About: My name is Michelle and I am a former teacher, now stay at home mom to two babies and one dog. I have always had dogs in my life. Growing up, I had a Sheltie and two rescue Beagle mixes. Currently, I have one sweet pup, a hound named Benjamin who is equal parts lazy, silly, and "follow the nose." As a former teacher, I know how busy life can get. About: I have had pets most of my life. I quit my job and started a non-profit, St. Lewis Foundation, which didnt work out, so all the animals in my care became my pets. They were mostly senior and unwanted animals, which is where my heart is. I am unemployed right now, looking for remote work . So I am home all day. In July of 2025, we had to put our 14 year old dog, Roxie, down.. This was very depressing as she was the best girl. About: I have been a dog groomer on and off for the last 12 years. I have gone to school for animal science, and have been around animals my whole life. Including farm animals. I have worked with tiny to extra large dogs, i have also worked with aggressive dogs. I am able to feed early morning and evenings, I can also give medication and deal with any other medical need. I am available to have an animal stay at my house. I live in the Campville area and work in Owego. Im currently a bus driver in Owego. I have a job where I make my own schedule. If you decide to board your pet with me, I will be on premises at all times. For boarding, I have a decent size fenced in back yard. I do have a 7 year old husky that has gone to daycare. He's been around a lot of different dogs. If your dog needs to be crated, I can do that as well. About: I've always taken care of my family pets, and have dog-sat for family friends! I kept up with meds, food, play, and anything else the dogs needed or wanted. Anyone I've asked said that they were more than satisfied with my care. Over the summer, I'll be taking online classes and have a part-time job, so I'll be pretty flexible when it comes to stopping by or walking dogs! I realize an owner’s absence is usually stressful for pets, and both you and your pet should feel like they’re in good hands! About: My whole life I have always had dogs. I absolutely love all animals. I have experience with puppies and senior dogs. It is so much fun to meet new animals! I have no job as of right now and I only go to school from 9:10 am-2:26 pm with an hour and a half break everyday from 11:22 am -12:58 pm. I can bring mail and packages in for you and take care of your plants. 🪴
