About: I've taken care of pets since I was a child-- growing up with a large breed and small dog and two cats-- I've always loved animals. I have a large breed dog named Chewbacca and an adult indoor cat named Chase. Both are friendly with other animals, easy going, and playful. I work from home most days so I'm very available! I'm here in my house and I'm happy to offer lots of love, comfort, cuddles, and address any special dietary or medical needs when your pet stays with me! My older large dog is very sweet and sleeps most of the day, but he enjoys playing with other dogs and otherwise is great with cats and any other animals he encounters! I have a large fenced yard on just over an acre outside of Ithaca. Dogs can run and are very happy here when visiting! I am happy to supervise any bathroom breaks or keep your pet on a leash if you prefer them not running the large yard-- whatever feels most comfortable! The pups didn’t exactly make a great first impression—let’s just say they had some settling in missteps in the first 10 minutes that had us cringing. But Amanda was amazing, brushing it off with a smile and total confidence. She knows her stuff, having worked with veterinary’s practice, and made us feel quite comfortable leaving our pups with her. Our dogs go outside as often as they like, we do not have a doggy door, but I do take them out every few hours when I am home. The dogs always have food and water that are out all the time. I drive a Chevy Traverse, for when I need to either pick dogs up from their home's or for when we leave the dogs have somewhere to sit. My services are great, because here in our house we love animals of all shapes and sizes. I take pride in taking care of our animals and yours as well. I own my own cleaning company plus i do work nights and my husband works part time. Don't worry taking care of your fur babies will not get in the way of our schedules. Our back deck is fenced in on the top including a gate for the stairs. We do let the dogs outside as often as they like (typically every few hours.) Our dogs roam the house as they please and they always have food and water out.

About: I actively foster dogs/puppies on a consistent basis for several years. I've worked with the same Animal Rescue for a long period of time and have experience with many different situations. With the Rescue I regularly handle different scenarios and medical needs, from new born pups to seniors! I'm comfortable with all shapes, sizes, and medical history. Most temperaments I have lots of experience with as well. I work from home full-time. I'm home all day every day Monday-Friday. My weekends only consist of a few errands making me gone for no longer than 4-5 hours at a time. I have a 7ft tall, fully fenced, back yard. I can kennel a dog if needed, but generally they would be out hanging with me. No dog will be left unattended, inside or outside, for long periods of time. I have two adult dogs in the home that can be introduced or remain separate if needed. I also have a 6yr old in the home that loves and is respectful of all animals.

About: Hello! I recently moved here from Maryland. After losing our pup in 2023, we decided to wait a bit and last year, added two new fur babies to our house. I really missed that energy in the house. I have had pets my entire life & love my fur babies.
