She reduces anxieties naturally by listening carefully and observing astutely. Hygge had never been away or 'boarded' for pet sitting prior to my experience with Andrea. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. Hygge returned home happy, healthy, well-nourished and satisfied with renewed confidence in his ability to work with another lovely family in our sweet community in a spirit of trust and sucess. All in all, I would recommend Andrea to work with anyone who has pets they love and want to broaden the scope of their pet's world by allowing Andrea to work with them and care for them. Andrea also understands the complexities of rescue animals, and will work with you so all are informed and kept in safe environments that nourish everyone's positive potential. Our baby suffers from allergies, and she was great with keeping up medications and updates on symptoms. It was his first birthday not at home with us, and she went out of her way to ensure his day was special and got him special birthday treats. She made him feel comfortable, very loving and truly caring. I can tell she has a big heart, and really has a love for animals, I saw she really cared. It was so nice to see, she eased my mind, especially as I tend to over worry about him, and he was very happy with her as so were we. We would DEFINITELY rebook. “Chester was absolutely fabulous when we had him watch Rocco, our 100lb Catahoula Leopard Dog. My father passed way in a different state so we were trying to find someone to watch Rocco either in our home or theirs so we could attend services. He was a rescue a year ago and didn’t want to put him in a kennel or place where he would think he was being abandoned. After reading that Chester not only boards dogs in his home, but has a large property for long walks and a fenced in area for play, I felt confident contacting him. Chester was able to accommodate our last minute request and had a meet and greet that same day. Rocco met the other dog he was boarding at the time and being Rocco loves other dogs, he was excited to be there which made me feel even better. Having access to other rooms, I one this was the place for him. While away, Chester sent us pictures, videos, and a brief summary every day to let us know how Rocco was doing. We saw Rocco getting walks, playing with the other dogs, getting treats, playing with toys, and just relaxing. That put us at ease knowing Chester treated him like his own. I would definitely recommend Chester and we will definitely have Rocco there again one day.”
“For better or worse, Oliver does not spend much time with other dogs and, because it is just him and the two of us in our home, he is fairly attached and can be anxious when we leave him with someone else. Gabriel handled well whatever anxiety Oliver might have had or issues he had with other dogs around. He was happy when we got there, even before he saw us, which speaks to the very good care Gabriel gave!”

It is February and the weather is as bad as can be. Freezing rain on top of snow. We never met Paula but she said YES, she would help us! Amazing!! Paula showed up a few minutes early. I immediately felt comfortable and confident that my cat would be well taken care of while I was away for a few hours. Paula was great! “At first, I struggled with the thought of leaving my grand dog (Zyla is my daughter’s dog), because Zyla really is treated like a family member and Zyla is our everything but Monica was wonderful. Monica sent multiple photos throughout the day which reassured us that Zyla was ok. From the photos I could tell that Zyla was having a blast. Zyla made a new furry friend and two human friends. Monica not only sent me photos but updated me throughout the day on Zyla’s activities which eased my worry as well. I can tell Zyla had the time of her life because she fell fast asleep on her ride home. Monica made Zyla’s first doggy daycare experience wonderful for both Zyla and her owners. I am available all day every day except for Wednesdays and Saturdays. On Wednesdays I am available in the morning and afternoon until 3 pm. About: I grew up with lots of animals in my house my whole entire life. Everything from birds, reptiles, fish to basic ones such as cats and dogs. In summer I was on farm with horses, cows, pigs, chickens and much more. I have been watching dogs for as long as I remember. Both in my house as well as other homes. I do rescues for a company that specializes in pit bulls. I love to spend time, play, teach and get to know the four legged friends. I’ve been working with dogs since around 2021 and have one of my own that i trained. I get the basic understand behind dogs in general since i’ve been with them every single day and love to learn there personalities to communicate with them. I babysit from home i have a mini dog daycare the most i get through the day is about 5 dogs. I did work in a boarding facility and in dogs homes before. At all times she was communicative, caring and purposeful in her interactions with Hygge, who probably worried about being in a new home away from home for a few days on many levels. My transportation plans were delayed due to a severe storm that prevented my scheduled pick up, and Andrea was patient, reasonable and loving during my own stress about being stuck in NYC beyond my control for the pick up of my dog after traveling for a few days. She worked with me every step of the way, and the boarding experience was a total success even with transportation issues. “Chester was absolutely fabulous when we had him watch Rocco, our 100lb Catahoula Leopard Dog. My father passed way in a different state so we were trying to find someone to watch Rocco either in our home or theirs so we could attend services. He was a rescue a year ago and didn’t want to put him in a kennel or place where he would think he was being abandoned. After reading that Chester not only boards dogs in his home, but has a large property for long walks and a fenced in area for play, I felt confident contacting him. Chester was able to accommodate our last minute request and had a meet and greet that same day. Rocco met the other dog he was boarding at the time and being Rocco loves other dogs, he was excited to be there which made me feel even better. Having access to other rooms, I one this was the place for him. While away, Chester sent us pictures, videos, and a brief summary every day to let us know how Rocco was doing. We saw Rocco getting walks, playing with the other dogs, getting treats, playing with toys, and just relaxing. That put us at ease knowing Chester treated him like his own. I would definitely recommend Chester and we will definitely have Rocco there again one day.”
