We did a meet and greet and a practice overnight stay before our actual stay. During our boarding stay, Steve kept me updated with pictures and feedback. Well, by the time we went to pick Winnie up we were worried she wouldn't want to come home with us. Mary worked with Winnie on basic commands, slowing down eating, had great suggestions for how to keep her occupied and even got her hooked on her homemade Pup Pops! We got photos, texts and videos every day which made it possible to relax and enjoy our vacation knowing that our baby was having a GREAT time at her new Auntie's house. A little history: I grew up with a miniature schnauzer (Zoie) whom towards the end of her life, needed constant supervision and was administered medicine 3x/ day, grooming/washing daily. I was always there to comfort her until the end of her life and spoiled her beyond belief. Myself and my family provided care to my mini schnauzer for over 12 years. About: I’ve been taking care of animals my whole life. I worked at a dog hotel, where I took care of almost 30 dogs at a time. I know a lot about all different ages and breeds. I’ve trained a few dogs as well! I also have bathed and trimmed nails. Animals are my passion and I would absolutely love to help make sure yours is taken care of! I’m a stay at home mom so other than a few errands here and there I’ll be home all day taking care of your pup! I have a large yard that isn’t fenced but I love taking walks rain or shine and I have a long leash to make sure the pups stay safe. I have 2 dog who absolutely loves other dogs they will make sure your dog gets exercise but if needed I’m more than comfortable making sure your pup has a quiet space I do require a crate to come with your pup. I also prefer them to be spayed or neutered but that’s on a case to case basis. My children are also really good with dogs and loves playing fetch with them

About: For nearly 20years I’ve been caring for animals of all types. I have experience with Dogs, Cats, Rodents, Reptiles, and just about everything in between. Family, Friends, Neighbors, Co-Workers and Clients have relied on me to care for their furry family members & I’ve had furry family members of my own my whole life. I have worked with all ages and sizes, and am comfortable with pets with disabilities or medical needs. For the past 16years I’ve cared for people with disabilities as a Direct Support Professional. I am currently doing that as a part-time night shift, so I am available most days and eves, during the week and on weekends! I have loved many forms of my own pets and understand the importance of safety and trust that comes with caring for another’s loved one. I currently plan to do pet walking, play dates, and sitting in your home. May consider overnight stays. May consider boarding on case by case basis. Always open for requests, and again, will consider on a case by case basis.
