Megan and her dogs greeted us outside and I could tell right away she has a heart of gold. Her animals were happy, healthy and well cared for which also put my mind at ease. I even met her child who was very sweet and kind to my dog. Megan was very flexible and accommodating to my hectic work schedule. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. Primarily I like to do drop-in visit for walks and short training sessions. Once we build a rapport, I’d like to do hikes and overnight adventures.

Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to walk, feed, bathe, and love on their pets for over a decade. I’m comfortable with senior pets, active pups, and cats that like to roam (or hide!). I’m currently working part-time, which gives me plenty of flexibility to care for pets in their own home. I’m available for walks, check-ins, and overnight stays on weekends and most weekdays. I treat every home with respect and every pet like family. I follow your pet’s routine, keep their space tidy, and make sure they feel comfortable and safe while you’re away. I’m experienced with high energy pets and senior animals, and I always prioritize their well being and your peace of mind.
About: I have been passionate about caring for animals since childhood, with a lifelong commitment to helping pets and stray animals thrive in safe, loving environments. With years of personal experience, including caring for a senior dog who lived a full 15 years and now rests peacefully, as well as raising my adventurous 4-year-old cat and my energetic 2-year-old dog, I bring dedication and compassion to animal care. My schedule is now fully open, which means I can give your pet the time, attention, and consistency they deserve. I’m excited to meet you and your furry family member! 🐾 I have a medium sized outdoor fenced in area that also is connected to an indoor area to get out of the heat. I also have a dog tie out that goes from the house down our hill.

I am currently a full time student with ample free time to care for your fur babies. As someone who work long hours myself I find it crucial that pets stick to a routine (feeding, training , walks etc). I have a beautiful friendly fur baby at home to keep your pets company. Extra crates, bowls etc if needed. I have a small yard without a fence. I take my dog for walks twice day. As well sometimes caring for my friends or neighbors pets.

I worked over 18 years in 5 star hotel and residential properties in Manhattan, frequently entrusted in taking care of high profile residents pets.

Growing up in this environment I know a lot about caring for animals. I am a very outgoing person who loves hiking, long walks to the park, and making homemade dog treats! I enjoy checking on cats and dogs, as well as providing plenty of play time. I’m a big fan of long walks on nice days! Safety is my priority! I have one pup of my own to keep yours company if you’d like. If not that’s okay too. She is a 20 lb shih tzu mix and loves to play! She is friendly with both dogs and cats. I offer all service options, from dog walking and check ins, to house and pet sitting.
