When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). “We left our two small dogs with Alex for a three day weekend. This is the first time our dogs have not been with us and without any exaggeration, we could not have hoped for a better experience! One of our dogs has separation anxiety issues. Within a short time of being left there Alex had him relaxed and having fun playing and feeling comfortable in his unknown surroundings. We did leave both of them with Alex for a short three hour dog sitting session a few days before so it wasn’t totally unknown, this may have helped a bit. But Alex is a bit of a dog whisperer himself, and is very in tune to the dogs condition and needs. They gave us wonderful updates with videos and photos, as well as texts, keeping us up-to-date on what activities the dogs were involved with at the time. Which was very reassuring. They provide a wonderful environment for the animals.”

About: I have a lifetime of experience with pet care, which began with helping my mom run her in-home dog boarding business when I was growing up. The skills and experience that I've gained in that time enable me to provide the best possible care for your pet. I live with my girlfriend who is a veterinary technician with over 15 years of experience. Ours is a loving home, with a large, securely fenced yard. Our top priority is to keep your dog safe, feeling comfortable, and relaxed, just as they would be in their own home. I offer boarding, walks, in home visits, and more. I am comfortable giving meds, preparing special diets, and caring for puppies as well as seniors. I used to train and show dogs when I was younger, and can help get your puppy off on the right foot with house training. Dog sitting is my only job, and my flexible schedule revolves around that. I can be available at any reasonable time for pick-up and drop off appointments. I'm home almost all of the time to be with the dogs, only leaving to run brief errands when necessary. All dogs are cared for in my home. I have a large, securely fenced in back yard. During the day, dogs are free to be outside to play in the backyard as much as they wish. All dogs sleep in large crates or X-pens in our comfortable dog room at night, or when we are not home. We have a young cavalier who would be happy to have new friends to play with. About: I started walking my next door neighbor’s Boston Terrier when I was around 10. She knew I was an animal lover, and even let me experiment with some training with her pup. This led to me getting into agility training and just general dog training, which I have started to pick back up again. I am known as the family dog sitter, as my family has a combination of Pit Bulls, Bernedoodles, and hunting breeds, so I’ve worked with dogs of all shapes and sizes and stubbornness! About: Since I was thirteen, I have stayed home alone while my parents went to work, up to twelve hours on certain days. I have consistently been an owner of five or more dogs at a time, and I would always manage their meals, potty breaks, and everything in between. I am currently unemployed, so I have my entire days to spend taking care of your dog(s). I only keep my weekends to myself, but all day on weekdays are perfect. Whenever I have cared for my dogs, I always took a low-key, chill approach. As long as I know the dogs' tells for wanting to go to the bathroom, as well as general mealtimes, I usually sit with the dogs, give them pets and playtime, and they are generally happy with that.

I want your pup to feel comfortable and for everyone to be a good fit to avoid any ruining of any plans! This gives us a chance to meet, discuss your dog’s needs, and introduce them to me in a less stressful manner! 🐕 Dog-Friendly Guests preferred – I have several well-socialized, gentle resident dogs who welcome our guests. To keep playtime positive and safe, I only accept dogs who are social with other dogs. 🏡 Fenced Yard + Creek Adventures – Dogs enjoy supervised play in my fully fenced yard (never left unattended). When the weather allows, I also take boarders to a nearby creek for some extra fun and swimming. 🛏️ Comfort & Structure – Dogs are allowed on the couch and even in bed if that’s what they’re used to! Crate-trained dogs are preferred for meal times, as I do not allow group feeding. All pets must come with clear feeding instructions. 🧠 Experienced, Caring, and Attentive – I’m highly skilled at reading dog body language and preventing issues before they start. I also have experience with senior dogs, dogs who need oral medications, and offer basic obedience help for puppies during their stay. 💊 Health & Safety First – All boarding dogs must be on flea and tick prevention with some form of proof, as my pets are protected as well. Whether your pup is a young social butterfly or a gentle senior needing extra care, I’ll make sure they’re safe, loved, and well cared for. Thanks so much! Fully fenced backyard with sprinklers, pools, toys (for those who don’t resource guard) we are very accommodating for behavioral issues in the pack! I have a large creek that runs through my yard as well. We have a fenced area and I take dogs on leads to the outskirts of the fence and to the creek! Feeding is all done separately as I do not allow my dogs to eat together. Potty breaks are every hour-two hours!

I have special experience with older dogs, handicapped dogs, giving meds, and dogs rescued from commercial breeders. I currently have 1 dog and 1 cat. I can walk / petsit in your home up to 4 dogs/cats/misc small pets at a time. I am semi-retired and work from home so I am very flexible with times. Drop in visits, dog walks, overnight pet care, medications as needed can be scheduled. I have dogs and cats of my own and familiar with typical pet schedules. I currently work full time but have a lot of flexibility and I am able to take days off with enough notice. Weekends are open! I live far back away from the road! “Remi is an anxious dog, but after this boarding experience, I noticed a big difference. He was much calmer when I picked him up, and it did not take him days to de stress like usual. When we arrived, Kimberly greeted us outside with her dog, who is extremely friendly and calm. Even though Remi was on a leash, he handled the interaction well, which honestly surprised me. Throughout Remi’s stay, Kimberly sent pictures and regular updates. She played fetch with him, which is one of his favorite activities (other than eating). By the time he came home, he was happily exhausted. We are so glad we found Kimberly and highly recommend her. She is someone we will definitely continue to return to.”

“We left our two small dogs with Alex for a three day weekend. This is the first time our dogs have not been with us and without any exaggeration, we could not have hoped for a better experience! One of our dogs has separation anxiety issues. Within a short time of being left there Alex had him relaxed and having fun playing and feeling comfortable in his unknown surroundings. We did leave both of them with Alex for a short three hour dog sitting session a few days before so it wasn’t totally unknown, this may have helped a bit. But Alex is a bit of a dog whisperer himself, and is very in tune to the dogs condition and needs. They gave us wonderful updates with videos and photos, as well as texts, keeping us up-to-date on what activities the dogs were involved with at the time. Which was very reassuring. They provide a wonderful environment for the animals.”
