One of my favorite things to do is hike with my dogs. I'm a teacher, so, I am free all summer- morning (I'm an early bird) through evening and every day of the week and some weekends. About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. About: I have taken care of animals my whole life. Been boarding and running daycare full time for 10+ years. I have studied dog behaviors, CPR trained, used to train and have spent my life learning dogs. I grew up on a family farm and have been caring for dogs and cats for as long as I can remember. Spending my childhood caring for animals taught me that every pet has their own personality and deserves individualized attention. Whether your pet loves long walks, playing fetch, or simply sticking to their normal routine, I’ll make sure they feel safe and loved while you’re away. I value communication and will update you with plenty of photos and messages so you can relax knowing your pet is in great hands! I enjoy checking on cats and dogs, as well as providing plenty of play time. I’m a big fan of long walks on nice days! Safety is my priority! I have one pup of my own to keep yours company if you’d like. If not that’s okay too. She is a 20 lb shih tzu mix and loves to play! She is friendly with both dogs and cats. I offer all service options, from dog walking and check ins, to house and pet sitting.
