken obedience, agility, and Nose work from local professional trainers and have done puppy, beginner, intermediate and advanced obedience with three of my dogs. But if your dog is taught not to be on furniture than I will adjust to make your fur babies as comfortable as possible. About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. I am patient, reliable and am very transparent and honest with the care that i will provide for your fur baby(s). I am currently unable to stay full time during the day or overnights, BUT am able to stop by for a few hours early in the AM / and again in the PM. Sometimes i will also be able to stop midday. I will make sure your fur babies still get the care & attention they need during each visit. You can expect to have your pets and home treated as if they were my own. In your home you can trust and i will look after it and lock up when I’m not there. I will treat your home like my own as well and will always leave it in better condition than when I came. I love all animals and am willing to give your pets the best care while you are away! I have 10+ years working with all different kinds of animals in many different settings. I have 2 dogs and 3 cats of my own. I will come to your house multiple times a day while dog/cat sitting. Unfortunately I am unable to provide overnight services at this time. I am also available to stop daily if you're going to be late from work or have a meeting. If you have any questions please ask! I am willing to work with any schedule! I am able to come 3 times daily during the week and 4 times on weekends. This is working around my full time job at the veterinary clinic. I leash walk all animals to ensure their safety unless there is a fenced in back yard. Very cautious as I am with my own pets!
