Although she’s usually reluctant to be active, she went on several walks with him. Gerald was also great about sending regular photos and updates, and very flexible when I ran late for pickup. “I felt so comfortable leaving my 6 month old beagle overnight at Dog Days Pet Resort of Sayville. When we went for the meet and greet I knew right away that Laurie was the one to leave my baby with. Her backyard is beautiful & the inside of her home is no different. Everything is so clean & immaculate. Laurie did an excellent job of updating me in the afternoon with a quick text letting me know that Max was doing great along with some pictures of him playing with his new dog friends. I will definitely be using her for future lengthier trips and maybe an occasional doggie daycare day! ??”

About: For 15 years, I have loved and cared for my animals. I was lucky enough to receive excellent training for my shepherd/husky and incorporate the methods during interactions with other animals as well as my new puppy. I completely understand needing reliable care when away. Patience, exercise and attention work wonders!! I'm currently working remote on Thursdays and am able to fit walks in throughout the day as well as during weekends. A varied schedule is fine!! Ensuring the animal's environment is the same when I leave as when I arrive is necessary to prevent injury or any accident. My yard is completely fenced in and equipped to play and run!

Frank spent the night and while he can be shy with new people, but having another dog with him helped open him up a bit. Joanne is very communicative and shares a ton of photos and updates”
