“As all true dog lovers know, a dog is not just a pet, it is a member of the family. As such, I am very cautious about where and who I leave my dog with. As we had never had to leave our Violet with anyone, my wife and I were very worried when we had to leave our girl for almost 2 weeks. We did not feel comfortable boarding her at a kennel as we didn’t think she would respond well to that environment. So, we went to Rover to see if we could find someone we thought would be a good fit for our Violet. After reading multiple write ups on various Rover sitters, we found Erika who we thought looked like a good fit and was close to our home. At our meet and greet with Erika, my wife and I had perfect peace as we met with Erika and saw the home where Violet would be staying. Erika had a warm and inviting home, a fenced in backyard, and the perfect playmate, ( her dog Huxley) for our girl Violet. My wife and I decided immediately that this home and sitter would be the perfect fit for Violet. We were not disappointed! Erika loved our Violet as much as she loved her own dog and showered her with love and affection. She sent us daily pictures and videos of Violet and her dog playing, napping, and just having a wonderful time. She was having so much fun. We jokingly, worried that Violet wouldn’t want to come home with us after spending time with Erika. Ha Ha. In summary, any dog would be lucky to spend time with Erika. She is an amazing person and we were so happy we found her. This app only let me put in a rating of 5 stars, but if I could have, I would have put in 10 or more stars in rating her performance. We would definitely use Erika again in the future, if and when we needed to board our Violet. My only worry is that after reading my review of Erika, everyone will want to board with her and I won’t be able to have my Violet stay with her when I next need her. Ha ha.”

About: I've always had a passion for animals since I was very little. I was never able to have them of my own growing up because my dad was highly allergic. Once I graduated high school I moved out and rescued my first dog from a backyard breeder. He was a Pit-bull mix. 4 months later I rescued my golden saint from a hoarding situation which ended up in all of her animals getting taken away. I realized I wanted to help save more animals so I ended up becoming a foster mom. My first foster was a 7 year old Rottweiler named Sabrina. I only had her a short 3 months before I was told she had a stomach tumor that was not curable. I unfortunately made the decision to get her cremated and the last words I said to her was " I promise I will save as many animals like you as I possibly can." I kept that promise to her after 8 years already and plan to for many many more! Fast forward to today, i suddenly lost my soul dog in January 2026 but still have my golden saint and a Catahoula Leopard dog. He was my first foster fail 6 years ago. I wanted to extend my experience even more so now I pet sit/dog walk as well! I am experienced with senior dogs, puppies, aggressive dogs as well as dogs with high anxiety I have taken care of all sorts of animals such as hamsters, Guinea pigs, birds, snakes, miniature pigs, and of course cats and dogs! I treat every animal like my own and I guarantee I will become their best friend! My goal is to eventually own a building and name it in Sabrina's memory:) I am available for in home stays in your own home, overnights, drop ins, and dog walks on week days and weekends. She took it slow with Bella and soon Sierra had her eating (she has NEVER eaten a meal when we are not there with her), going for walks, and napping. I can tell Sierra was great with Bella because she was happy when we picked her up and went right to sleep when we got home.”

About: I’m a fun, patient, attentive and big-hearted animal lover with a lifetime of experience caring for pets. Growing up with a variety of animals, including dogs, cats, and reptiles, I’ve developed a deep understanding of their needs. I live alone, lost the last of my own critters, and am a seasonal traveler. I am a huge animal lover and would love to meet your pet and take great care of them! I will send updates with photos because I know how it can be stressful being away from your pets/family! I currently work part-time, so have plenty of time to take care of your pets! I am off on Tuesdays, and Fri/Sat/Sun I only work until 12pm, so still lots of free time on weekends. I work full-time Monday-Friday, however my work schedule is hybrid so it allows me to be flexible to cater to your needs! I am also free all day most Saturdays and Sundays. When I am in a client's home I am always respectful and professional. I understand the importance of following instructions and I promise to take care of your furbaby like they are my own!

About: Hi my name is Annalisa but for short some people call me Anna . I’m going to school to become a veterinarian . I Have have experience with alot of dogs and cats ! I also own a Great Pyrenees who has nerve damage . My puppy is 55 pounds she is a gentle girl . I also have experience with senior dogs . If you feel uncomfortable with a certain breed I would love for you to bring it up to me and I will make sure that breed is not coming on that day . All furry friends have to be up to date on vaccines and also your dogs must get ALONE WITH OTHER DOGS. I’m always taking care of animals I’m either taking care my dog, my boyfriends mothers dog or sisters cats or at all 3 at once. Plus I do grooming on the side. Pet care is very much part of my fault routine and I have room for more in my home. I have a fenced yard and one puppy that will keep your fur baby company . I can also easily crate your dog if needed and if you forgot your fur baby’s food will be provided at the times you request along with fresh water. Whatever the pet parent would like for there fur baby ! Pls give me feeding instructions! When they go out and any medication or allergies. Leave me a list or text me instructions for your fur baby ! Whatever is easy for you to help you and your fur baby out !
About: Luckily since I have grown up in a family who loved pets I have been around all sorts of animals since I was young. Currently I have taken care of many dogs and cats.
