“Zaira communicates quickly and thoroughly. Machete didn't want to eat his kibble so Zaira provided him her wet food after asking me, which he happily ate. Machete had a great time meeting new friends, and we really appreciate Zaira's flexibility with drop off / pick up time for boarding. She had only a few dogs (her own and possibly 1 other with machete) so he was able to acclimate more quickly. We will definitely use Zaira again when we're in the niagara area.”

About: I have grown up around animals, as I live on a farm and we have always had dogs or cats as pets. I am very flexible as I work part time at a cafe. I am willing to drive and to take your dog to parks, on walks or hikes or runs, and even the beach if they please. I am currently raising a German Shorthaired Pointer of my own and she has become my whole world. I always feel guilty leaving her home alone during the day or when I am busy so I'd love nothing more than being able to help someone else out when they need someone to check in or relieve their dog. I am willing to work on training and obedience if that is something you are interested in.

About: I have a big house with room to run and play. I'm happy taking care of the puppies and dogs that aren't quite fully potty trained. My family dog in Florida is not spayed so I have experience with females in heat. I don't mind cleaning up messes because the house is all mine. I have 2 small dogs living with me that are very spoiled. My little Einstein has allergies so I buy him special food, shampoo, conditioner, etc to help with his itchy skin. He is a quiet little one who loves meeting new pups. My little Lola loves to cuddle and chew on her bone. You can be certain that your dog will be spoiled too. We work full time , but both my husband and I work from home, so your pup will get attention all day. We have a fenced in backyard and live in a low traffic development . About: I have loved dogs my whole life. Unfortunately (with the exception of when I was very little and one year as a teenager living with my mother) I grew up without dogs living with my father in an apartment. Getting married changed that as my wife at the time of dating had one dog and we now have 3 wonderful dogs, all rescues. We have also fostered in the past. I am passionate about rescuing dogs and dogs (and all animals) rights to a loving home free of abuse. I receive so much joy from being with dogs and have formed a strong bond with all 3 of our kids. My wife and I have no human children so the dogs are pretty much our life. As of now I am in between jobs so I have a lot of availability. I am looking for late mornings through the evening. I unfortunately cannot do overnights or earl mornings. I don't think I could do it at my house as out dogs do not always get along with others especially on their territory. I would be available to work I your home or I can provide dog walking services.

I have fostered over 100 dogs in the last 8 years, young and old, healthy and some with medical needs. I love all fur babies big and small and look forward to this new chapter. I take a particular interest in reactive and fearful dogs. My own dogs were very high maintenance with epilepsy and severe anxiety, and my cat had diabetes, so I took their care very seriously. I treat other people’s pets how I would want mine treated, and that is with the utmost care and respect for the pet's and the owner’s expectations and boundaries. I am committed to providing a safe, healthy, and fun environment for each pet in my care. I work overnights, so I have time during the day to care for clients’ animals. I have plenty of time to devote to your pet and will spend as much time as possible with them. I keep your pet’s routine as close to normal as possible. This is why I care for your pet in your own home instead of home instead of mine—it’s what they know and where they’re most comfortable. I’ll update you with pictures and videos often!

About: I’ve had experience with cats and dogs for the last 15 years, I grew up with pets, and have two dogs of my own now. I work full time, Monday- Friday 830-430 and an occasional Saturday. I have a flexible workday, so I can schedule lunch breaks around my schedule. I have a big fenced in back yard with a doggie door so options for in and outside play with my loving dog Ollie, and tons of toys.
About: I have experience working with small and large breeds, with varying levels of energy and leash manners. I have also cared for senior dogs with high level medical needs. My qualifications include basic obedience training, monitoring play groups of large and small dogs, and canine CPR and First Aid certification. I am available during week days and most weekends, but please message me if you have questions about specific dates as my calendar does fluctuate! All dogs will be kept on a leash during walks. Safety first! I also have my treat pouch with me at every walk for positive reinforcement to encourage good leash manners.

“Kevin was the primary care giver. He was helping me care for my husky with a wound. Kevin was patient and gentle with my dog. I was unsure how to get her foot soaked for 15 minutes twice a day. I am disabled and the vets office wasn't giving me any good advice. He showed me how to get her into the tub and keep her there for 15 minutes without over stressing her. He was very impressive.
