“This is the 2nd time Mike has watched our 2 dogs, and this time it was for 2 weeks!! The dogs were happy and well cared for and we were able to enjoy our time overseas with no worries. Thank you Mike!! Apollo and Luna miss their friend Bear already!”

“Natthinee did a wonderful job taking care of my Moose! She sent lots of pictures and videos of him having a great time doing all of his tricks and playing with their dog. He will definitely be coming back for more visits!”

“Gillian is a really sweet lady who seems to know how to handle and treat dogs. She helped us exactly the way we needed, quick drop off, and quick pickup. Would definitely recommend.”

“Stella had a great time while she stayed with Brad and Mery. When I dropped her off, Stella got a little nervous and had an accident and Brad was so kind and understanding about it. They sent pictures daily and updates regularly to ensure that we had the peace of mind that our fur-baby was well taken care of while we were away. Next time we go away we will definitely be booking with Brad and Mery again.”

“Samantha and her family are amazing. Honestly. My first time boarding my 3 month old puppy and they made it so easy. Communication and kindness!! Such genuine people. Thank you for everything!!”

“This lady and her husband are the best kept secret of Rover! My dog has typically refused to eat for the first day or two of boarding, but with Sue, she ate the first night, her tail was high and wagging! She was a happy little camper. I would recommend Sue, without any reservations. She truly cares for her boarded dogs- they do know who loves them. She will always be our first choice!!”

“Tiffany went above and beyond to make sure the transition went smoothly since we have never left our dog before. Communication was great. Photos, videos and text messages made us miss our dog a little less because she looked happy and at home!”

“David was incredibly responsive, kind and easy to work with! He took on my elderly 16 year old pup within a 24 hour notice after we found out our Airbnb didn’t allow dogs :( He took great care of her and sent daily updates which we really appreciated! She felt right at home with him and he made us feel very comforted knowing she was in good hands! Will definitely rejoin with him in the future :)”

“Brigid did a great job taking care of our senior dog for the first time. She was very communicative and sent us photos of various happenings during the days that Jessie was at her house. We appreciated knowing that all was well while we were away. Brigid was very conscientious in following through with all instructions for our dog’s care. We have already booked her for another time.”

“We are so fortunate to have met Kyle. It is clear how much she loves dogs and goes to great lengths to be sure that they are comfortable. She sends lots of updates, pictures and videos, so the parents are put at ease as well. Our anxious pup was immediately at home, and came back happy and tired from all of the play. Thank you to our new friend Kyle for spoiling our fur baby!”
“Jen was amazing. Took my boy on the shortest of notice and sent pictures the whole time. My boy had a health concern that wasn’t bad enough for her to call me while I was away but was worth mentioning when I picked him up which I can’t even say how much I appreciate. I’ve had bad experiences leaving him before so I get very nervous but 10/10 I’d trust Jen with my dogs any day and would go out of my way to book with her again.”

“It is such a relief to find a sitter for your dog and have peace of mind. This couple are a gem. We received a bunch of videos and pictures to show how much fun our dogs were having while we were attending an event. Highly recommend!”

“Kassandra and Johnathan were great with our Puppy Leo! He is a big ball of energy and they were great with him and he loved playing with their dog Charlie. I would recommend to anyone in the area and will definitely bring Leo back when we need boarding again!”

“They took absolutely wonderful care of two little dogs. Lots of updates, very responsive, great energy in person from these two. We will certainly be using them again if at all possible. I will be recommending their services to my own clients and friends.”

“Maegan took great care of both my dogs on a short notice. Sent pics daily to make me feel more at ease and reminded that they were in great hands. Love the indoor space she has created for dogs with direct access to her fenced in back yard so dogs were able to go outside at their free will. Will book with her again in the future.”

“Ginger was amazing with Otis. It was our first time leaving him but she assured us with daily updates, pictures and videos. He had a wonderful time playing with Ranger and really settled in nicely. Definitely recommend Ginger and will book with her again in the future.”

“Mike was absolutely wonderful. He was prompt, professional, kind and bonded with the kitties. He was very patient with all three of my kitties, from my older one to my very shy one. The photos he sent were great! Living in a rural community makes it difficult to welcome strangers into to your home. Mike's demeanor and presence instills an immediate level of trust and comfort that makes it easy to hand over the keys to my home, allowing me to attend other important matters. I would absolutely recommend him.”

“This was my first Rover experience and Megan made it easy! Though we didn’t actually meet ahead of time, we chatted enough to convince me that I could go away for the weekend and not worry about a thing. I was able to enjoy myself and be present because I got Rover updates twice daily. I would recommend Megan (and Rover) to anyone and look forward to rebooking her in the future.”

“Monica is absolutely wonderful, and Lucky really enjoyed her company. Monica is respectful and does every asked of her. Couldn't ask for a better cat sitter. Will be booking again.”

“Cindy was wonderful with my kitty❤️ She is very caring and professional. I truly appreciate the pictures she sent me and feedback. I will definitely request her again to care for my girl❤️”

“I’ve never left my kitties behind when I travel and was quite worried about it. I’m VERY pleased with the job Jack did. Although my cats are super shy and wouldn’t be social and play, Jack sent a daily pick to reassure me they were fine. I’ll definitely rebook with Jack should I need to travel again.”

“This is the second time we used Amanda to take care of our Opie. She has been so good with him . By the pictures she sent us you can tell he was very happy to see her. I just booked her again for just one drop in on short notice. I recommend her highly and she will always be our go to.”

“Katie is so awesome! She went above and beyond to befriend our grumpy old man of a cat, was very thorough at every drop-in, and just a lovely person all around. Highly recommend booking with her!”

“We are so thankful we found Alyssa! She is just amazing with our animals. She is extremely thorough with details of caring for them. She truly went above and beyond and was very responsible. We were so at ease while we were away knowing our animals were in such good hands and would highly recommend her!”

About: My fiancée and I currently have 4 cats with varying personalities. I have experience from energetic cats that require play time to cats that don’t want me to know they exist to cats that want to be in your skin. We use automatic feeders but my schedule allows for me to feed a cat multiple times a day.
“Lianna was great! Would definitely recommend her as a sitter. We had a bit of a mix up with something and she was super understanding. Thank you again for taking care of my cat!”

About: Whether your cat wants endless chin scratches or prefers to judge me from across the room, I’m happy to play by their rules. I’ll make sure they’re fed, loved, and cared for—on their terms, of course. Every feline gets the royal treatment while you’re away.

About: I’m a graduating law student looking to take pup-filled study breaks while I prepare for the bar exam. I have a big cat named Perry (definitely part Maine Coon, who knows what else). I’ve gotten very used to the zoomies and the bunny kicks and the moods. I hope you’ll trust me to take care of your beloved pets while you’re away. Even shy dogs and cats tend to warm up to me quickly, and I love getting them out of their shells. I am available for longer daytime stays but not overnight stays.
“Macy took great care of our giant fur baby! It was our first time away from him, and she helped to keep him happy and even made sure that he had his prescription medicine. We had peace of mind knowing her expertise from her work experience and kindness with animals. She was great with communication, sending pictures and updates. We felt totally comfortable with her caring for our pup and will definitely book with her again in the future.”

About: I have cared for cats going back to my childhood and have my own currently. I have experience ranging from young cats and their wild energy to senior cats and the specialized care many of them need. Whatever you need, I can provide it.

About: I have loved and cared for all kinds of pets throughout my life. I’m nurturing, caring and responsible when it comes to caring for your pet aka member of the family! I am available on weekday and weekends all day. I live on 2 acres of land that is surrounded by trees and bushes so there’s no easy escape and can always keep an eye on your pet while they’re doing there business and playing. I also have a dog myself. He’s a 3 year old Australian Shepherd/Poodle mix. He has the biggest heart. He’s extremely friendly, playful and full of energy. He’s the perfect pal for your pet if they were to visit. I live right next to a rail trail for beautiful walks and hikes. I am currently not working so I am available all day every day. This includes holidays and weekends. I can also provide care at any time of the day. I have an older Aussie doodle. He’s 13 years old and is almost blind. He’s extremely friendly and loving. I live on 2 acres of property that is not fenced in. It’s very private.
“Michael responded quickly to a short notice request to do 2 drop-in visit per day for 3 dogs for 3 1/2 days (a funeral requiring cross-country travel). He was very professional, & kept me posted with photos and videos. The dogs are terriers (2 seniors & a 7-month pup), not the easiest breeds to handle, especially without a fenced yard. Michael spent time playing with them, as well as walks, food & cleanup. They were happy, well fed and the house looked just like I left it! Thank you Michael!”

Being a full time stay at home mom, I have a lot of open time on my hands! You would have my full dedication and focus on your fur baby 🤍 Available any day, any time, full availability ☺️ I treat every pet like my own and make sure they always feel safe and comfortable. “Exceptional people! They are extremely responsive and were very welcoming. We set up a meet and greet to make sure Sheba would get along with Bear which made me feel comfortable that I was leaving Sheba in good, capable hands. I get several updates throughout the day which is awesome and they are very flexible with times. 10/10 would recommend to a friend or anyone that needs doggy daycare. Thanks for being awesome guys!”

About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. Primarily I like to do drop-in visit for walks and short training sessions. Once we build a rapport, I’d like to do hikes and overnight adventures.
“Anna did a great job watching my dog for the day! She was always quick to respond and sent lots of photo/video updates throughout the day. Would definitely bring Bennet back for another day care day with her!”

About: I have 15 years experience caring for dogs of all ages and sizes, as well as small animals and exotics. I foster dogs for a breed specific rescue, with medical and severe behavioral issues so I’ve seen it all. (Dog and human aggression ect…) If dogs are boarding in my home they must be crate trained and/or fully dog and cat friendly. We can always work something out, message me! I do not board cats but would be happy to stop by and spend some time with them. I’m home full time right now! I may go out for a couple hours for dog walking, but other than that someone is always here. We have a spare room if they need their own space. We have lots of experience fostering and crate/ rotate. We always make sure to spend equal quality time with each dog. If I am caring for your pets at your home I will spend the night there with them.
“Nat is amazing! She is super friendly and I appreciated how patient she was with my dog. The communication was also excellent and prompt. I loved that she sent photos with updates. Thanks again Nat!!”

“Gillian and Mitch and their four pups are absolutely amazing. They were so welcoming of Biscuit, who fit right in with the pack and had a blast. Came home completely tired and ready for dinner and sleep! Gillian kept me posted if his activities throughout the day. We will definitely go back to her.”

“Brad and Mery were wonderful, and took great care of our dog Maisie. I loved getting pictures and updates daily- it made me feel much better being away! I highly recommend, and hope to use them again in the future!”

“So happy to find such a great home for Sunny to visit while we’re gone — and only 11-minutes away. We could tell on our “meet & greet” visit that Sue and her pup & cat would get along well with ours. Sue send pix and a video today, and I could tell Sunny was very happy there. When I picked her up at the end of the day, it was obvious they were all happy together. Looking forward to many more visits and overnights!”

About: We've grown up with pets our whole lives, we know how to bond with and take care of them! We've also been around the adoption scene so were very good with rowdy stubborn animals. I include my dog in my daily routine and will certainly do the same with yours! Lots of fun will be had! We work from home so your pup will be with us the whole day. Tell us what they like to do and we will make that happen Your pet will never be left alone, I have a mini doxy which gets along with any dog so they'll also have a pup friend as well!
“Our pup has not done a lot of doggy day care, but she seemed to really enjoy her time with Tiffany and her dogs. Tiffany sent great pictures and updates. Which was nice for us nervous dog parents. Definitely going to be a repeat customer.”

“Buddie spent the day with Megan, her family and pups and had a full day of playing and attention. He slept all the way home in the car and is out cold. A tired dog is a happy dog. Megan was very flexible and understanding when I was later than I originally planned.”

“Jack has been great with my dog. she goes twice a week for daycare and she is always excited to get there and never wants to leave. Jack has been very flexible and professional!”

About: What sets me apart from other sitters is the level of individualized care and attention I give every dog. I don’t just “watch” pets — I truly get to know their personalities, routines, and needs so they feel safe, comfortable, and loved while you’re away. I have experience training puppies, including basic commands, leash manners, crate training, and reinforcing positive behaviors. I’m also confident caring for senior dogs who may need a slower pace, extra patience, or mobility support. Whether your pup is high-energy and playful or calm and cuddly, I adapt to their unique temperament. I prioritize clear communication, regular photo updates, and creating a stress-free experience for both pets and owners. Your dog’s safety, happiness, and well-being always come first. Pet care is a natural part of my daily and weekly routine — I intentionally structure my schedule to make sure I have dedicated, unhurried time for each dog. Whether it’s morning walks, midday check-ins, playtime, feeding schedules, or evening cuddles, I plan my days around the pets in my care so they receive consistent attention and companionship. I build flexibility into my week to accommodate different energy levels and needs, from active pups who love longer walks to seniors who prefer shorter, gentler outings. Because I prioritize reliability and routine, your dog can count on consistent care, and you can count on dependable communication and updates. Caring for pets isn’t something I squeeze in — it’s something I genuinely make space for. In My Home: When pets stay with me, I create a calm, safe, and welcoming environment that feels as close to their normal routine as possible. I follow your feeding schedules, potty routines, exercise needs, and any specific instructions you provide. Dogs receive plenty of supervised playtime, walks, mental stimulation, and affection. I’m mindful of introductions (if other pets are present), keep the space clean and secure, and make sure every dog has a comfortable area to rest and relax. In Your Home: When caring for pets in a client’s home, I focus on maintaining their usual routine to reduce stress. I stick closely to feeding times, walks, and preferred activities. I also respect your home by keeping things tidy, bringing in mail if requested, and ensuring everything is secure before I leave. My goal is to make your absence feel as smooth and normal as possible for your pet. For both services, I prioritize safety, communication, and regular photo updates so you always know how your pet is doing. I treat every animal as if they were my own — with patience, attentiveness, and lots of love.

I like to make sure a pet gets a well timed lengthy walk with lots of attention for their walk/drop in. I treat any dog like my own. Lots of TLC & attention. I like to establish trust with the dog and build off that ! I treat every pet with extreme love, safety & care. I have repeat clients on another app as well that are very happy with my care/
“Jonathan R. has been a totally responsible dog walker, and I can’t recommend him highly enough to you! He is professional and knows so much about the different breeds, and, most importantly, dogs like him! He arrived on time and kept me updated on my dog’s progress. He easily accepted the changes I requested in our schedule. Please seriously consider hiring Jonathan!”

About: I work part time and am pretty flexible with my schedule. My fiancée and I currently have 4 cats but I grew up with dogs. I love dog sitting for friends and family. My previous dog was diabetic so I have given insulin and have with experience with senior dogs. I currently work part time so I have a lot of time to play with your animals! Our cats love to cuddle and to go for walks in their stroller. I use automatic feeders for dry food and give them wet food once a day. I’ve pet sat where animals are free fed or prefer to be fed at a specific time.
About: Throughout my life I have taken care of dogs in many different capacities. Today I am currently an owner, foster parent for Petey's Legacy, and lover of all furry friends. I have experience with all ages and breeds and can provide the greatest experience a pup can ask for. I am always available for whatever your friend may need. I am available anytime, day or night to care for your pets. I know pets sometimes cannot wait to get the care they need and I am able to place them first on my list. I currently have two dogs and foster another one. At my home I have land that allows the dogs to move freely while on an extended leash. My foster dog has their own space that is separated from the other two so they can feel comfortable with a place of their own. All dogs receive equal attention and love. If I am caring for your pets at your home I am able to stay overnight if requested.
“Glenn and Diana’s care of my big dog has been such a weight off my shoulders. He has some special needs and they didn’t hesitate to help. Also so appreciative of the questions they ask and how much they care!”

About: I've been a resource for friends, family, and others about what I do to take care of, train, and maintain my own pup(s) over the years. I've also filled in to help with pet/house sitting and have done some light training. Any interaction I have with your animal will be resepectful not only to your pups needs(even the one's you might not have thought of) but to the way YOU personally care for your animal as well. I am open to most ventures of the Rover world and transitioning to a part-time dog care roll in my life. I am available M-F and we can talk about how that works for all involved. I have a home and an unfenced ½ acre yard in a quiet village with one well behaved and trained Australian Shephard who gets along with most other animals. He thinks just about every new animal is his best friend he has to help watch over.
About: Hello! I have been pet/house sittings for friends and coworkers for several years. I am responsible, reliable, and give your pets all of my love! I work part time over the summer, so I have plenty of time to care for your fur babies! During the school year I am happy to watch your pups for weekend getaways. When spending time with your pet in your home I treat your home with respect, care, and concern. I leave spaces cleaner than how I found it and am a true professional.

About: I've been an animal lover for as long as I can remember, and gained a lot of experience caring for my own family pets, then started pet sitting and working with horses as a teenager. After spending most of young adult life working with horses, I went back to college to get a degree that would allow me to become a Licensed Veterinary Technician. I worked in companion animal (dogs and cats) practice for a number of years before taking a "real" job that allowed me more time for my own pets. I've found I love my new job and schedule, but miss having as much animal interaction. I'd be delighted to provide care for your dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs (and other pocket pets) as well as horses and other large animals.
“Kristina is the kindest human and my Colby loves her. She reinforces the tricks I’m teaching with him and also teaches him some new ones. She’s the best if your looking to have someone come and help your fur baby I recommend.”

“This is the 2nd time Mike has watched our 2 dogs, and this time it was for 2 weeks!! The dogs were happy and well cared for and we were able to enjoy our time overseas with no worries. Thank you Mike!! Apollo and Luna miss their friend Bear already!”

“Anthony and Jane were fantastic. Great communicators, really nice setup on their property with tons of space and a fenced yard. My dog got along well with theirs. Will definitely book again.”

“Sheronda was great! Communicated often with us, sent us lots of great photos of our dog, and did a great job socializing him with the other dogs (making him comfortable). She has a great back yard (fenced in), with lots of great areas to walk dogs. Overall we are super pleased, will be booking with them again!”

“Tatiana was absolutely amazing!! she took us last minute when our sitter cancelled ( during xmas break). i was super nervous about leaving my pup but she made the experience soooo easy! pictures and videos daily and always answering my annoying mom questions without an issue lol :) also she was so sweet and got my pup a present for christmas and clipped his nails for us! i highly highly recommend her! will definitely be using her again, thanks tatiana!!”

“Chris was attentive to my dog's need and was easy to communicate with and was flexible to work with. My dog enjoyed his time under Chris' care. Would highly recommend”

“Camilla took great care of our dog Rosie. Rosie loved the attention Camilla gave her, and she loved playing with the other dogs Camilla had boarding. Camilla had no problem giving Rosie her daily medications, and we think she looks healthier now than when we dropped her off at the beginning of our vacation. We will definitely contact Camilla when we need care for Rosie.”

“I had Sophie, a greyhound, for a year and had never left her...she is shy and likes her comfy life e.g. Sleeping on the couch and company. Both of those needs were met. Peg kept me up to date... I loved the pics! So glad I found a home to leave her where she was cared for and loved by a true pet lover! Thanks Peg (and family!).”
