“Jialin and John watched my new senior rescue Bianca for a long weekend and were so good to her! I was a little nervous since I had her less than a month and was still figuring out her unique behaviors and preferences but she was in great hands. We did a meet and greet beforehand and Boo-boo was a great host, sharing his home and parents. Jialin even taught Bianca a new trick that we have been working on back home. Bianca was sent home with a plastic baggie of some treats she liked to keep the good times going back home. I look forward to the next time Bianca can stay with them!”

For longer stays of 1-2 weeks I offer pick up within a 30-45 minute drive from Dalton (this includes Great Barrington, Stockbridge and Lenox). They hit it off immediately and Mahayla explained her background in animal/dog behavior studies and reassured us that all would go well... and it did! Our pup had a blast trail hiking and also just relaxing at Mahayla's home. Mahayla clearly understands and loves dogs, and it was clear that she was focused on our dog's enjoyment, comfort level and care. She was also focused on our needs as the owners. Leading up to care day she was extremely responsive. On care day she sent photos and updates. A perfect stay...thanks, Mahayla!”
“Samantha and her partner Zachary took fabulous care of our two dogs for three days. They are both high energy young dogs, one 7 months and one 13 months old and we were worried that they were going to be a problem. They love each other, romping like crazy with each other indoors and out and Samantha and Zach had no problem dealing with them. When we went to pick them up, it was obvious that both dogs really liked their caregivers. What more can one hope for in someone taking care of their dogs? “Mary & Todd are a dream come true! We were very nervous leaving our baby with someone we didn’t know, for the first time, and Mary made us feel so beyond comfortable. The photos, updates and check ins made us think Tilly may never want to come back home! Our pup went for rides, walks, runs, errands, ball chases and partook in endless fun for two straight days. I’m not sure how Mary & Todd could possibly have more energy than our dear Tilly but she’s officially exhausted and had the adventure of a lifetime. My husband joked that we should do this as a doggy camp once a month, we just may ask if they’d be down!”
