About: I grew up with a childhood best friend. For kids my age, it would be there neighbor next door. However for me, my best friend was a dog. When he passed in 2020, I was devastated. About: I have owned many dogs over the years plus have over 7 years in the dog rescue business. Having volunteered with Legacy Humane Society based in McKinney, Texas as a foster, mentor, board member, event planner, social media lead and more, I've gained knowledge and learned so much! I am familiar with medications, oral and injectable and comfortable administering if needed. I have fostered pregnant dogs, birthed litters and raised them, fostered 150 lb great danes and a 15 lb chihuahua. Our most recent two pets were a black lab that passed away of old age and currently own a 40 lb mutt. I love dogs and miss fostering since we travel on the road. I have also helped care for my Mom's 90 lb Cane Corso who had to have insulin injections twice per day.

About: *Please read through and understand my policies before booking - your pets well-being is what is most important to me! I have taken care of various pets since I was a kid. I have experience with dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, fish, and bearded dragons! I have always been the family/friend go-to for help with animals whether it is walking dogs, house-sitting, ect. I am a huge animal advocate and a Humane Policy Leader Volunteer with the ASPCA. Throughout high school and college, I looked for opportunities to help animals at an individual level (doing some rescue work, rehab work, fundraising, ect.), and it has greatly improved my knowledge about providing care for animals of various needs. I take the health and safety of animals very seriously, and will treat yours as my own. If you book a 24 hour+ period with me as your pet’s only caregiver, I require a minimum of 3 visits daily and will not allow your dog to be alone for more than 12 hours. With cats and other small animals there is flexibility with the amount of drop-ins. I also typically only do last minute bookings for clients I’ve worked with previously because they know my standards and I know their pet’s needs - this helps ensure that the client is comfortable with my care, the pet is comfortable with my care, and I am comfortable providing my services. I am available everyday for pet care and at various times. All scheduling details can be discussed further at a meet and greet to ensure you feel comfortable with the care your pet will be receiving :) I have special experience with diabetic animals, deaf animals, and animals with health/behavior needs. So that I am able to best take care of your pet, please let me know if there is anything I should know about your pet so that I can be prepared to give them the proper care. I would also ask that a meet and greet is set up prior to future visits so that we can ensure your pets comfortability with me while you are away! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was nearly 9 years old. I have always loved animals deeply, but have connected with dogs especially. I specialize in dog walks, play time, healthy human interaction, and responsible pet care. I currently have two dogs that are like my children. I also have an amazing vet I've been going to for over 15 years, literally within minutes from my house just in case the unexpected happens. I have watched multiple dogs for family and friends over the years and I've also fostered/rescued and re-homed over 7 dogs in the last 20 years some of whom came to me in pretty rough shape and I cared for them until they reached their full potential and were ready to be loved by another family. If i could have kept them all I would have but I had to make room for the next fur baby in need. I currently work full-time as a RN but have the opportunity to work from home on a regular basis. My animals are never left home alone for an extended period of time. I also have a large cages with lots of clean blankets for boarders to be put in for a short amount of time if need be.

About: I grew up with a childhood best friend. For kids my age, it would be there neighbor next door. However for me, my best friend was a dog. When he passed in 2020, I was devastated. I lost my best friend. He showed me so much loving, patience, and truth. So thats what I want to do for future clients. 1. Show both both human and dog client some love 2. Show both patience I am currently taking a break from college to find my true path. I wanted to make use in my day. I found out about Rover and I was instantly thrilled! A big backyard My dogs have shock collars -!-IMPORTANT-!- However... Your pet would be kept downstairs for safety reasons (my dogs) Would mainly be down there with your pet for most of the day Would ensure that your pet gets as many potty breaks as possible. Especially on very nice days!

“Sarah was wonderful! We received update photos every day and our pup came home clearly well cared for and happy after over a week of being away. We were worried about our small dog being around her larger ones, but she arranged a meet and greet prior to taking King Tut. Her dogs were sweet and gentle with him. During the week we got photos of all three happily cuddled together. Would recommend Sarah S. and would definitely return should we need a dog-sitter!”
