My first job was as an Animal Care Technician with the Humane Society, and I later worked at a military veterinary clinic for more than five years. About: I'll provide constant supervision of your pet. I enjoy interacting with animals. Although I am not a professional dog handler I have had a dog in the house for the past 12 years. I will do my best to provide competent care for your pet. I am currently retired from the Columbia County jail, after completing 23 years. I am a Navy veteran. My wife and I have twin boys who are all grown up and out of the house. As a result of this I have become a little bored. I would appreciate your consideration when deciding on who to entrust the care of your pet while you are away. You will be able to be rest assured that they are being taken care of. I am usually available all the time except for the occasional vacation I might go on. Weekends are no problem either. I am pretty much available year round. I like to hang out with my dog all day. Adding more animals to the mix is no problem. I like taking walks with them and I also have a fenced yard.

About: I’ve taken care of dog of many sizes and health conditions, I have had a cat for 9ish years and have cared for friend and families dogs for years. I am a student, I am relatively free but lots of work to do! I like to go on walks already! I am able to be flexible. About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). About: I’ve been around and taking care of dogs of different breeds since I was 16. Most of my experience has been with friends’ and family members’ dogs. I’ve helped with walks, feeding, playtime, and taking care of them when they stay at my house. I’ve also helped keep their areas clean when needed. I really enjoy spending time with dogs and making sure they feel comfortable, safe, and loved while they’re with me 🐶❤️ I’m available 24/7, which means I’ll have plenty of time to take care of your furry friend and give them lots attention and love :) I live in Berlin, NY, in a quiet area with a large yard where dogs have plenty of space to play and enjoy some time outside. I have a medium sized house and a very friendly 14 year old cat who is used to being around others.

However with an ice storm in the forecast and the fact that we were traveling north, I contacted Dan to see if we could possibly modify our booking and bring Kody a day earlier so that we might miss the bad weather. He couldn't have been more accommodating and immediately got back to me and we were able to miss the icy drive. He also is great with photos and communicating so that you don't have to worry how your pet is doing. And that is such a relief for pet owners! We have already booked with Dan for our February trip.”
