About: I have years of experience with many different types of dogs. I watch dogs on a regular basis. For younger dogs I can offer a mountain hikes and for older dogs I can walk them on boardwalk trails that are easy on the joints, yet give the dog the sense of walking in the woods. I don't mind larger dogs at all. I also am willing to cook food for dogs. I very much enjoy the company of dogs and find that when they are well fed and exercised they are really pleasant to be around. Please give me honest description of your dog so I can plan His/Her visit accordingly. My house is set back (1000 feet) from a country road . I can pick up dogs in NYC , Great Barrington , Hudson, or Albany for a fee. I have watched many dogs over the years. Usually I try to walk them as much as possible. I feed them well , but make them follow the sit command before being fed and multiple times a day. All dogs have to be on a slip proof leash when outside or dropped off. Dogs often don't behave as they do at home . Once off a leash it can be very difficult to recapture a dog. In the house I don't crate dogs . We can only watch a few dogs at once. If your dog is very difficult let me know in advanced. Also Corgies get 10% off.

She and her house are well-suited for a little dog visitor. She has a nice, fenced-in yard. Her couch is a cozy spot for napping, snuggling and looking out the window. Brigid stayed in touch with us leading up to our trip and while we were away. It was so fun for us to hear and see pictures of how Brigid and Roscoe were spending their time. Working from home means your dog has company during the day, not just a check-in at mealtimes. I build my schedule around the pets I'm caring for, so your dog's feeding times, walks, and favorite spots on the couch all stay as consistent as possible. The goal is for your dog to feel like not much has changed. When we're outside, your dog has my full attention. I skip dog parks to avoid the risks of unpredictable dogs, illness, or overstimulation. I only care for dogs from one household at a time, so your dog always gets my undivided focus. During the warmer months, I stay on top of tick checks and heat management to keep your dog safe and comfortable. I'm comfortable administering oral medications and I closely monitor food intake and potty patterns so I can flag anything unusual.

About: I have always had pets in the house. I am also a veterinarian technician working in a clinic setting. All I do is care for animals. I work full time but it’s only 4 days a week . I’m available nights and at least three day in the week. I always open to just stopping in to let pets out too I have a 2 dogs of my own who are very socialized and love to play with other dogs. I also have a pretty big fenced in yard for all furry friends to play in.

About: I have years of experience with many different types of dogs. I watch dogs on a regular basis. For younger dogs I can offer a mountain hikes and for older dogs I can walk them on boardwalk trails that are easy on the joints, yet give the dog the sense of walking in the woods. I don't mind larger dogs at all. I also am willing to cook food for dogs. I very much enjoy the company of dogs and find that when they are well fed and exercised they are really pleasant to be around. Please give me honest description of your dog so I can plan His/Her visit accordingly. My house is set back (1000 feet) from a country road . I can pick up dogs in NYC , Great Barrington , Hudson, or Albany for a fee. I have watched many dogs over the years. Usually I try to walk them as much as possible. I feed them well , but make them follow the sit command before being fed and multiple times a day. All dogs have to be on a slip proof leash when outside or dropped off. Dogs often don't behave as they do at home . Once off a leash it can be very difficult to recapture a dog. In the house I don't crate dogs . We can only watch a few dogs at once. If your dog is very difficult let me know in advanced. Also Corgies get 10% off.
“This is Tyson's second time staying with Amanda. She is really good with him. She has a fenced in yard and often has multiple dogs to keep company with including her husky. Her dad even came by to see Tyson. When traveling it's such a blessing to have good people to watch your pet so you don't have to worry. I feel like he's having a sleepover at a friend's house.
