“Thanks again for everything! Marlo loves coming to visit and all the adventures you have together :) and I love having a wonderful, caring puppy sitter I can trust!”

“Spencer was perfect! He was very attentive and caring. My dog is a 15 year old senior with medical issues and he was super open to giving pet sitting with him a try and cared for him just as well (if not better) than we would've. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and will definitely hope to get Spencer again next time we need a trusted sitter.”

“Bryan was a great pet sitter. He was very prompt on getting back to me about how my dog was doing while me and my family were out of town. He also sent me plenty of pictures of my puppy. I would definitely recommend him caring for your pet. Thank you again so much. ☺️”

“I am so excited to have found Hiedi! My beloved dog was there for nine days, and every day, I got a pupdate with photos of the dogs having an absolute blast. They played so well together, it just looked like the most fun summer camp! I don’t ever want to just park my dog somewhere again, I want her to go to Hiedi’s and race around, playing with her buddies! Hiedi also took her on leashed walks, which I appreciated. And for those sleeping over, it looked like an ideal setup. Hiedi is very easy to communicate with, and very sensible. As I said, I’m so happy I found her!”

“Our Kiloh has a great staycation with Tara while we were gone. He loved to play outside with her kids, and lay in the sun, he slept on the couch and with her one night, and he was taken care of and she sent me pictures and updates daily! I will totally be calling her to take him again when we need! Thanks Tara!! ??”

“Our two pups were well taken care of and had a great time. Absolutely loved the fenced in yard and daily walks. Thank you so much for making their first experience seamless. Definitely will be booking again.”

“Adalia took great care of our very timid and scared dog. She was patient and gave Lily the room she needed to slowly warm up to her surroundings. Communication was great and we felt very comfortable leaving our dog with her. Would definitely rebook.”

“Amanda was a godsend for boarding our three dogs while we were away for five days. We were anxious since it was our dogs’ first time being boarded. The pups didn’t exactly make a great first impression—let’s just say they had some settling in missteps in the first 10 minutes that had us cringing. But Amanda was amazing, brushing it off with a smile and total confidence. She knows her stuff, having worked with veterinary’s practice, and made us feel quite comfortable leaving our pups with her. She sent us daily texts and pics, which was a relief. The dogs clearly loved her, and by the time we picked them up, they were chill, happy, and obviously well-fed and exercised. We’re already looking forward to booking Amanda again.”

“Lauren was great. Our pups can be a handful and she was wonderful. They came back happy and well cared for. She was a great communicator and everything went smoothly from booking to drop off to pick up.”

“Aaron & Kaylee (Malcom & Mutts) are simply amazing at what they do. We have been boarding and doing training and doggy daycare with our Frenchie since he was a puppy, and also have them work with our aging greyhound. They are knowledgeable, kind, and simply excellent with dogs. We love knowing we can leave our fur babies with them and that they are always in good hands. You can't go wrong with this team!”

“First time using Rover.com and Elisheba made for a great first impression! My dog was very happy and well cared for. She sent me several pictures to keep me in the loop on their activities. I definitely recommend Elisheba for your pet walking/boarding needs! ?”

“Our Arlo loved spending Christmas with Auntie Amanda and her family! Amanda provided a perfect home away from home experience for our boy. At her house he had other doggy friends to play with, lots of toys, cuddles, and exercise. She even took excellent care of him with his medication and feeding schedule. Thank you so much Amanda!”

“Caitlin and her family watched our two miniature poodles for 8 days. She consistently sent us pictures of them so we could see how they were doing. When we picked up the dogs, they were not excited to leave. Her children were adorable and really bonded with our dogs. I will definitely be using her again.”

“I am fully comfortable leaving Marley with Andrea. During her stay, Marley had some stomach issues, and Andrea kept me updated the entire time. Sometimes after staying with a sitter, Marley can be a bit clingy. You would not know I was gone with how relaxed she was when I returned. I highly recommend Andrea!”

About: Aside from my own pets over the years, I’ve also provided care and comfort to pets of family and friends. Whether in my home or yours, I will treat your pets as if they were my own. I know how hard it is to find a safe place for our fur babies when we have to travel. Our pittie mutt, Hank, can’t wait to meet your pups! I recently retired after 36 years of teaching and have lots of free time to care for your fur babies. We have a large fenced in deck (and pool for our swimmers). Our 12 acres are not fenced but are cleared for easy walks, on or off lead as desired. Our home sits well off the main road. We’re not opposed to taking pups for rides in our side by side. House trained dogs have freedom in our home. We’re suckers who allow pets on furniture and provide all the love and cuddles needed to make them comfortable. We have plenty of room for crates if your pup is more comfortable in one. In your home, I will follow your house rules. Depending on location, I can come and visit or stay overnight. I can bring mail and packages in for you and take care of your plants. 🪴

“Angi was awesome with our pup! Her and her husband went above and beyond to provide the best care for our pup, who is usually anxious in new settings. Angi communicated great and sent lots of pictures and updates. Our pup is a border collie and they provided her with lots of good quality exercise. We will definitely use Angi for petcare again in the future! Thank you!!”

“Staci took very good care of my two cats. We had her do two visits a day and she was very prompt and you could almost set your watch by her. She followed the feed and care instructions to the letter and even went above and beyond to make sure Oliver, who has CKD, was comfortable. I would recommend Staci if you're looking for a good reliable pet sitter.”

“Cassandra did an amazing job taking care of my 3 cats. She was very quick to respond if i had any question or concerns and showed real genuine care for my animals. She was my first sitter on Rover so i was kind of nervous about the whole process but she really made everything very easy and i was able to focus on my vacation and what i needed to get done.”

“Kayla was excellent! She was a great pet sitter for my cat. She communicated with me through out the weekend when I was away and I felt so comfortable leaving my cat under her care! Would recommend her services to a friend”

“Gretchen was great with my girls! She was on time for her drop-ins and stayed to play with them the whole time. She did a meeting with me to meet the girls before she came to watch them which was great! She strove to understand what I needed from her and what the girls needed with their behavioral issues! Very professional and kind!”

About: I have always gone to great lengths to ensure that my cats have the best life possible. From cleaning their litter boxes twice a day, to making sure they are receiving healthy stimulation throughout the day. I plan to do the same with any feline friend that I am fortunate enough to spend time with.

About: With over 20 years of personal experience caring for my own cat, I understand just how important it is to have someone dependable and attentive looking after your feline family member. Cats thrive on routine, patience, and gentle care — and that’s exactly what I provide. I offer reliable drop-in visits that include feeding, refreshing water, scooping and cleaning litter boxes, and giving your cat the attention they’re comfortable with — whether that’s playtime, quiet companionship, or simply respectful space. I’m attentive to details and happy to follow specific instructions to keep your cat’s routine consistent and stress-free. You can expect timely visits, clear communication, and updates so you feel confident your cat is safe and well cared for while you’re away. I treat every cat with the same kindness and respect I gave my own for 20 wonderful years.
About: I’ve pet sat for family members but I’ve also and still currently pet sit for previous teachers. I’ve done an internship at a vet clinic. I completed boces which made me a certified veterinary assistant. I worked at the SPCA while finishing up college. Volunteered at Tanglewood Nature Center. Depending on my work schedule I spend as much time as possible outside of work with your pets. I don’t leave them alone for long at all. I’m easy going, my dog gets crated when I’m not home. I will make sure nothing is sitting out that could potentially harm an animal
About: I grew up on a farm and have been around all sorts of animals. I have experience with all types of dogs, from Great Danes to Chihuahuas. Neighbors, friends, and family have previously relied on me to house sit and care for their pet(s) while they’re away. I’m currently working part time, so I have lots of free time to care for your pet(s). Even on days I work, I can do potty breaks before and after. I rely on what the client tells/gives me. I like to keep animals in their own home so they can feel comfortable and not anxious with another person and at another home. It’s good to keep one of those neutral.

About: I have been a cat owner my whole life (57 years) and currently have 3 rescued cats, but I also care for my daughter's 2 rescued cats when she goes out of town. I love cats and would love to care for your cat when you are away as I understand how hard it is to leave your pets. I always want my cats to feel cared for even when I am away and would love to do that for other cat owners.
About: My family is a dog family through and through. I grew up with two dogs in the household at all times, and the rule still stands. Animals have always been a part of my life no matter the lens you look through. Living in a friendly neighborhood allowed me to care for other dogs since I was 12. From sitting, to walking, to simply feeding, I was normally the one to do it! I am an energetic 22 year old who adores playing with any and every furry friend and to get paid doing it!? Sign me up!! Currently, I am an upcoming senior at Bloomsburg University. I am studying Secondary Education with a concentration in English so there is not much work for me to do in the summer since school is out and there is no work in the districts. I am heavily available and will be more than happy to take last minute scheduling if it's an emergency or desperation - go on that date! I will always treat your animals like my own. They will get plenty of loving and I'm expecting some slobbery kisses in return. I don't find much gross in regards to sickness, medical conditions, excitement pees, or simply slobber because I have surely seen it all. I am also very understanding with any rules you have for your pets and will do anything I can to abide by them. But if it means skimping out of treats then that may be a little tough. Your furry friend is of upmost importance when I am with them so I swear to never put them in harms way (ie. sketchy roads, carelessness in and out of the house, pulling on their collar when walking, etc.).
About: Hello, I’m Abigail. I have had all types of animals my whole life and have had experience working at pet stores and doggie day cares. I strive to keep all animals happy, healthy, and safe at all times! I am home full time, so my schedule is pretty flexible. My home is welcome to all breeds, and if your pup has special needs that is no issue! I have a child, a three legged pup, and a scaredy cat that are all very well socialized with other animals! If need be I can watch almost any other kind of animal you may have. If you have any questions at all, please feel free to contact me! I hope to meet your pups soon! Thank you.

“Janet was great, has a perfect setup and my princess had a fabulous time. I got daily updates with a picture and it was so reassuring to know she was being taken care of so well. I’m not sure she wanted to come home after having a week of playtime with her dogs. Thanks so much!”

“Kelly was fantastic with our two dogs while we visited the Corning Glass Museum. She took them for walks in the woods as well as introduced them to her other boarding dogs. It was nice to see photos of them having a great time. They are the best photos we've ever had of our dogs. The last 1/4 mile to her house is a rough dirt road which would have been a problem if we had our camper or a low car. She was very responsive and it was wonderful to have them enjoy themselves while we went to the museum.”

“Amanda was great! Winter was crazy and happy as usual when I picked her up from daycare with Amanda so it looked like she had a good time there and was a tired girl on the way home.”

About: I've loved caring for pets for family and friends over the years. Moved away from home so looking to keep that same experience around here. I'm generally off on Sundays and Mondays for work, and live close enough for potty breaks and I make my own schedule if enough notice is given. I have a fenced in yard which has been home to dogs the size of a Great Pyrenees down to a Yorkshire Terrier before. The home is large enough for multiple pets to have their space.
“Spencer did an amazing job taking care of our dog. Spencer is very friendly and a nice person! We received great updates throughout the day along with plenty of adorable photos. Our dog looked happy, relaxed, and well cared for the entire time. Spencer took her on a good walk, made sure she had water and breaks, and treated her like one of his own. We felt completely at ease knowing she was in such good hands. We will definitely book again! Five stars.”

About: I'm a dog mom of two. I love dogs and go out of my way to care for them, spoil them, and make them feel loved. I am capable of watching other pets outside of the norm. I have experience with fish, reptiles, guinea pigs, bunnies, etc. Just send me a message and we can discuss! I work full time on a hybrid schedule. When I'm not at work I enjoy spending time with dogs. I have open availability to allow dogs in my home or to drop in to your home. I'm excited to meet some new furry friends! The pet that comes into my home has free rein. I ensure to treat them as my own, giving them snuggles, treats, and daily walks. If you prefer drop ins, I am also available to do so. Just let me know your dogs schedule and what works for you!

“Repeat customer. My dog is apprehensive to non-family. Matt came out to greet us. She remembered him. My dog’s tails started wagging and she went right over to him. Jess soon came to the top of step and my dog went over to say hi to her and went right in the house. She didn’t even look back to me. They both have a calm demeanor that my apprehensive dog can sense and she obviously feels at home with them. Grateful to have people like this in the Valley.”

“We had our dog Frannie at daycare with Angi while we were passing through the Corning area on our honeymoon roadtrip! I personally have separation anxiety any time I'm away from my dog (lol) but we knew Angi was taking the best care of Fran! We got both text and photo updates that helped set our minds at ease.”

About: I've always had dogs & cats growing up. Recently, my husband & I rescued a puppy from North Carolina, named Mack. He is the light of our life. In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. I love to be around dogs, and want to ensure they get the best care, whether that be walking or playing ball/fetch, or just snuggles. I hope you reach out for any needs! I currently work full time about 20 minutes from my home, which allows me a greater radius to care for your loved one. I work M-F 8am-4pm (roughly), so I am available for any after work or weekend assistance. I have a fully fenced in yard for my dog to play in. We play ball multiple times throughout the day. He is up to date on his vaccines, and we ensure that he receives any care he might need. I am trained to notice any significant behaviors or concerns, and will address this ASAP.
About: I actively foster dogs/puppies on a consistent basis for several years. I've worked with the same Animal Rescue for a long period of time and have experience with many different situations. With the Rescue I regularly handle different scenarios and medical needs, from new born pups to seniors! I'm comfortable with all shapes, sizes, and medical history. Most temperaments I have lots of experience with as well. I work from home full-time. I'm home all day every day Monday-Friday. My weekends only consist of a few errands making me gone for no longer than 4-5 hours at a time. I have a 7ft tall, fully fenced, back yard. I can kennel a dog if needed, but generally they would be out hanging with me. No dog will be left unattended, inside or outside, for long periods of time. I have two adult dogs in the home that can be introduced or remain separate if needed. I also have a 6yr old in the home that loves and is respectful of all animals.
About: Experienced in overnight and back-and-forth pet sitting. Can care for puppies to seniors at any hour of the day and night. I am not grossed out by any mess your pet may make and will keep the space clean. Normally work 7-noon 3 days a week. My job is very flexible and could change to suite you and your pets needs! I am very quick with responding if you would need me last minute. My pets that I've had in my home get fed at the same time every day. They are also allowed to go out when they want and get their paws cleaned when they come in. Water is always available to them. You can expect me to do the same with your animals unless told other instructions.
“Jessica and her family did a great job with Max. She took time to introduce Max to her dogs and get him comfortable with them. Max was happy and healthy each day when I came to pick him up. Her young son liked taking care of Max too. I’m grateful for the care they gave Max”
“I cannot overstate what a lifesaver Jennifer was on our vacation. We had an air BNB that allowed dogs, but not unattended and were visiting friends with a cat who turned out to be dog phobic. We booked Jennifer the day before we left and she was so welcoming and flexible with pick up and drop off times and with her extensive kennel hours. My dog loved her own special vacation; with puppy playtime and hiking in the woods. She came home relaxed and super tired! The true marker of her own good review, was how happy she was to go back the next day! Thanks, Jennifer :)”

“Kyle took excellent care of my elderly Maltese, Sammy. It was a relief that he was able to take care of Sammy on short notice and give my skittish dog a calm place to stay. He always responded quickly to messages and sent me a picture of Sammy each day. I would happily let him watch Sammy again if we come back to Ithaca.”

“My dog had a fabulous time at daycare with Mikia, her daughter and her dog Zara. I received some great photos (including some funny ones of the dogs wrestling) and felt comfortable knowing the dog was having a good time, socializing and burning off her adolescent energy while I was at work. Highly recommend!”

About: I have a small dog, an indoor piggy, and a caged bird. I have grown up with pets, and always make sure they are properly taken care of. I love all animals, and strive to provide them the best stay possible. I am currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to spend with the fur babies! I enjoy walking in the morning and evening, and if your pup enjoys that they can tag along! The animals will be taken care of just as my own. My dog is spoiled, and loves to snuggle. She’s is not aggressive towards other dogs, she just prefers humans. The animals are allowed on furniture and allowed to sleep in bed with Charlie and myself; as my home is their home for the duration of their stay!
“Thank you so much to Shanea and family for caring for our Boy during a busy trip, and being so lovely and patient with a rapidly changing schedule. We would definitely book Shanea again anytime we are in town!”

About: I've cared for dogs of different sizes over the years and I love to cuddle, walk, and pamper pups. We have a fenced in back yard and I like to take long walks with dogs if they're up for it. We have a 4 year old boxer/hound mix who is sweet with people but not great with other dogs. We keep him away from guest dogs, there's lots of room in the house for each dog to have their own space and still get lots of love from me and the family. I work from home and have a very flexible schedule. I take breaks through the day to care for puppies, whether that's a quick potty break, fun walk, or play time with balls and toys. When boarding, I make sure pups get any meds they need, plenty of time outside, and snuggles on the couch (if they're the snuggling type). I know some dogs need longer or shorter walks, and I make adjustments based on what they need.

“Kelli took great care of my pups! She really cares about what they like and what you might be working on with them. She definitely was a big help to me and with text and picture updates my mind was at ease!”

“Angela was totally amazing. This was my first time trusting anyone other than family with my babies and Angela made it so easy. She communicated with me daily sending pictures and updates and my dogs loved her. I will definitely be asking her to come again in the future.”

Saturdays I am unavailable for the entire day but can still check in with your pets in the morning and evening! I also make my schedule for my other job two weeks in advance and can work around your schedule to the best of my ability. I currently have my own dog and two cats and would love your animals (almost) as much as mine. I can feed, water, walk, play, administer medication, love on your animals, etc.
About: I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life. I have helped take care of my friends and family’s pets for years. Now that I’m an empty nester I thought taking care of your fur babies would be a great way to fill my new found extra time and make some extra $ to help my college kids. I am self employed and have a flexible schedule, so that I am able to make sure your fur babies are properly taken care of. I will walk, feed, and play with your fur babies as per your request to make sure they feel safe and loved in your absence.
“Cate did a great job helping take care of my pup while I was out of town. She was on time for my dogs walks, and I always got pics and a written description of what happened on the walk which was very reassuring. I will definitely continue using Cate for dog walking!”

About: I am a very reliable, loving and responsible person who you can trust with your four legged family members. Both my dogs are over the rainbow bridge now but we had a long loving journey together. One was a Lab mix and the other was a Husky rhodesian ridgeback mix. I know the importance of mental stimulation, exercise and rewards that all dogs love. I have grown up around a variety of different animals and also like to volunteer with local non-profit animal rescues. I have experience working with dogs who suffer from anxiety, aggression and/or have a lot of energy. My schedule is flexible in both days and time. Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have. Thank you for your time and stopping by to view my profile. -Gillian S I have the availability and flexibility to be with your dog as much as needed. I work from home allowing my schedule to be flexible and your dog to be with a human 24/7 if needed. I would typically take my dogs to run errands and pick up and drop off the kids to school. If your dog likes car rides and you are comfortable with that they are welcome to always tag along. If they do not like car rides they can be crated or left out in the home. I always use leashes for walks as we do not have a fenced in yard. I do have crates if your dog needs that for any time away or feeling comfortable (depending on how you work with your dog).
About: Your crazy dog stories could never top mine! Dog mom of over 15 years. Currently have a 3 yr old high energy dog. Comfortable caring for any animal of any age. I love all fur babies like my own! I am currently working full-time at night, 5 nights a week. Available mostly any day prior to 3:30pm. Overnights wouldn’t be possible, but could check on your pups before & after work! I am very well versed with all doggy situations. My current situation is not ideal for a dog to come to my home, but checking on yours in their “safe” environment works best!
About: I’ve taken care of dogs of all age and sizes since I was a child. Neighbors, friends, and family have relied on me to do anything their pet needs while they’re away. In the future I’m looking to take a dog training course and slow transition into that as a full time job. Every morning I wake up and immediately tend to the dogs and let them outside to use the bathroom and play around, then we come Inside to eat breakfast to start the day. We go outside about 3x daily to potty and play. I have a big privacy fenced in yard for play time. I have 4 dogs of my own. However I typically do not let them converse with my boarding dogs unless known that they are friendly.

I’m super patient and take the time to understand each pet’s personality—whether they’re energetic and playful or shy and need a little extra TLC. My goal is to make every pet feel safe, spoiled, and right at home while you’re away 🐾 Pet care fits easily into my daily routine. I genuinely enjoy making time for animals! Whether it’s walks, feeding, playtime, or check-ins, I’m able to plan my schedule around each pet’s needs to make sure they get consistent, loving care. Safety and trust are always my top priorities. I keep a clean, secure environment and follow each pet’s routine closely, including feeding, medications, and special care. I’m patient and take time to build trust so every pet feels comfortable and safe. Whether in my home or yours, I treat every pet like family and every space with respect.
About: Here to be a service to my fellow local pet owners. Love, care, and lots of attention is what I believe a pet truly needs. I'd love to help take care of your little family member :) God Bless and be well. I am a part-time student and i currently work a customer service job from home. I have a very flexible schedule to match your needs. Everything can be discussed, and a secure and detail plan can be implemented at your request. Thank you for your support. I'm very vigilant while I'm supervising your pet(s). I know how sudden and mischievous they can be at times lol. Safety is my number one concern when taking care of any living being. Safety first, fun right after.
“McKayla is a dog whisperer. My dog can be fearful and reactive of strangers and she took to McKayla right away. She walked my dog several times while I was on a 2 week trip, and I felt so comfortable knowing my quirky pup was in good hands. You can tell she has a lot of experience with dogs who have special considerations. So happy I found her as a walker! Highly recommend her.”
