We won't hesitate to ask Ana to dog sit next time.”

“We left our dog with Walelign for two weeks on very short notice because so our usual sitters were unavailable. We could see on the pictures he sent us Korra was having a great time! We will definitely be leaving Korra with him again, and we wholeheartedly recommend Walelign to anyone looking for a pet sitter.”

“Nicole was wonderful for the entire booking! She is very communicative and super nice! She was great with my two kitties. She also did a great job with taking photos of then for each visit! Will definitely book her again.”

“Julia did a wonderful job! I was afraid that my cat would lose weight while we were gone. Instead, he gained weight. He seemed very calm and content when we returned. She did everything that was asked of her and left everything neat and clean. I, highly, recommend her.”
“Heather is a fabulous Cat Sitter. The 4 cats were fed well while I was gone. They are all leary of strangers, however three of them couldn't resist meeting Heather. Dew boy was the only holdout, his loss. Heather also brought in mail and spread some salt on the steps from the snow that fell. She sent great photos too !”

“You will not find anyone more dedicated to taking care of your pets than Eliza. She did in home drop in visits for our 2 cats while we were out of town for the holidays. The catch was that it was during the Christmas Blizzard of ‘22 and she never missed a beat. I give the highest recommendation for her to care for your furry family.”

I have worked in the past and consistently cared for a deaf and diabetic dog to include administering insulin. I have volunteered at shelters, fostered numerous dogs to include a deaf dog with seizures, interned at a wildlife rehab center for a year, and worked at the Philadelphia Zoo taking care of the goats yard. My schedule varies each week. I have a fenced in yard with one dog and two cats. At this time I am only offering walking services and may consider in home care in the future.

About: “As a lifelong animal lover with a special soft spot for cats, I know how important it is to give them the care, attention, and patience they deserve. Whether your kitty is a playful explorer, a shy cuddle bug, or somewhere in between, I’ll make sure they feel safe, loved, and comfortable while you’re away. From keeping up with feeding schedules to playtime, brushing, and plenty of snuggles, I treat every cat as if they were my own. You can relax knowing your feline friend is in reliable, caring hands

About: Hi, I’m Michaela! Animals have been at the center of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up on a farm, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. From dogs and cats to horses, goats, and other livestock, I’ve spent my whole life learning how to handle animals of all sizes with confidence and care. Professionally, I’ve built my career around animal care: • I currently work as a Client Care Specialist at Countryside Veterinary Clinic, where I interact daily with pets and their families, gaining valuable insight into health, behavior, and comfort needs. • I previously worked at the Lewis County Humane Society, where I cared for shelter animals, helped match pets with families, and supported the team with everything from feeding and cleaning to hands-on enrichment and socialization. • I also run my own small business, Kales Kritters, offering grooming, boarding, and in-home care for dogs and cats of all temperaments and needs. • Additionally, I founded A New Leash on Life, a local nonprofit that provides pet supplies, food, and resources to families in need. Between my farm upbringing, shelter work, and veterinary clinic role, I’ve had the privilege of caring for animals in every stage of life — from bottle babies to seniors — and I’m comfortable with special needs, medications, and unique temperaments. Whether it’s walks, drop-ins, overnights, or just giving your pet a little extra love while you’re away, I treat every animal like they’re my own.

“Nicole provided excellent care for our little Zander. We had traveled far from home for a family event and needed someone to look after him for a few hours. Nicole was a very caring and calming person who was able to bond with our nervous dog right away. I was thrilled to see the pictures of him out shopping and walking with another dog.”

“Oreo loved his stay, I dropped him off on both Saturday and Sunday for a few hours ! Each day , she responded immediately and let me bring him very short notice! She was amazing with him, she sent pictures during his stay ,i can tell he enjoyed the walks ( he’s used to walks in the city not country walks) she kept him on schedule and I loved to see him interact with the other dogs , the new environment , and the love and care Andrea effortlessly gave to Oreo. I will continue to book with her when I’m in the area. Thanks again 🫶🏾”

“Saskia was wonderful! She gave sent us numerous photos and kept us updated through the day. We got updated through the day and she was very kind and friendly. We’ll definitely be using her again!”

“Auggie is always super excited to stay with Anna and Aleksei! He comes home extremely happy and pooped from his visits! They take him on long walks and give him lots of treats and care!”

“We had a wonderful experience with Walelign. Mimi was very well cared for, and we truly appreciated the constant communication, we always received quick and thoughtful updates whenever we reached out. Mimi came back calm and happy, which means a lot to us. She is usually quite anxious around new people, but she didn’t show any signs of stress this time and didn’t cry at all. It was clear she felt safe and comfortable. Walelign truly went above and beyond, and we are very grateful. We would absolutely trust him again and feel confident leaving Mimi in his care. Thank you so much!”

About: Hello! I've had a dog since the age of nine. I currently have a very active Australian Shepherd. She is prone to anxiety so I have to tend to her needs very attentively. She thrives on structure and routine. I will similarly be very attentive to your dog's specific needs in order to see them thrive! I've cared for all sorts of dogs over the years and I look forward to getting to know yours. I run a small photography page called Dogs of Kingston on Facebook that I hope to contribute more to in the new year. Through that experience I've met a wide variety of lovely pups around town. I love spending time with dogs and getting to know their unique personalities. I'm currently self-employed so I have very open availability. Looking forward to hearing from you.
About: I love cuddles and spending time with the dogs in my company. When looking after friend's dogs, I have helped with training good behaviour on walks, and I'm happy to enforce the norms and rules your dog is used to. I have the benefit of having a flexible day so I can pay attention to your pet when they need it. My home is fairly low energy and I hope to provide a calm and loving refuge for your pet while you are away. Unfortunately I do not board cats to keep my home allergy friendly, but I will happily take care of and give love and affection to cats on drop in visits. :) I owned a free roam rabbit for 3 years, and I have a thorough understanding of their unique needs and body language. I also love taking videos to send along for your reassurance. Let's have a conversation so I can be the best sitter for your needs! I'm a freelance artist who is currently home the majority of the time! I can happily plan my days around your pet's schedule and needs, and I love the ability to fit more walks in my day and get outside. Boarding: I do not own any other pets, and I do not currently allow sitting pets from multiple homes at once. For boarding - your dog will for the most part have free roam of my apartment, and good potty training is expected. I would not recommend very plant-curious dogs to board at my home. Coming to your home: I always maintain a base line of respect and privacy when coming to your home. My focus is your pet and their well-being and nothing else. I ensure to abide by your norms such as removing shoes, and keeping away from private areas of your home unless required. I can check on other things in your home to ensure there's no upturned trash, water leaks, or other issues while you're away. If there are any messes in your home, I am more than happy to take care of them with your direction and using your cleaning products.

About: Hi, nice to meet you! Please call me Eliza. Firstly, thank you for considering me to take care of your fur-babies while you're away. Here's a little bit about me and my history with pet care. When I was little, I always knew I wanted to work with animals in some capacity. My journey with pet care began when I was 12 years old. One of my neighbors had a black lab puppy that they never let inside & never had company. One day, I walked up to their door, knocked & asked them to hire me to walk their dog everyday. I never looked back. Since then, friends, family, neighbors & strangers alike have entrusted me with all of their pet's needs. When considering booking with me, please keep in mind that I also work 35 hours a week, giving me plenty of time to pay attention to your pets. I do not have breed restrictions & am happy to work with any special needs or requirements your pet may have. FOR ALL NEW CLIENTS, I do require a meet & greet before booking to ensure that everyone (including your pet) is comfortable and to be able to ask/answer any questions we may have for each other. I've found this helps to ensure trust between all of us. Please be upfront with any triggers or quirks so I know exactly how to take care of your pet. *The meet & greet is a FREE service to ensure we're all a good fit for each other before the stay. For the time being, I do not offer boarding in my home. During my stay with your pets, I provide the utmost care & attention to your pet & their needs. My main priorities are making sure your pet is as safe & as comfortable as possible in an already anxious situation with their parents being away. Thank you so much for considering me to take care of your fur-babies while you're away.

They are sweet so there will be plenty of attention and exercise for your loved one. ❤️❤️❤️

About: I have worked in the animal care industry since I was 14 years old. My skills include basic training, basic grooming, administering preventatives and medication (including insulin), providing effective and safe restraint, and I have taken multiple educational courses on animal welfare, behavior, and stress-free approach to handling.
