About: I’ve always been surrounded by dogs, whether it’s my sister’s or my cousin’s dog. As a nurse, I already have the compassion and caretaking qualities. If you’ll entrust your best friend to me, I’ll give them plenty of love and care. I’m a night shift nurse working three shifts a week. I’m always trying to take advantage of the daytime to catch some sun- hopefully your dog will join me in those times on a sweet stroll. A firm believer in touching grass, I’d dedicate my stretches of days off when I’m not working to take your furfriend out for some much deserved playtime! I live in an apartment that is dog friendly. My home has plenty of space albeit a one-bedroom unit. There is a security system built into place as well.

I usually walk around my dogs around riverside or central park cause it open and has a lot of fresh air. I’m not used to house sitting but I'm willing to but a week in advance. I'm also not used to taking care of cats but if needed I will take care of only hypoallergenic cats. About: Started caring for cats at 15 then would board friends dogs while they travel and have even fostered dogs at risk of euthanasia and/or stray dogs traveling from Texas. I work full time m-f however am able to wfh as needed and always have enough time to cuddle and play with furry friends. Weekends are always free for outdoor play time or indoor snuggle sessions. I am in a spacious apartment with a 3 year old cat and 9 year old dog. Both are friendly and love to nap all day. More than enough space to be separated if needed.

My aunt has trusted me to pet sit for her multiple times she has two cats and a dog and I’ve never had any issues feeding and caring for my aunt’s fur babies whenever she went on long vacations. Since my dogs are seniors, they experienced some anxiety being away from home and even had a little stomach upset, which can happen when they’re stressed. She handled everything with so much patience, care, and compassion, and made sure I was informed throughout the entire stay. About: I’ve always had dogs and cats in my life. Most recently, my partner and I expanded our family with two kitties, Gio & Jojo. During grad school, I also worked as a professional dog walker, walking 4-6 dogs on- and off-leash on hikes around local parks, and I generally averaged about 9-12 hikes per week. (I’ll keep yours on leash unless you and I are both comfortable letting your pup off leash in less-trafficed areas). I also dog sat for many of those clients, as well as several clients here. I work from home with a very flexible schedule, so I have plenty of availability to leave the house during the day and evening for walks and drop-ins. I may just have to work around some meetings. My partner Zachary is a grad student with a flexible schedule who also helps out with the pet sitting! I can accommodate to whatever type of living space the pet is in. I will make sure they are given their food and water and medication if needed on schedule, they get out all of their energy during walks and playtime, their bathroom needs are taken care of, and any potential mess is cleaned up. I’ll also make sure your cat or dogs gets all the pets and cuddles they want!
