About: I have been an animal lover my whole life, but didn’t truly realize my appreciation for them until high school when I started pet sitting (over ten years ago!) I would watch my friends’ pets when they were on vacation, and felt compelled to make the pets’ stay with me a vacation as well 🐶😊. Since I started watching dogs I always considered them my PIC (partner in crime.). I take them with me on all my adventuress! They meet all my family and friends, and I have even taken a dog on a weekend trip to Block Island (with owners permission of course!) These days, I am home most of the day. I have a small business, which I run out of my home. I am home for majority of the day, but often have to step out for no more than 2 hours at a time. I typically give dogs 2 long walks (30-40 minutes) a day, and take them out in the yard and small walks down the street at least 5 times a day. They get potty breaks every 2-3 hours. I am a VERY active person. I am a marathon runner and avid hiker. No matter what your dog’s activity level is, I will be sure to tucker them out🐶😂. My typical morning and evening walk for dogs is a mile and a half around the reservoir trail in my back yard. I am more than happy to adjust to match your dog’s needs. I live on a small private street. My family and dear neighbors are all nearby. My large yard, close knit community, woods, reservoir trails and loving family truly is a paradise for dogs🐶😊❤️ My schedule varies every day. I can be in and out throughout the day, but never away from home for more than 2-3 hours at a a time. I am typically home for the day by 3pm. Some days I am home all day! It really depends on the week. I live alone and have no pets. I live in a private street with lots of land to explore. I never take dogs off leash when we are outside.

I trained all of my dogs from the time they were puppies until they passed away as seniors. I also volunteered at the Humane Society of Westchester. Animals who are usually timid around strangers are comfortable around me right away and they seem to trust me right away. I feel like connecting with animals (dogs specifically) is a gift that I have. Being a sitter is a great way for me to use that gift in everyday life. I'm able to adapt to the normal routine of the pets that I'm sitting in order to make the process as smooth as possible. I don't have a lot of room in my studio apartment so I'm only able to watch either 1-2 small dogs or one medium sized dog. Large dogs are too big for my apartment. If I'm at a client's home, I'll change my schedule to meet the needs of the pet. I believe all animals are unique and all have different needs in order to thrive in the environment that they're in. About: I have taken care of friends and family pets over the course of this year some long-term and some short term. Frequent dog park visits and timely feedings. I can accommodate all types of diets, raw kibble, and specialty foods. I currently work full-time however I have a rotating schedule so I can often pet sit and drop in weekdays if needed and weekends. I am off in the mornings so drop and visits are easy for people who work 9 to 5 and just want their dog to have some extra time out or to just check in on the cats. There is an option of having your pet here in my space all to themselves or with my personal pets. I have different options of sleeping accommodations for your pet cage, cot and cushioned. Though I do not have a fenced in yard, I have a dog park in my complex as well as a dog park 4 minutes away by car. I can accommodate all diets, including raw diet.

About: I worked in a dog day care facility for 5 years for caring, walking, pick ups and drop offs. Owned 5 dogs and 3 cats throughout my life. Right now I'm open to when ever needed. I'm available to give your dogs enjoyable walks, feedings, overnights in the dogs home. I'm available weekdays, evening, and weekends. Your best friend will be cared for and never go unsupervised. All dogs will always be walked with a leash or harness and any other instruction as needed.

“First time boarding with Randi and it was an incredibly smooth experience. Randi is extremely flexible and was a life saver for when we were away on a multi city driving trip. We were watching the weather in case we needed to abandon our plans and come back home mid trip. Randi was extremely flexible and accommodating and I am so grateful for that. Our dog is a picky eater and is also on some tricky meds…and Randi kept in touch with regular updates. She persevered with attempts to get her to eat both food and meds, until our dog did finally start to eat! Our dog came home happy and healthy! We will definitely board with Randi again!”
“Rocco and I had a pre event meet and greet with Nicole which went great. Nicole has a wonderful fenced back yard which is set up for her dogs and guests. Rocco was immediately comfortable and explored the yard with Nicole’s other dogs. Nicole herself is very knowledgeable about dogs and sensitive to their needs. I dropped Rocco off for an unexpected stay and received updates from Nicole twice a day. Apparently Nicole’s home is over night camp for dogs. Rocco came back happy but tired. (Not unlike my kids when they were young). I would recommend Nicole without hesitation.”
