I had to go around to the open door and watch him wagging his tail like crazy in the back of their car and for a moment, I believe he was conflicted because he loves Mike and Amy & Bear so much that he didn't want to choose! It was sweet and made me happy that boarding him didn't seem to work out because Mike, Amy and Bear give him nonstop attention and love that no boarding place could. 💙”

We have never used a professional pet sitting service before and Glenn and Diana provided us with not only did they provide excellent pet care, but they were extremely flexible with several last minute schedule changes. They also helped us navigate the Rover app to help correct errors on our part as well as giving our dog some short training sessions with sit, down, and stay while they were spending time with her. About: Raised a well trained border collie in high school and recently fostered a puppy that became a service dog through Dogs For Better Lives. We trained it for 14 months to prepare for service training. Typically the professional training takes 4-6 months but our boy graduated in 2.5. I love short, fun training sessions and consistency. I was a solo traveler living the vanlife but am back home helping my folks in Maryland. I love dogs but owning one would radically change my lifestyle. I’m hoping that through Rover I can still have some dog time on the road and take some good boys and girls for adventures outdoors. I have experience with administering most medications. We will take great care of your pet while having fun doing it. Home full-time, with a very flexible schedule, including weekends. I have a large property on a very quiet road. Plenty of room for long walks and exploring. If your dog is a swimmer, I have a pond they can swim in. Bear, our shepherd/husky mix is very friendly and playful. He loves to meet new friends to play with. Hope to meet you and your pet very soon. Thank you. I am home full-time, so I have plenty of time to give your pups the attention they deserve. Lots of potty breaks and play time. Bear loves to play, so exercise is no issue either. We are available 7 days a week for boarding. We will treat your dog like our own. We are flexible, every dog is a little different. So, we can do whatever is needed to make your dog feel at home. We have gates in the house if dogs need some alone time or we can easily crate your dog, if that’s what they are comfortable with.

About: I’ve had my own animals, both cats and dogs (mainly cats) since I was 6 years old. I’ve had to administer insulin before to my diabetic cat that has since passed. My experience with dogs are mainly of the bigger size (I had a pitbull/boxer mix and a pure bred chow chow). I’m currently working as a Direct Support Professional overnights 9pm-9am Thursday through Saturday (technically Sunday 9am). So I’m pretty open for picking up last minute gigs if needed. The couple has no pets currently, so they were able to give Bentley loads of personal attention and play time. Chris lives near Washington Park, so Bentley had plenty of grassy area to run around and meet other dogs. Chris and Jia worked with our high energy, young pyredoodle, so Bentley would respond to commands more readily. We highly recommend booking with Chris.”
